Basically, you absorb them, and nothing happens. If you want to actually get stronger from absorbing someone, you'll have to use a custom to do so, like Reaver and I did. (Mine was something to the effect of +2 to each stat and +1000 Ki, or something.) The only one who can naturally power-up from absorbing someone is the Naturon Shenron.
