well then theres nothing really anyone can say or do. Either get a better paying job and drop one or two, or just deal with it and not take out your frustrations on others. Thats RL this is gaia, keep RL out of our imaginative world! scream heart

Eh, despite the fact she used mostly drama (IC) to keep people in the guild she actually kept people in the guild. But seeing as how I haven't spoken to her, and I don't really trust your word, I'm not gonna believe ya when you say she was an inefficient leader. As for KB? He would make a better leader than a lot of folks, including you.

If you think the IC drama was a lot then yeah, I'd say you obviously haven't talked to her nor payed much attention to what of it was posted in the guild. Furthermore, I think you credit 9 with several things that can be attributed just as well to real life factors, among other things. I could go on to list some of the things I'm alluding to, but as they say let's not speak ill of the dead. I'll also do the same for the last sentence, as you're either lying to yourself or, what I think is less likely, just incompetent.
