1. A woman, who could change her hair and face as she wishes. She could have been murdered or almost murdered by her husband who tried to poison her, and this (near-death-)experience granted her new skills while ruining her original looks for eternity. Gladly, this new ability lets het cover that flaw. She could be kind towards females, but bear anger towards all males thanks to her husband. She could have succubus-style abilities that she uses to mess with men's lives. (Inspiration: Oiwa and succubus)
2. A witch girl, who has lots and lots of black cats. These would be in fact not normal cats, but magical cats (kinda like benevolent bakenekos) who could for example fly, talk, transform into humans and eat anything, including humans. All they would be under her command, of course. (Inspiration: Okabe - the cat witch, bakenekos and common western witches)
3. A girl, who waited for her lover on a bridge for a long, long time. He, however, never showed up, and her sadness soon turned into rage. This rage somehow converted her into a demon (oni actually, in the legend). The character of course doesn't have to look ugly like onis if you don't want to, but she could have the brutal and inhuman strength of onis when angered. (Inspiration: Hashihime = "the maiden of the bridge")

Cool~ Try to make her different from Michelle and Vlad ability-wise, if possible. It's kinda boring if they would have the same abilities. Even though they all are ghosts.

She could... Become rather solid being in a way or another when she switches the anger-mode. So it's not too much of god-modding. Just throwing ideas here.
