Must be running out of ideas for bosses, or something.
Psycho Mantis. He can throw chairs with his mind and read your memory card. You have to plug your controller into the second player slot. Awesome.
Sniper Wolf. She shoots you and has cleavage. Awesome.
Fortune. She wears very little and shoots you with a raygun. Awesome.
Vamp. He shits knives. Awesome.
Big Russian Guy that shoots lightning. He's big, and Russian, and shoots lightning. Awesome.
The Fear. BEEEEEEEEEEEES. Awesome.
The Sorrow. Wading through a river of crotch-shot and slashed-throat ghosts. Awesome.
Laughing Octopus. GUNDAMS WITH TENTACLES. YAY JAPAN.

Chaplain Fenix Laughing Octopus. GUNDAMS WITH TENTACLES. YAY JAPAN. You will need eight controllers and eight friends to beat Laughing Octopus. Otherwise Snake starts smuggling something other than cigs.

He can run across water, walls, has superhuman speed and agility, can be shot in the head and keep going, and is a master of combat knives and throwing knives. I doubt Raiden's Hot Katana is going to take that down.
