To be fair to Vintrict the chains thing isn't really a "power level" concern as much as one of too much overlap/too big an area.
It's not that a chain grab ability is op. It's just that its a big area, causes diseases, and s**t like that that makes it a problem. Kind of like if you set the power level as "Mortal Kombat" and then Scorpion accidentally got in with his spear thingy being poisoned instead of just regular.

And if profiles were graded by multiple people to make it more likely that issues would be caught in grading, rather than in the middle of a fight? Crazy s**t right there. Dear Princess Molestia That feeling when you forgot to charge your phone before work. sad I find the easiest way to conserve battery life is to not turn your phone on vibrate and call yourself over an over, really makes the juice last longer.

I actually think it might be alcohol related - I drank nearly an entire bottle of dessert wine last night (really cheap stuff, too). Oh, and this was preceded by several shots of Henessey. Yay dinner company.
