Lady Pyre
I'm so clueless I didn't even realize that was supposed to be Hawkeye until the second time I watched it.

And why is that surprising? It's not something I've ever hidden...

When I first saw it I knew he was important simply because I recognized the actor, and the switch from gun to bow. It wasn't until afterwards during my regular "post movie wikipedia sojourn" that I saw who he was. That's again part of the reason I was slightly disappointed in the cameo.

I honestly have no idea. We were on the topic of comics and Marvel vs DC match-ups and such after discussing Thor, Green Lantern, and X-Men and he seemed rather surprised when I mentioned your interest. Then again you have to remember he's never been one to pick up on things easily. *shrug*

Aldo
Is Valgav on Facebook or anywhere else? I haven't talked to him in ages. yum_puddi

That he is. I'm not sure if he want's me to give it out, but I'll leave him a message to get in touch with you.

Related odd note: Yesterday he drank his first carbonated beverage in exactly one year.

I was too distracted by mudwrestling Thor to even realize that guy was important. *cough*

I think I saw people talking about the Hawkeye cameo online and was like... Hawkeye had a cameo? So the second time I saw it, I noticed he grabbed the bow instead of a gun and felt like a total moron.

Haha! Burn on Val! But yeah. I guess I'm so geeky that I'm surprised anyone else would be surprised that I had yet another geeky hobby. Speaking of which, I still have not gotten Thor #5 and I am pretty sure it is out. What the hell, Marvel/postal service?

How do you get people to be clean? Not personal hygiene wise, but housekeeping-wise.

No... Seriously. Especially the super green grow their own food types.

Because I think I'd rather clean up someone's murder scene right now than continue to clean up after/live with our roommate.

Well I don't think we'd ever had a discussion that involved comics, Pyre. =P

Sup Aldo!

And yes, Aaron Andersen on facebook and G+. Send a message telling me who you are so I can accept.

Also, I knew there was a Hawkeye cameo before I went in, so I was looking for it. I liked his one line. biggrin

I was unaware we ever had discussions. I thought we just tried to cockslap each other with our e-peens. biggrin

And apparently Thor #5 has been sitting on the dining room table, buried under all of my mom's magazines for the past 3 weeks. OTL

Lol, fair enough. Though when UFG started up, I think we had a few.

Your name isn't nearly unique enough to find on Facebook. xd

I suspect this is you, though. Just guessing. I think I've only ever seen one picture of you and that was with blue hair razz (or I'm confusing you with someone else. d'oh)

Nope, that's him. Same picture on both sites, actually. And that was him with blue hair, too. Or at least one of the people with blue hair. I seem to recall many a blue hair picture from various people over the years.

I wish I had any tips, but if I did I'd use them myself. s**t is frustrating.

I don't mind doing dishes and taking out trash sometimes, or straightening up the living room and stuff. But I don't want to do it every day.

Yeah. As someone who rarely cleans up after herself aside from aforementioned dishes and trash... not much you can do. In one ear and out the other. biggrin

At least with me, it's just mountains of books and a hoodie here or there. Not, like... growing green gunk. Ew.

I mostly just want things to be in the places where things belong, or little token things to help out. Rinse dishes off so you don't have to soak and scrub them or put things back where you grabbed them from. I mostly just like having the kitchen clean so I feel comfortable cooking, and cleaning the living room doesn't really bother me.

Dishes and trash are really the only things I'm actually bothered by, since I don't like things being too clean either. I like knowing I live in a place, after all.

And man, I hate that I'm aware enough to realize when a song I'm working with has sour notes in it, but I'm also too tone deaf to realize how to fix it.

Steve Jobs died today....

Quote:
(Reuters) Apple Inc co-founder and former CEO Steve Jobs, counted among the greatest American CEOs of his generation, died on Wednesday at the age of 56, after a years-long and highly public battle with cancer and other health issues.

Jobs' death was announced by Apple in a statement late on Wednesday.

The Silicon Valley icon who gave the world the iPod and the iPhone resigned as CEO of the world's largest technology corporation in August, handing the reins to current chief executive Tim Cook.

Jobs, who fought a rare form of pancreatic cancer, was deemed the heart and soul of a company that rivals Exxon Mobil as the most valuable in America.
