So what about instructors? Do you need consent from the players in the village?
Also, one bit of the rules annoys me. "A genin cannot beat a kage. It's impossible"
In other words, if I have 1000 less chakra, I might as well give up and go home?

[ And neither can exist without the other]...What it means is that you need to keep training. Don't try and beat a kage when you only have 10,000 chakra points and they have 100,000. Because all it will do is lead to fights and annoyance with people feeling my inbox on how they were beat unfare.

[ And neither can exist without the other]...What it means is that you need to keep training. Don't try and beat a kage when you only have 10,000 chakra points and they have 100,000. Because all it will do is lead to fights and annoyance with people feeling my inbox on how they were beat unfare. Or in other words, just don't try to fight someone you know you can't beat. If they have over 50,000 skill points, chances are you will defiantly lose.

Okay, so the example that was give made perfect sense.
However, let's consider 1500 chakra. That's one powerful technique, or three pretty good ones. Potentially the difference between genin and chuunin.
Does the quality of my posts, and the strategy that I use, mean nothing, if I am down by 1500 chakra at the start? At what point is it a pointless battle? Just how much of a difference can I overcome by being highly literate and using a lot of strategy? I ask these things because part of the point of my character is to use no brute force whatsoever. No Raikiri, no Kage Bunshin, no advanced taijutsu, not even anything as direct as Tenten's Twin Dragons.
Lacking super-powerful jutsu, am I really screwed permanently?

[ And neither can exist without the other]Quality of the post and the way you use the technique can ultimately decide on whether or not your technique hit the opponent or not. If your down 15k skill points than the other person, that doesn't mean you will lose right at the start. Depending on the strategy, the use of the moves and so on, it is possible for the weaker one to win a fight.
