I've been thinking about getting a new deck, but I'm not sure yet. I get attached to my things XD I love the deck I bought, the cards are so pretty! I kinda want to buy card covers or get them laminated since they feel rough but maybe they'll be okay once they're broken in more. I don't think there would be anything bad about getting another one. When I was looking around at reviews on tarot and oracle cards one woman said that she liked using certain decks for certain situations or customers. 3nodding

BatChic Being in Canada, I always seem to join these kind of projects a little late. ('Cuz I get the Guild Announcements late?) ~And about Tarot decks: it's been my experience that if you find a deck that "speaks" to you, you might find yourself identifying with that special deck over another one. So, if you haven't found the deck that "feels right," you might need to keep searching for it. And, you know, these days you can find thematic decks as well as the traditional ones. I own a particular Celtic deck that has beautiful feminine illustrations, that I love to do readings with. And I also own an Animal Shaman deck, and I felt inclined to add some of my own spirit animal-designed cards, that came to me from dreams. That make sense. I have the Shadowscape deck and i absolutely love it, the artwork is so pretty and I love it to bits. I'm definitely looking forward to learning tarot readings with this deck.

DefauIt Trainer Aurora Rain D'aww I missed out so much. But it's okay, I had a good day! I am going to be all busy again in the morning. I got one bit of work left that's overdued and it's mah bday yayyy. Glad to see everyone having fun whee Happy bday!!!!!! -hugs- Thank you, and thank you for the surprise presents! I finally got my wedding dress. It was a plot twist though, the sister in law's were very supportive and the mom made me cry before my bridal appointment. I feel fine today, I was just sad that she was coming off strong that I was blaming on others because I still had so much to do for the wedding. She immediately apologize and got me a $1000 wedding dress in the end. I was feeling pretty guilty about the wedding dress offer (my budget was at $300) but she insisted. I'll send the pics to you later when I'm on the computer.
