Yeah I think it would. Ecspecially if we made it where when an idea is posted a few of the upper members could get together and help them tweek it up and help them see like areas and bases that plot ideas need to hit so we don't get one liners like:
A hollow invasion inside the soul society.
Aizen get's reincarnated.

Youknow? They have potential and if presented in a certain way could be good. Just help writers take the next step up.

I'm attacking Karakura, ah killing innocents. What a wonderful day, lol.
