Clearly Flava' Flav doesn't make guest appearances in direct-link images.
He was there. Now he's gone. And apparently some people can see him but not others.
He's very exclusive.

I had to go into the image's properties, and copy/paste the address into my address bar to actually see it.
EDIT - And now that I did that, it shows up in the thread. It seems to depend on whether the image was already in your cache or not.
