...the only reason I really keep my Facebook is that my sisters don't ever tell me anything and I have to find out about their lives from Facebook. Case in point: found out a couple weeks ago my older sister is having a baby and found out Friday about my younger sister's wedding dress. Oh, family. (Youngest sister doesn't have a Facebook and I have no idea what she's doing, at all.)
Ouch sunburn whyyy. D:

I have a few friends on FB who aren't using their own names. Harrison Bergeron, for example. Hell, before his family found him and made him be their friend, Valgav was known as 'Botch Johnson'.
Still, I do understand the right to privacy and how there are numerous people who prefer to stay away from Facebook. I used to think that was the primary reason why I couldn't find certain people when I tried to look them up. Then I found out she died 5 years ago and no one told me. Upsetting to say the least.

I don't even know why I try anymore. I am just not successful in anything. I am doomed.

I feel like I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I just... wish there was someone I could talk to.

I just realized I don't have any Gaia friends on Facebook at all. Well, other than a couple people I knew from elsewhere who either brought me here or I brought here, lo these many years ago. To be fair, I didn't have and didn't want a Facebook until 2 years ago when I started at my current job; we have enough Facebook connectivity through our product that I kind of had to have one in order to be able to help people use it.
So, uh, I suppose if anyone feels like they need someone on their friends list who posts links to her foodblog a lot, friends me up.

I am the only loser who pulled a back muscle (or at least caused serious spasms, and hopefully nothing worse) by walking. Go me.
ow ow ow ow ow it hurts.
Thank goodness for laptops. I found just the right position to use it that is not aggravating my back further. Yay. This is still obnoxious though.

Sevi Rais You remind me of me when I threw out my back after just bending down to get a ball at my feet on the trampoline. gonk wtfffffff! Yeah, I'm thinking I threw it out somehow.. I rested lots because it happened to be the day before my week long vacation from work, but I also made sure to do some light activity so my back wasn't totally immobile. I started to feel better yesterday, but today was my first day back to work and it's been hell. My back is worse. And the pain meds make me sick to my stomach. Soooo awesome. Sigh. emo

Apparently there was some ruffled feathers between here and another end of the internet. dramallama Time for a visit!
I'm on Facebook a heck of a lot if peeps are looking for peeps. ninja I am the mundane type, posting about how I love avocados for breakfast while learning how to get paid to save the planet.
I should come here more often too though, sometimes here is where people get my kind of nerd. sweatdrop

Almost a month with no posts? C-c-c-combo breaker!
I saw this comic and immediately had to share it here. Actually, this, too... (I expect Pyre to be the most amused.)
Oh the things that remind me of you people. Heh.
Speaking of which, however... OMFAVENGERSWTF!!

I'm going to be 30 in less than 2 weeks; I'm going to be a homeowner in a little more than a month.
The second makes me feel older than the first.

So, am I the only one who did not like The Avengers?
But, I never saw Thor or Captain America. I just felt like I was out of the loop. Still, I didn't care for some of the dialogue and I thought it was a little too corny. I didn't care for the direction of the film and found out it was Joss Whedon who directed it. -_______-; I'm not a Joss Whedon fan, so that makes sense.
