The dragon slowly rose and waved a hand, "Yes yes, I am aware of why you came. Like I said, I still need a moment to pack up the last of our new equipment." he said in a slightly annoyed tone. He turned away for a moment before heading back to the door he just came out of, "Firion will meet you outside the walls in a moment." he said plainly before taking another step through the door, he turned back as if to say something but shook his head and dissappeared into the room.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Somewhere in the higher levels of the castle, Shiven was pacing back and forth in the map room. A much larger warrior similar to Shiven was sitting next to the large map, tapping his fingers against the blade of his sword, "General," Shiven spoke, "you seem uneasy with this plan, may I ask why?" his voice seemed more annoyed than it would be concerned.
The other dragon looked up, meeting Shiven's gaze, "It's not my place to say such things my lord, but this plan of yours will cost us many of our soldiers, likely too many to for the attack against-"
Before he could finish the black dragon shot his fist at the larger dragon's jaw, "Don't be a fool, HE could be listening to our conversation."
((sorry it seems incomplete, I didn't have much time to work on this. At least it adds a little more to what Shiven's intentions are))
If the wolf gave any indication that he had in fact noticed the creature behind him it was just a quick twitch of his ears in the direction that the noise had come from.
Not out of fear or respect, but mostly to show that he felt himself to be the dark king's equal and unafraid of his glare he walked down the steps of the the throne talking and shifting form as he did so. "Since you asked so 'nicely' my name is Andros Darkmoon and as you can see I'm a shapeshifter, Half wild-born and..." he paused and and slightly gagged as if he didn't like the second part of him, "half-elf. My...current employer hired me to 'check on you to make sure that you weren't becoming as weak as rumors were saying. As for what I personally want, revenge on a former prisoner and a former champion, both of which I heard escaped from here about three months ago."
As Andros reached the floor his appearance had changed from a feral-looking wolf to something similar to the dark king only with lightly tanned skin and a scar across the bridge of his nose, the only hints that he was the same creature being the red eyes and long silver hair. "And before you ask kingy, the why...none of your damn business."
((sorry about the delay in posting, had a crazy week and coming up with a unique and bad-guy sounding name was tough since this is my first time RPing one.))
Vestakia narrowed her eyes as 'Firion' or whoever had possessed him now went back into the depths of the room. "Fine, just don't take your time...we need to leave as soon as possible, we have already wasted time." she said and turned walking back out of the blacksmiths building. She climbed up onto Noka and rubbed the wolf in between the ears before thinking of the battle ahead. "We might need some help buddy...what do you think of a trip to the out-lands? you up to that?" she asked smiling softly as her wolf turned his head, a low soft growl escaping his throat. "Alright then...i just have to take care of a few things first." She gently nudged her companion and he took off down the streets towards the healers encampment. Once there she jumped down and walked to the tent with the others. "Hunter, Sierra...we are not going to have the burial, I'm going to take Re'nah body home. Her people would want their sister back." she said going inside and picking up the dead warriors body before the others could either agree or disagree. "Firion will be here shortly, wake Zanth up and get to the arena, I should arrive on the second day before the army leaves and hopefully I'll have a few friends with me."
~~~

Jasper leaned against the wall beside the window and kept his narrow gaze upon Andros. "It's amazing how much trouble those champions seem to stir up even before they fell into my grasp. first i have a group of lizards roaming my castle wanting to capture this Firion character and now i have you here wanting revenge on another of the champions. Let me guess, you want the other wild-born, the one I took from a village in the outlands." He said his arm crossing over his chest in a relaxed way but his fingers that rested on his arm, drummed up and down in slight annoyance. "As for you employer, If he wanted to check up on me, to see if i was growing weak, then that means he is looking for power...You should tell him, that if he wished to see how weak i have gotten, i invite him to my castle where i will give him a personal demonstration of how 'weak' i am." he hissed, though his lips split into a feral smirk. "And honestly i could care less about why you want revenge mutt, if I cared about other people wants, then I would get nothing for myself except a headache."

"My, my, my....paranoid aren't we lizard?" a voice asked, the soft menacing tone asked as shadows formed on top of the table in front of Shiven. there was a dripping sound that echoed through the chamber before the shadows receded and a demon-like figure sat, crouched on top of the map, grinning like a Cheshire cat at the Dragon in front of him, blood dripping off his hands and claws on top the map below his feet. "He's not a God yet, he cant hear everything that happens everywhere, but he's damn good at making it seem like it." Nero said with a dark chuckle. "I would be careful if i were you Lizard, While my dear friend is distracted I remain to be his eyes and ears..." his red eyes grazed along Shiven's figure and his companions. "I don't really like Lizards, they just don't bleed correctly." he hissed his long scaled tail wrapping around his legs much like a cat that was getting comfortable. "Now, I wonder if I should say something to my dear friend...though honestly he already doesn't trust you, I'm wondering if it would be more fun to watch him kill you...or if I should just watch you squirm a bit longer, play your little game and constantly look over your shoulder hoping to your Gods that he doesn't find out about your treacherous thoughts."

Miyu followed behind Vestakia, for the moment he remained silent, but when she spoke to the wolf about leaving the group to find others who may help in this struggle he opened his mouth to speak, only to find Vestakia already riding back to the camp.
Once at the camp he waited for the fox to finish her short chat before addressing her, "If I may, I'd like to accompany you on this journey, I'm sure you'd need a mage to assist you incase you find trouble." he said kindly, although his tone seemed quite eager.

~~~~
Shiven quickly turned to see the new figure, he hadn't met this particular "creature" before, or at least didn't recognize him, but he wasn't going to let this... thing get the jump, "Hmph, you may be able to spy on us, but I doubt you'd be able to tell your pathetic excuse of a king our plans before Velmont gets to you." he said with a hiss. Although he actually had no particular idea of where his trusted assassin was hiding.
The larger reptilian figure drew his blade and rested it against his shoulder, prepared to fight if the time came.
The dark dragon crossed his arms and chuckled, "The decision is yours, but like I said before, my assassin will have your head before you get close to him." then he chuckled again at the mention of his Guardians, "Just wait, before Velmont finishes you off I'll show you the power Lord Lekil* has given me."
~~~~~~

At Jasper's room Velmont was standing by the window, appearing to be gazing out into the kingdom below, he had originally came into the room to prepare for the acupuncture treatment he had treated Jasper to once before, but a thought boiled up into his mind and he hadn't been able to push it away. For now, he just felt it would be best to wait and speak to the elf when he arrived. Hopefully he would be in a, what he believed to be, good mood.
*Lekil: in the dragon language it is translated to Disease. It is also one of the few names given to the Guardian of Death.

(I'll post for Vestakia and Jasper when the others post first)

Nero let out a laugh as if the Dragon had said a funny joke. he rose his hand to his face wiping away and invisible tear as his laughing subsided and he stood from his crouch still giving the dragon his Cheshire cat grin, his sharp teeth enhancing the effect. he reached to the sword at his belt and he drew it slowly, wanting the dragon to watch his moves. He lifted the blade to the scar and his neck and in one quick swipe he sliced his own head off.

His head rolled off the table and hit the floor with a 'thud' and Nero winced. "You could have caught it you know." he growled up to his body that just shrugged its shoulder. Nero sighed, rolling his eyes. His body crouched back down in front of Shiven and his head grinned again. "Go ahead Shiven....have your pet there pick up my head and you'll see this is no illusion. Honestly i could have let your companion fight me and let him 'kill' me but i decided that was to much of my time...i have Demons to toy with after all. This way i could get to the point. You. Can't. Kill. Me." Nero said before reaching down and grabbing his head off the floor before the dragons could and placed it back on the stub of his neck the flesh re-sealing itself in a stream of red light. he turned his head right and left letting the joint pop back into place before turning his attention back to Shiven. "Hm...i think I'll let you squirm. Jasper doesn't let me out much so i get bored easily...can't wait till he figures it out himself, oh i do love a good execution...I think that what jasper likes about me...If i fail he can execute me without the worry of replacing me...i just pop back up call it a day and can return for work in the morning...convenient isn't it." Nero rambled on seeming to forget he was in the middle of a threat and acting more like he was just making small talk with an associate.

Hunter noticed the blur of fur as Vestakia arrived back at the campsite, and sighed as he noticed one dragon behind her, Great more baggage and another one to watch out for... he thought to himself and was nearly caught off guard when the she-wolf ran into the tent and grabbed Re'nah's body before turning around and making a beeline for the exit.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, WHOA!" he exclaimed, standing in front of the entrance with both hands up in an attempt to stop her and block the possible collision, "Easy there fox-girl calm down for a sec, where's the fire now and what's with the sudden need to leave?"

~~~~
Andros turned from the window that he was looking out of and glared at the king, smiling through sharp fangs and letting out a low growl from his throat, the only sign that he was even in the least bit annoyed. "And yet not only did you ask what I wanted, but both of us are still alive so your actions and what you say really aren't matching up there Jasper" he said, a slight taunting tone in his voice as he gestured around the room at the dead demons, "You talk tough and say you could handle things, and yet you either have some mindless flunkies do it for you or you pit those you don't like against one another"
Andros stood up and crossed his arms, "If it bothers you that much the two I'm looking for are the troll you kept as another one of your 'servants' and the female elf warrior that was taken a few days before the escape." He added, " Frankly, I don't give a damn about the others, you, or the lizards on the floors above us...all I care about is my survival, money, and right now a river of blood from those two and anyone else that gets in my way and nothing you can say or do scares me. Got it?" This time he let a snarl escape his own throat just to prove his point.
(I'll wait for Sierra then post as Ves. and sorry if my post is a bit derpy...I'm sleepy and don't feel like going over it for to long and Hunter i Apologize for any auto-hitting...again I'm supposed to make Jasper seem Over Powered...i can't do that if people can dodge his stuff but i promise my real characters are easier to hit and dodge.)
Jasper only smirked at the wolf and shrugged his shoulders at his accusations, he had his reasons for the pathetic demons and the little games he played but he didn't have to explain them to the wolf. his interest peaked when the wolf spoke of the elf female and a troll. "Troll? ah you mean that pathetic goblin-elf creature Zanth. yes well I have other plans for him, but if you wish to pursue him I won't lift a finger to help him he's just part of my little game you see, and my rules tend to change rather quickly." Jasper said moving towards the throne room doors. "In fact, they are about to leave from Argonos soon. you can meet them when they past the border if you leave now." He said the doors opening as he approached and the bodies of the dead guards turning to dust before a strange wind took them away as if they had never been there. "If you excuse me. I can't chat all day....but there is one more thing." He turned around his eyes glowing and his shadow rushed towards the wolf before multiplying and grabbing each of his limbs and the front and back of his throat, their fingers that formed solid needle like claws digging into his flesh. "If I were you...I would never return here. If I catch even a whiff of you in my Kingdom again, idle threat will cease, and a new Game with you will begin...i wonder how long you would last down in my dungeons. everyone get different treatment what most of my weaker prisoners endure will be like a simple cut compared to what I'll put you through Mutt."
The shadows along the walls began to move and whisper, some of them cackled and hissed. "The lesser demons are just for show, but my real servants are a little less forgiving and harder to stop from ripping intruders apart. you who have entered my castle should be so lucky I like to play around with my toys instead of break them the moment they are in my grasp. Now leave." he flicking his hand towards the window and the shadows slammed the wolf against the wall beside it, sliding away from him the shadows shirking back along the walls and the ones under Jasper returning to their hiding place. "have a good hunt Andros." he said before leaving the doors slamming behind him and the shadows forming in front of it to prevent passage through it.
Instead of making his way to the dungeons like he had originally planned before the wolf had shown up, he made his way towards his bed chambers opening the door a little more forcefully then intended as it slammed against the opposite wall. on the outside though Jasper seemed calm enough as he moved into the darkened Chamber. "What do you want Velmont." his voice was flat and emotionless meaning he was in a mood that could turn at any moment. he wasn't going to tell the Dragonoid to make it short, the dragon was good at getting to the point. he stopped to 'listen' to his surroundings for a moment forgetting the dragon but his face remained the same. He could tell Nero hadn't left the castle yet and was currently with the others in the map room, probably giving them hell but he didn't feel like listening in at the present time, he wasn't in the mood to care for whatever his friend was doing. he turned his attention back to Velmont, waiting.
Shiven watched, slightly amused at this trick. He watched as it rolled off then landed on the floor, when Nero responded to his lack of action he crouched down to get a closer view, "Well I'd say I'm sorry, but really... I'm not. Besides, I think you look better this way." he said, as if trying to make joke of it although his tone didnt show it.
He remained silent for a moment, but when Nero said he couldn't be killed he smirked, "Oh, everything dies one way or another." he said stadning back up as this 'thing' put his head back in place, "Someone will figure out your secret." he said plainly, as if he werent either amused or annoyed by the conversation. Actually felt good to get away from that map for the moment, although he wasnt going to let be an excuse for not planning.
~~~~~~~~~~~~

Velmont didnt turn his gaze, he didnt need to, "I don't think you are one to care about such things, but I've been having troubles with my allegiance to you." he said, his voice echoing into Jasper's mind, his tone seemed dissapointed, as if he didnt belong or maybe he felt that he didnt deserve to be there. His head dropped for a moment, then turned to the elf, "I feel that I should leave Shiven and become YOUR servant. Pledge my allegiance to you. Draw my sword in your name!" he said, this time his tone seemed more assuring and confident.

He turned back to the window, "I wish to give you what the humans call a life-debt." he said finally.

Sierra had sat down earlier as they waited for Vestakia to return and for them to leave, however she had not expected Vestakia to come and take Re'nah's body. Like Hunter she moved on instinct, but he got in front of her first but Sierra stayed behind her to keep her from leaving through the back entrance of the tent. She also realized that upon instinct that her hand had moved to the hilt of her blade that was stuck in the ground next to her, she moved it so that it was in front of her and leaned it against her.

"I understand that it would be important for her people to know about what had happened to their sister. And I'm sure it would ease her soul to know that it was buried at home. But you will have to give us a better reason as to why you are in such a hurry to take her from this place and take her to her homeland." She rocked forward on her feet, then rocked back and waited patiently for Vestakia to answer.
PostPosted: Wed Apr 17, 2013 10:59 am
Vestakia repressed a growl, she should have known they wouldn't just let her leave with their friends body without an explanation. "If i can get he body back home, it will show good faith to her people from Argonos and they might be able to send warriors our way to help. I know of their race and Anubis isn't their only god...think of the help we could get from the other warriors of different gods. We have to be the ones to defeat Jasper, but what of his armies? Argonos is weak right now and we are supposed to be the strongest military in Simaron, the Dwarves are the next strongest but that won't be enough. you have to trust me and let me go before the window of opportunity closes." She said narrowing her eyes at the two of them. "You both are my friends but i can't let you get in my way...If i can't get help then, yes we might still be victorious...but think of all the loses, with better warriors we could reduce those loses by the thousands."

Sierra took Vestakia's glare, and simply returned it with a glare of her own as she listened to her words. "It is a good idea to ask her people for assistance, and I am sure the dragon army will need help to defeat the Dark King's armies." She continued to glare at the fox woman, she did not entirely approve, but she was correct in this so she just remained standing behind her, but whatever Hunter decided to do, she would side with him.
PostPosted: Fri Apr 19, 2013 5:27 am
Hunter put one hand on his forehead and let out an exasperated sigh, flicking his eyes between the the fox-girl and the elf warrior "Look Vestakia, I'm not sure what that body you have in your arms right now means to you," He said, a serious tone in his voice, "but to me, Sierra, and Firion she was as much an ally and a friend as you are to us as well. I can't speak for the elf or dragon-boy but I for one am not going to let you take the body back alone...I made a promise to you and Rae and I intend to keep the, both" His other hand moved to the hilt of his sword under his cloak where the dread-lock was tied.

"I wouldn't be a good friend if I let you run off by yourself and something happened," Hunter added, "Besides, I think some personal experience and stories about fighting along side their 'sister' may help our case."

~~~~
Andros stood up by the window where Jasper's shadow minions had thrown him and let out a low growl towards the dark elf as he left the room. "Dammit, should've seen that one coming" he muttered under his breath to noone in particular, "Believe me kingy I will have a good hunt, and when I'm done finishing my business with these two champions, I'll be back and next time..." He paused as he transformed back into his feral form, smashing out the most ornately designed window in the throne room he found, "I won't be the one caught off guard and thrown to the ground by cheap tricks." With that he let out a long and bloodcurdling howl before leaping out the window and into the dark forest towards Argonos.
((Trying to get rid of Vestakia for a bit here guys so i can play around with my other characters before i start getting them confused. @^@))
Vestakia sighed and shook her head. "I know you guys are all about sticking together, but this time i need you to go ahead of me if you all come...i hate to put it this blandly, but you'll just slow me down and Jasper isn't going to wait forever for us, the longer we dally the more likely it is he'll just get bored and start to take things a bit more seriously and forget his game, we have to play along. you guys have to go whether you agree or not, please." She said. "Her kind are related to my people and were once a people of Argonos, i don't think they will need more convincing then the dead body of their sister and a plee for help from the homeland of their ancestors. "
~~~

Nero chuckled before leaning in to share a secret with the dragon. "Okay I'll tell you it...I already died...actually I'm dead, don't have to hide that." he said and leaned back again before actually sitting on the table, he didn't care if he was defying Jasper in a way. he was bored and now he found entertainment. what was his friend going to do? kill him? Nero chuckled again at the thought, not caring if they thought he was crazy...he was. Oh he never used to be this humorous, but dying has it's way of scrambling the mind. "But when you do find a way to get rid of me, please feel free to share, you don't know how boring this world is...i mean the first time I died I really didn't like the idea and ended up stuck in some whining kids body..." he pulled a face of disgust. his tail slid along the table smearing the blood into the map as it moved. He turned his head towards the door as a small Imp scampered in, looking a bit unsure. "M-master Nero...the Lord wishes you would get down to the arena and start fixing the security problems..." it stuttered looking at the blood demon. "Whats the secret word?" he asked the Imp, his tail twitching as he waited. "um..P-please?" it asked having gotten used to Nero's way of thinking. "Good boy." Nero said and stood from the table. "Wish i could say and play but elf boy is getting impatient...see you around Shiven." he said with a dark grin before hoping off the table and grabbing the imp who shirked in fright but relaxed when Nero merely put it on his shoulders like a small child before walking out of the room. Unlike Jasper he didn't need to vent his rage out on them as much so he didn't feel the need to kill them, but he did enjoy treating them like children, made the imps actually follow orders better and it gave him entertainment as the bigger lesser demons would get annoyed.

~~~
Jasper walked over to the window of his bedroom standing next to the Dragon, he stared out at the city below like he did in the throne room. he turned his gaze to Velmont his hand resting on the window sill and his claw-like nails clicked against the stone as he drummed his fingers in thought. "Tell me, what makes you want to betray Shiven so much Velmont. Do not get me wrong I will not deny your request, but I would be interested to know the reasons behind your switch of allegiance." he said, and though the sentence sounded like he was interested, even amused, his voice didn't change from it's neutral tone.
PostPosted: Mon Apr 22, 2013 7:48 pm
Sierra stood there and started at Vestakia for several moments, then grunted as she straightened herself and in one swift movement placed the large sword in the harness on her back then crossed her arms in front of her. She stood like that for several moments staring at one side of the tent, then came up to stand right next to Vestakia and looked down to Re'nah, **"Nid ydym wedi adnabod ei hir eraill, ond yr wyf yn ystyried eich ffrind a chyd-rhyfelwr. Rwy'n gobeithio mewn bywyd arall byddwn yn cael y cyfle i gyfarfod eto."
After she spoke she moved to walk past Vestakia, without any expression on her face, "Take care on your journey." Was all she said as she glanced at Hunter, then began to head in the direction of Zanth's tent to wake him up.
((I couldn't resist on making up my elvish language ((Ok so I used Welsh language but still. Translation:
**We had not known each other long, but I consider you a friend and fellow warrior. I Hope in another life we shall get the chance to meet again.))
~~~~~~~~

Soturi was now shifting through the many papers that her assistants had brought back of the army count, another with what weapons they had in stock, one with the materials they were taking with them along with what they still needed, and the stock of food. It was a lot to sort through but it was all coming together nicely and she believed that by the third day they shall be able to move out and head for the Dark King's castle.

I swear I'll never understand elves, especially that one... Hunter thought to himself as he watched Sierra talk to Vestakia and give what he thought was a final goodbye to Re'nah before heading to wake up Zanth, giving everything that they both had said a chance to sink in before turning to Vestakia with his arms crossed.

"So if you are the closest one to Re'nah and her kind what does that make me? Chopped liver?" He asked her a slightly irritated tone in his voice and his tails and ears out as if to prove his point, "If it's too much to have everyone go with you then I'll just come, like I said before i made a promise to her" He nodded towards Re'nah's body as he spoke, "and to you too a month ago and I intend to keep both of them as best as I can. Besides, even thought you may think you can get there fine by yourself, but after what I saw yesterday I don't think going on your own would be the best idea and trust me when I say I won't slow you down and if anything Sheera and I can help carrying the body."

Hunter stood up and uncrossed his arms, eyes set at the were-fox knowing that the was more than likely not the answer she wanted to hear.
