Yen - Because it adds a challenge to the games. It actually makes it a lot more interesting. You're forced to use Pokemon that you don't normally use. It sucks when the Pokemon you've trained from lvl 3 to lvl 45 dies because of a lucky crit hit, but its part of the challenge. It also makes you strategize a lot more instead of blinding rushing into battles.

Maeko: I wonder whether spam feeding him for the next couple days will do any good. I'm currently rooting for Ian, but I'm afraid that he won't win if all the pies we feed the 6 finalists will carry on over to part 2 of the summer event. >_>;

Card: If we have the white queen only, she will be kinda out of place, but I guess it's not necessary to finish the story since it's a casual rp. ...Um... I can only assume that no one watches/read fairytales these days...

Silent: I guess I can understand that. I rather just go to some pokemon fan site and then strategize what makes for a good team and what skill/stat is best for said pokemon, etc before proceeding in the game.

Anywho, who's the White Queen? I couldn't think of anyone for Iris so I grabbed a random character.

And lol.. I'm terrible at Pokemon. I don't EV train and just collect every single one I can in one game.

All characters that are participating in the manga plotline aren't participating in the event (because they are busy). The ones that are participating now are ones that doesn't get much spotlight, though some disagree that Diedrich already had enough spotlight as is, and it could've been replaced by another NPC.

According to wiki, the white queen has this thing for the past rather than the present. She is over 101 years old. Turns into a porcupine if you look at her too much when she knits. Believes she can think up of 6 impossible things before breakfast. Isn't smart in that last check move in chess... She's just weird. >_>;

Card is looking very rainbow-y today. xD

It's a good white item, seeing as there aren't that many good ones on Gaia anyways, but I don't particularly like any of the poses.
Plus, it's expensive, and I need more gold for that Dark Ringmaster.
