Did you get permission to make another character from Nara, Rigid, or Rage to make a new character? (Your current character is a genin and not a jounin).

I have a jounin character he's just from oto and going to be used for a story arch when oto opens up so i figured it would be ok to have another character until then and if i have to ill kill one of them off if not it's fine but no i havnt asked permission yet.
I'm gonna pm nara when ive finished the profile as of now i just did the basics i still dont have a name or history and I was wondering can we give our characters juinjutsu or do we have to apply for those in the customs

You don't have a Jounin character so explain this. Ryuu HyuugaI should know because I remember saying something about your profile and you have been training with another Hyuuga in the Hyuuga village. This character is Ryuu Hyuuga. You need to get permission from Nara, Rigid, or Rage to make another character since you don't have a current character that is jounin level. And if your new profile is a third character then we will not except it. EDIT: Okay I found your Jounin character but are you using it currently? Still get permission from Nara, since I found the other profile that is not being used.

Azn@: Damn Rai!!! Rai found 5th Hokage's wrote about Rinnegan! Legato must destroy everything in Hokage's office xD but I cannot because Its Meta-gaming against the rules.

I really REAALLY hope my team passed.... crying In fact, I wonder if I got at least half of it right. I know I got 1 and 9 since those are easy but I wonder if I got three more.....

iAssassinSteve Thanks for answering, I really do appreciate it. Your welcome XD Kakashi becomes a temporary Hokage during the war but he doesn't count as one. EDIT: The 6th is actually symbolic and so is the 7th... 6 is a bad luck number and 7 is the good luck number. hmmm.
