 ☽ ═━┈ Miyako Suzume ┈━═ ☾A bird does not sing because it has an answer. It sings because it has a song Miyako let out a soft laugh and leaned against the wall behind her before sliding down on it. The stage barely seen from her eye level now. "I wouldn't want to see what happens." She commented as she pulled her legs up to her chest. She rest her head on her knees and closed as her eyes and listen to the droning voices of the speeches being given. After a few words or sentences being spoken, the Yama-biko spoke up again. "I feel like their trying to toture us by making us listen to this." She muttered loud enough for Leochi to hear. She opened one of her eyes and look at the dark cloaked male that was with her.When it's a moonless night, I'll light your path

Don't you cry no more <~[X]~>Leochi<~[X]~> Leochi watched her fall down the wall, and she made it look confortable. After a few seconds of thinking, he slid himself down as well. Lifting the knee oppisite of her direction, and placing an arm on it. His sit was much louder though, with all the metal on him, he was surprised the floor didn't crack. A small smile grew on his face though, her remark seemed very true to him as well, strange, he didn't think that she would also hate this, so far he already judged her, and she seemed nicer then that, but what was the point of judging already. "They think we care, so it is more, accidental, and also stupidity in action." He said with the same small smile. Once I rose above the noise and confusion

Harumi's smile faded, when she saw the look on Noah's face. Was he trying to keep his race a secret? Had she done something terrible? Harumi felt awful, she glanced at him slumped in his chair, feeling ashamed. When he suddenly sat up and faced her, beginning to ask her a question, she was a bit surprised by his sudden change, but the ceremony began, putting a stop to any further discussion at that moment.
Harumi listened intently to all the teachers speak, in awe of all the different races she would get to meet here. The fact that there were quite a few foreigners was also exciting for her. After a bit, she started to become distracted by a couple of students chatting against the wall. She turned to see one was the cranky shinobi from before, and he was talking to a pretty white haired girl. They seemed to be constantly complaining, which caused Harumi to frown. If these students could not even sit through one assembly, that was giving them important information, how did they plan to attend classes and learn? If their short attention span were to effect her classes and therefore education in the future, Harumi would not be able to ignore it.

Tamamo glanced around the stage, waiting to see if any of the other teachers would stand and introduce themselves. After a moment, she stood, and walked back to the podium. She looked across the mass of students seated before her.
"Thank you those of you who patiently listened today, and those of you who did not, I certainly hope you did not miss some important information that could be helpful to you in the future. Let me be clear, this school has been around 500 years and we have seen every type of demon you can imagine. No matter what you are and how strong you are, there have been students here stronger then you, and in fact, ever single teacher here is stronger then any one of you students, despite what you may think." She paused, smiling slowly, "And I myself, am stronger then every teacher. I don't say this to frighten anyone, I just want to put everyone's strengths into prospective, so you realize how much you still have left to learn."
"This concludes the opening ceremony for this year, please make you way to your assigned homeroom class now. And again, I welcome you all to a new school year." Tamamo bowed, then stood still on the stage, watching the students leave.

 ● Alucio ● Verdax ● Alucio almost jumped in surprise when it turned out the fox was actually a raijuu and one of the teachers at that. However, like all good poker players he managed to keep his composure. What worried him was that Luma had not attended the opening ceremony. Perhaps he would see her in class. He lifted his hat and before donning it looked inside. Inside was his usual deck of cards and two things never before seen in his hat, which seemed larger on the inside then the outside. A single blue rose and a piece of paper. He sighed as he looked at the rose, but removed the paper and read it before sliding it back into its place and returning his hat to its usual location. "Well, it seems we have to go to homeroom. Are any of you in class B?" he asked his friends and their newer companions.

Though he did made a slightly much louder noise as sitting down than she did. She wonder why that was so but didn't say anything about it. Instead, she just listen to the rest of the announcement or rather speeches being made. Miyako simply nodded to what he said before closing both eyes again. It may have looked like she was sleeping but she well aware of what was going on. Her eyes opened again when the speeches ended and people were getting up and noisy again. "About time." She muttered before getting up and dusting whatever dirt and stuff got on her clothes.
Sighing, the Yama-biko got the paper she recieved yesterday for her class schedule. She looked over it twice before looking at Leochi. Looks like it was homeroom first. "Are you in class B?" She ask, wondering if she might have to go alone to the room. She didn't mind, but it would be nice to have someone she knew in there already. When it's a moonless night, I'll light your path

When she asked him was class he was in, he shrugged, not really sure, so he decided to pull out his little paper that was hidden in the cloak emblem. Studying it over he sighed and shook his head. "I have A." He said with a hit of sadness. He didn't want to be left in some class with peopel he disliked, bt what could he do? Well, he could skip, but the way he is, he would surely get caught. He sighed and slipped the paper back into the emblem as the metal formed around it to seal it away. Once I rose above the noise and confusion

 Hisako Raiden Isa pulled out the map of the campus and located the main building where the homerooms were. Isa thought she'd find her way to A just fine. Hopefully. And if it got really bad, she could follow the others that were already vacating the auditorium. Looking at the map, Isa saw that she only had to go next store, her confidence boosted and the flickers lessened. Isa stood, smiling, and made her way out despite the crowd milling about. Time to start.

She let out a sigh and shrugged. "Oh well, nothing we can do about it." She said, before putting her paper away. She didn't know what else to say in this type of situation and just thought it'll be best if they just head to class already. "I guess we should start heading towards our class...or well, homeroom." She suggested as she made her way towards the exit of the auditorium. She wonder where the Study Hall was. Probably in the main building. She thought as she looked behind to see if Leochi was following her. At least they can talk for a bit longer before heading their seperate ways. Unless the male decided not to, she didn't mind it either way. When it's a moonless night, I'll light your path

Don't you cry no more <~[X]~>Leochi<~[X]~> Leochi followed after her, sighing thinking that this will now be boring. But he always had a small idea to add in. "We could try to skip?" He asked, as if he didn't know, he knew he could skip, for a short time. He finally made hsi way up to her side, seeing the crowd of peopel was just horribly cramped at the door. He had a small grin on his face as he thought about skipping, one of his old favorite things to do, though, he got caught, and then brutally beaten by his father, but still, the first part of it was the best. And he knew he would cause trouble more then once this year, like the fact he still has his sword, no matter what, he will have one on him, you would need to either take his powers from him, or put him in the middle of space in a plastic suit. Or he would just take the metal from doors, windows, rails, coins, chairs, and anything else he could find. Once I rose above the noise and confusion

Harumi stood and stretched after the ceremony had ended. Students were already streaming out of the auditorium, presumably heading to their first class. Harumi bounced a little in her excitement, everything was finally going to start. She turned to look at Alucio when he asked if anyone had the same homeroom as him, and she dug through her pockets, until she found the paperwork she had received. Frowning, she held it up for him to see.
"It looks like I am in the 'A' group." She said, sadly, "How about everyone else?" She glanced over at everyone else, her eyes settling on Noah, remembering the incident before the ceremony. She looked down at her feet, feeling ashamed all over again, and she wondered if she had really made him angry.

It sings because it has a song Miyako wasn't sure if she was happy he was following and going to walk with her up till they have to split to their respectful class. She blinked at his question, dumbfounded. Skip....? The word sounded absurd to her. She looked back in front of her but didn't register anything else as she thought over that word. Not even the crowd of people protesting and shouting loudly as they try to shove their way out of the door. "Skip?" She ask aloud, still rather shock or surprise.
The Yama-biko never thought of skipping classes or lessons at all. It never crossed her mind. And even if it had, she doesn't even know how or what they do if she does skip. Just the thought of just wondering blindless and not knowing what to do until next class or when classes are over with made her want to go to class. And with that in mind, she founded her answer. Sort of. "As much as I would love to, I wouldn't." She finally said, giving a aplogetic smile to Leochi.When it's a moonless night, I'll light your path

He thought to himself but shook his head. Maybe he should try this class thing. 'Why? Am I wanting to go to class? Or is there something... wait, not my passion, stupid fire, I need to gain more control...' He then thought, shaking his head once more. "Well, then, this will be the most boring time in a class I will ever have." He said with a smirk before turning his attention elsewhere. Once I rose above the noise and confusion

Natsu yawned, then stood up from his chair. Now that the ceremony was over, it was time to get some food in his stomach. He looked over at Celestia and smiled.
"Hello sleepy head, I was afraid you would not make it on time." he said, grinning, "Well I am going to head to the cafeteria for breakfast, before I get stuck in the infirmary. I would ask if you would like to join me, but I wonder if you have time before you have to teach your class?" He glanced at the students leaving the auditorium, watching small groups lingering here and there to chat. Several of them he knew to be first year students, and he was happy to see they were making friends so quickly. A pale figure in the corner caught his eye, and recognized his biggest anti-fan. He could not help but wonder if she would ever come out of her anti social ways. Sighing, he turned back to Tia, his cheerful smile returning to his lips.

=Noah Anderson=  Noah watched the ceremony with slight disinterest, staring at the figures on stage but seeing different things. 'What have I really done, all my life?' he questioned himself, with more feelings of confusion than sadness or emotion. He began to space out, forgetting things around him. When the lights came back on his thoughts were interrupted, and he felt wiered suddenly remembering what was going on again. When he heard Alucio ask a question, Noah dug around in his pockets, pulling out a small peice of paper he had taken with him just in case. 'B...' He thought. So he was in Alucio's class. Noah looked at the man blackly, realising he hardly made any direct conversation to him at all, and wondered if it was ok to just be tagging along like this. Glancing around at the people here, his eyes fell on the pink-haired girl's expression. At first she came across as a friendly, bright girl, but now her gaze was on the floor. Was it because of something he did? Was she sad because he wasn't happy to be a dragon? Noah's eyes locked onto her, wanting to talk to her and find out whether he was responsible or if it was something else. Remembering the girl had replied to Alucio that she was in class A, Noah considered whether he should talk to her now, but he couldn't. There's to many people here to be able to talk in peace.
"I'm in class B" Noah siad, getting up from his seat, noticing Amaya was still there, and felt guilty for not being aware of her for so long. "Hey Amaya, do you know what class you're in?" He asked, trying to be as polite as he could. He hadn't really learnt any nicer way to say it.
