I'm ticked off at the moment...I ordered a new media player cuz my ipod is going to hell I got it and charged it when I went to turn it on it didn't load. So the seller had me send it back and then sent me a new one...got the new one this morning! IT IS DOING THE SAME THING! UGH I'm one ticked off girl right now. What are my chances that the seller gets two defective products and I get both of them?!?!?!

But the problem is Itunes doesn't accept like a quarter of my songs that I had before I had the touch...I wemt to bloomington and picked one up and it works just fine. I think the company I went through which had very good reviews just got a bad batch of products because the customer service lady said others were having the same problem.
