Hedoro Koutai Hmm, since Komen sort of withdrew from the mini-tournament, I wonder who's going to be the new Number Two? I dunno, it was fun trying kill Komen though. Wonder if they'll furnish me with an even more difficult #2? -continues his work on his own organization the Peacemakers-

Azesan jashu555 I don't think we have a copy of it any longer. To bad, it was an awesome village. It's just members didn't want to lose skill points, but for a powerful technique that can pretty much equal Drago's power if you skill points are half of his, why wouldn't you want to take it. But yah, I really want to finish reading the village, and Bone said he wouldn't put it in the History subforum, due to he thinks it will get even more hate, and more fighting in the guild, for the few who do like it (I think that's what he said.). Three reasons: 1) Couldn't think of any interesting techniques I could make for the elemental demons. 2) To many people bitching about the losing skill points part than there are people liking the techniques. 3) A few people, not saying whom, told me that I should have made it so that everyone could still get in. (And you people know who the hell you are.) Those are my three main reasons and regardless on whether or not they are good or not, I don't want to hear people bitching all about it anymore. stare

Here are my complaints/things to do about the guild currently:
1) People are too damn sensitive. This is the freaking internet, and on top of that, an imaginary role play world we entirely control...
2) If you ask for feedback, you get feedback, good or bad.
3) It seems everyone wants to do something all at once, and don't take shifts or anything.
Ex: Exams come, everyone wants to do it. But then we end up delaying it because the people that say they wanted to do it, didn't do it.
We eventually get it done, but we could make it more organized. Like make a schedule for the order of SL and such. And if the Sl does not start on the scheduled date after the previous one, we cancel, and move on.
I know this is a problem because Drago never gets to his SLs because others are always throwing his, with their own with things popping up in their daily schedule, it would better organize it. It's completely understandable, but we can manage our time better.
4) We need damn members, and I don't think we have an effective source for this yet. A permanent guild thread would attract a lot. If we could have everyone post there at least once a day that they are active in this guild, then we would be able to gain a lot, and I mean a lot of members.
5) We've got to brush down our villages, make them professional like, and similar in a sense before we even think about adding more. We may have to collapse even more together to sum up some of the villages.

and nice post, hitting all of the major points. if i knew what to look for in the guild thread i would always have it open on my server and post every day or so.
by the way, Jashu whos your weakest char? i need competition.
