Quote: After finishing a glass of milky blood, he realized he had to help failing students after school. The student council was assigning him the role in order for more students to be able to attend the ball. ~ Damn the council. I suppose I'll drop by just to see what they're doing~ he thought as he entered the classroom. "At its simplest, the binomial theorem gives an expansion of (1 + x)n for any positive integer n. We have (1 + x)n = 1 + nx + $displaystyle {frac{{n.(n-1)}}{{1.2}}}$x2 +...+ $displaystyle {frac{{n.(n-1).(n-k + 1)}}{{1.2.ldots.k}}}$xk +..." the teacher explained. The door opened, and Nimia briefly looked up from her notes that made absolutly no sense to her. What's Kyo doing here? she briefly wondered.

The teacher smiled at him, pausing in the middle of his lecture "Mr. August, I thought you were dropping this class for duel enrollment." he said pleasantly. Kyo nodded "I'm just dropping by to see what you're up to." he replied. "OK, well take a seat in the back if you like." Kyo nodded again and walked to the back of the room.

Kyo smiled at Nimia as he passed. The teacher continued "Recall in particular a few simple cases: (1 + x)3 = 1 + 3x + 3x2 + x3, (1 + x)4 = 1 + 4x + 6x2 + 4x3 + x4, (1 + x)5 = 1 + 5x + 10x2 + 10x3 + 5x4 + x5."

Nimia, for the most part, ignored Kyos existence. She needed to get her F up so she'd be closer to going to the ball. She looked up at the board and discovered she had no idea what the teacher was talking about. Great, she thought bitterly. Maybe she really did need help.

"There is a more general form: (a + b)n = an + nan-1b + $displaystyle {frac{{n.(n-1)}}{{1.2}}}$an-2b2 +...+ $displaystyle {frac{{n.(n-1).(n-k + 1)}}{{1.2.ldots.k}}}$an-kbk +...+ bn,
with corresponding special cases. Formally this result is only valid for any positive integer n; in fact it holds appropriately for more general exponents as we shall see in Chapter 7."
As Kyo sat down, he realized he already understood where the other students where at and could have left at that moment. He stayed to wait and see if the teacher would give another lecture.
"Another simple algebraic formula that can be useful concerns powers of differences: a2 - b2 = (a - b)(a + b), a3 - b3 = (a - b)(a2 + ab + b2), a4 - b4 = (a - b)(a3 + a2b + ab2 + b3)."

xcupcakesxoxdoomx -thinks-the ball damn it i have to get my grade up s**t-runs to class- and enters-sorri im late...just sit donw mrs.....skylars ine..ok skylar sit down-spots nimia and kyo sits next to nimia- Nimia leaned over and whispered to Skylar. "Do you have any idea what this guy's talking about?" The teacher cleared his throat loudly. "Miss Bell, is there something you would like to share with the class?" Nimia blushed. "No, sir."
