Rolf, a two second search with google brings up information which easily lets you know it is an anime. From that you can work out that people are most likely talking about characters from an anime, and their general hotness. From the names you can work out they are FEMALE characters.
With that information you have worked out that people are talking about HAWT ANIME GIRLZ, and could then contribute and say you think X CHARACTER is hawt, or just go on to talking about anime in general if you don't find anything attractive, which wouldn't surprise me.
