Day_Kona MISSION- Birch's First Break-in Any Team Aqua member is asked to go to Prof. Birch's lab in Littleroot and steal one of his three pokemon (Treeko, Torchic, Mudkip). You must sneak in at night. But don't get caught by Prof. Birch or his assistant. At some point you must battle the pokemon you stole/are stealing, if you want to catch it. Pokemon: Treecko Torchic Mudkip Funds upon completion: 300 ---------------------------------------------------------------- Pass. Bravo on a pretty good first mission. I liked how you put in a good story, took time to write a pretty accurate PokéBattle, and showed how you act in stressful situations (RP-wise). As I consider the first mission to be a learning experiece, here's what you can do to make your missions better: First, have an intro and conclusion that involve you traveling to and from HQ, Secondly you catch Pokémon before they faint, just like in the GameBoy Games, Third, Aquabike DX is a proper noun. Beyond that, great mission, keep the Torchic, the 300 PD and take a rank up. Congratulations! biggrin

*waves back* Don't worry, it happens to almost everyone on their first mission. Very few ever get a perfect rating on their first mission. I sure didn't...

Mission 25- Big Bad Bud Catchers Poachers are in Petalburg Woods, catching poor pokemon in nets and cages. Your job: STOP ‘EM! (you will face 5 poachers)
Pokemon you may encounter: Wurmple Shroomish Slakoth
Money: 900 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m watching the news, not really paying attention, when I hear a call for help. I start paying attention, and I see that poachers are catching pokemon in cages in the Petalburg Woods. I run out of the room and set off on my mission. When I arrive at the Petalburg Woods, I see that there are only a couple of pokemon left in the forest. I look around for the poachers and right away I see one. I run over to him and send out Trapinch. He sends out Shroomish, and tells it to use sweet scent.
His attack misses, and I tell Trapinch to use earthquake. It hits Shroomish, but doesn’t KO it. Shroomish uses tackle and hits, doing a little bit of damage. I tell Trapinch to use earthquake again, and it hits, KOing Shroomish.
The first poacher runs away. I look around for more poachers. The first poacher comes back, leading two others. One sends out Slakoth and the other sends out Silcoon, so I send out Electrike and Trapinch. The second poacher tells Slakoth to use tackle on Trapinch. It KOs Trapinch. I send out Vulpix. The third poacher tells Silcoon to use tackle on Vulpix. Vulpix dodges it, too fast for Silcoon. I tell Vulpix to use quick attack and Electrike to use Thunder Wave. Electrike hits first, allowing Vulpix to hit Slakoth head on. Slakoth faints. Silcoon attacks Electrike with tackle, but Electrike dodges it. I tell Electrike to use Thunder Wave again, and Vulpix to use Body Slam. Both hit, and Silcoon faints. All three poachers drop their cages and run out of the woods.
I walk along, looking for the next two poachers. I find the next one with a Shroomish in the cage he’s carrying. He doesn’t notice me until I’m about 10 feet away from him. He looks up when he hears my feet crackling in the grass, and drops his cage. He pulls two Pokeballs from his belt and sends out a Buetifly and a Shroomish. I use my Duskull and my Tailow.
I tell Tailow to use wind attack on Shroomish. It misses and he tells his Shroomish to use tackle on Duskull, not realizing it doesn’t affect it. Shroomish zooms right through Duskull and into a tree, knocking itself out. Buetifly uses silver wind on my Tailow, and it blows it away. I tell Tailow to attack with peck, and it does. The peck winds Tailow afterwards, and not fast enough to avoid the oncoming tackle, it is hit by a very fast Beautifly.
I tell Duskull to use night shade, and it hits, sending Beautifly into chaos. It flies around wildly, and eventually crashes into a tree, KOing itself. The poacher runs out of the woods, leaving his cages behind.
I unlock the cages and find a Wurmple in one, and a Slakoth in the other. Gratified for me saving it, it comes with me. I catch it easily as it loves me, and set off to find the last poacher.
I find him sneaking toward the exit of the forest and walk up to him calmly. He already has his Pokemon out, clearly warned by the first four poachers. He tells his Silcoon to use string shot on my already out Carvanha. I tell it to dodge, and it easily does so. Then he tells his Silcoon to use tackle. It hits, but does no damage to Carvanha, only hurting itself. I then tell Carvanha to use tackle, and its skin does even more damage to Silcoon. I see Silcoon fall out the ground, clearly gone.
He returns Silcoon to its Pokeball, and he picks up his cages and runs. I send Carvanha after him, and Carvanha easily catches him. He turns around to find my fist heading towards his face. My fist easily hits him in the face, and he falls down, clearly knocked out.
I then take my phone and call the police. They come and take him to the jail house, while I set the Pokemon free.
I walk out of the woods, only to be hit by a very bright sun. I cover my eyes with my hand and start walking back to HQ.
Grateful that I took care of the poachers, the townspeople congratulate me. One woman asks me if I want her Wurmple.
I refuse the offer, and head off to HQ to get some rest. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
