She laughed. "That makes no sense." Arianeira tiled herr chin to look up at him. "Where do you come from, James?" She enquired.

"Well..." Arianeira considered. "It's quite cold there. The planet's original inhabiatants are cold-blooded and have beautiful blue skin and black hair, I used to be jealous." She reflected for a moment. "Most of them had ice or snow abilities, sometimes wind, but rare ones had fire skills. They always had high status because it it an important skill. It is hotter towards the northern and southern extremities of the planet and this is where most of the immigrants settle, there is a large population from Earth in the north. It is very pretty. It is a very large planet compared to population so much of it is still untouched. There are cities linked by craft and teleport networks but there is also large territories that still go unexplored. There are regions which have never been trodded, only mapped from the air."

James nodded, shifting into a position that allowed him to be more comfortable, "Miss it?" He thought back to where he'd been born. He wondered sometimes why he felt nothing when he thought of the wreckage of the ship of his birth.
