Black and Brown hair is the sexiest in my oppinion... Black adds a bit of mystique... Brown seems more approchable Haha, I don't know, that's just me ^^

*huggles back* if you do get a lip piercing get a stud instead cause if you catch it on something then..... yeah it will be hard to eat at first from a personal stand point lip and nose piercings make a girl less attractive, but that is only my opinion you are going to get what you want I am just giving you facts about each side of the choice you will make. As for dying your hair go for a darker blond or a really light brown.
