Quils scoffed at her reaction and twirled the staff, sending it back to the dimension it came from. "Well, that wasn't what I expected." he said to himself, taking a few steps towards her. "Where are you off to?" he called as she got farther off.

"The lake, remember?" Teresa called back for she had just told him that at the beginning of this very conversation. Pausing the young woman stopped in mid step glancing over the small of the shoulder towards Quils. "You can continue on training if you wish...the things I'll be doing is highly boring..'

Quils smirked as he jogged up beside her, slowing down to match her pace. He ignored what she said about the task being boring and decided to tag along. "Training can wait. I'd rather see what it is you do."

"Alright...then after you see what it is I do you can decide whether to be my body guard or not. Though, I still don't see why I need it." Together the two headed down the loose soil path towards the lake. Since they were walking it would take them over twenty minutes to make it down there. "You never did tell me how the conversation went with Jacob yesterday evening."

Quils smiled at her, "It was alright." he said. He felt things were better than before. He never really talked to Jacob for long in the past. It was there first conversation. He looked into her eyes for a moment before looking forward at the continuing trail. "I'll be your body guard even if your someone's nanny."

"Heh..I don't plan on being a nanny any time soon. The people would drive me insane faaaaaaaaaaaaaar before then." The two would come up to the scenery of the lake as the surface sparkled from the morning beams of sun. That boulder still stood there on its grounds with the waters embanking along it.

Quils spotted the boulder and walked up to it. His smooth palms caressing the rough surface. His emerald green eyes shifting steadily over to Teresa. "You couldn't see me that day. Now that we are here, can you picture exactly how it looked?" he asked with a smile.
((Logging off for today. G'night.))

Slowly Reaper crept her way up to the boulder setting down the bag with folders behind it while lightly stepping into the shallow waters. Coming around to the front of the boulder hearing the familiar whishing of the waters along the ends of the boulder.
"Hmm...I was sitting here.." she indicates remembering the valleys and edges by touch. "So..that's must've mean you came up from behind..Obviously not paying attention where you were going. I was so close to the edge that I easly lost my balance when you ran into the rock. Seriously..how did you mange to walk into a boulder?"

Quils smiled warmly towards her, folding his arms over his chest, and then looked out over the water. "Well, I guess it was just my lucky day." he responded in a serious tone. His right hand slowly came to the top of his head and rubbed at the location where he had bumped his head way back when. It was a turning point of his life and sometimes he'd imagine the pain coming back, thinking of it as a pleasant reminder. He crouched and then leapt up onto the rock, standing next to Teresa now. "In a way, Id led me to you. The truth was I was fighting him at the time."

"Oh..was that what it was?" Teresa had to glance a bit more upwards to gaze towards his face. "Your aura that day was like fireworks going off insanely with no sense of stop and go to it. I'm sure you enjoyed the image you got from me falling into the waters."
If she remembered correctly she happened to be wearing one of her skin tight outfits that day. One of the usual sort of fashions she wore when out in training for the day. The first day training in blindness was a strange one having to remember exactly where everything is by memory alone. But perhaps it is because of that experience why she had such a good memory now.

Quils face flushed, a vivid image of her that day coming to mind. Her outfit caught his eye immediately. He could discern every curve over her body and it made him chuckle nervously. She stood before him now, unchanged except now she could see. He smirked, rubbing the back of his head. "I felt bad about what happened that day, and to be honest I did take a good look..." he admitted shamefully.

"You're always taking a good look." Slowly Teresa walked back out of the waters her boots now soaked. She unlaced them slipping them off pouring the water that had collected inside out. Removing the socks as well now wanting to obtain any sort of fungus from them. Toes wiggling in the cool loose soil of the lake bank.

Quils sat himself down, hanging his legs from the rock and watching Teresa. His eyes shimmering in the light as the water did. "I like looking at you, but I prefer just being with you." he said, leaning back on his arms and looking to the endless sky. "This is all I need, all I want."

Teresa smiled softly placing herself against the rock resting somewhat between his dangling legs. Enjoying the coldness of the water around her feet and ankles. Toes wiggling in the sand bed as she stood there gazing out across the waters unsettling surface. Perhaps one of these days the two should take a swim together maybe at the beach. She had yet to go there and she doubt he had been there yet.

Quils peered down at her, content in expression and manner. The wind blew his hair back, his bangs whipped his face, and his clothes rustled. The sun reflected from the water just right to cast a glimmering light over the two. "Should we wait here a little longer?" he asked, smiling cheerfully with his head cocked to the side.
