Maria nodded, getting up and going to the kitchen. She heated up what was left of the chicken and rice, before returning and setting the plate down. "Glad there's more of that," she said, feeling too exhausted to cook more.

The boy sat up and put the plate on his lap. Though after a few moments, he held out an empty plate to her. "We got anything else?" he asked,watching Maria, still chewing the very last bit of chicken.

Maria took the plate and stood. As she headed back to the kitchen, she rolled her eyes, mumbling something about Shiro eating more than a giant raven demon. She managed to scrounge up some more ingredients, and started to make a beef stew. No noodles needed.

Shiro waited on the couch, propping his feet up on the table. The raven was getting impatient as he pat his stomach a little. Though whatever Maria was making smelled amazing.

Maria finished the stew soon enough and brought out a hot bowl to Shiro, handing it to him and sitting down on the floor, rubbing her forehead. She was starting to get a little bit of a headache.

Shiro put his feet back on the floor as he was served a hot bowl. He smiled a little and blew on the stew for a moment, cooling it down before devouring it. Gods, this was the best stew he'd ever had!! He continued, soon drinking down the broth before looking to Maria. "Thanks... for the food. You should probably go rest."

Maria shook her head, pushing her hair from her face. "No, it's all right, I'm fine." [OOC:] I know! How awesome are we? One year and you just posted the 5000th post!

[OOC:] What are we gonna do when we hit 10,000? I should do a commemorative picture for the 5k we jsut reached. What should I do?
Shiro looked to her and got up from the couch. He went up behind her and picked her up, his arms around her waist, and carried her over to the couch and laid her down. The raven then tugged the blanket over her and he gently held her down. "Go to sleep. Or you'll get wrinkles and be all ugly."

[OOC:] I have no idea... But that's a good question! Oh boy oh boy oh boy! Can't wait... (I had skittles and mountain dew. Hyper) Maria squeaked when Shiro picked her up, blushing a little. But she frowned when he forced her to lie down and told her to sleep. "I am perfectly capable of taking care of myself!" she said, pouting.

Shiro only smirked some and poked her nose playfully. "Pout like that and wrinkles are guaranteed. Especially around your mouth." he said before thinking. "Alright. What can i do to keep you on this couch so you go to sleep."

Maria wrinkled her nose as he poked her, before tilting her head at his offer. What could he do? She had been taking care of him all this time, and now he apparently was convinced she needed to sleep. The nagging of her forehead made her want to close her eyes and just go to sleep without protesting, but she didn't really want to pass up an opportunity like this. But there was nothing she could think of! Sighing, she closed her eyes. "Nothing," she muttered.

Shiro nodded some and pulled the blanket up more and pat her shoulder softly. He then closed the blinds and left one little candle lit for her. It was a deep purple candle with a calming scent to ease her headache and help her relax. The raven then headed upstairs to sit in his own bed for a while.

Maria curled up on her side and tangled herself in the blanket Shiro had given her. The smell from the candle really did help her and she was fast asleep in minutes, dreaming that she was flying over the night sky, even the moon.

After a while, Shiro returned to check on Maria. Since she was still asleep, he went into the kitchen and started to cook. Since Maria had made him something to eat, he should return the favor.

Maria didn't even notice, she was too fast asleep. Her dream was interesting, though, as she realized that a large, sleek, purple-eyed raven was flying with her.
