Wouldn't you then be making an argument, considering that an argument is nothing but two premises that leads to a conclusion? Just curious.
Glad you at least agree that bad calls were made during my fight. I could pull that along with other stuff as evidence but... I really don't care to argue beyond trolling right now.

Colonel Iyam A Heita Ok I think people think that I or Darth is taking this more seriously then we should. I can't speak for him but... I like discussion. I like to argue points and go back forth about opinions vs facts. It's why I RP fight. I think he feels the same given his last post. So for the sake of the others Darth. Shall we agree to disagree? ((KB wins for me again.)) Same. I think it's a serious discussion in that we're talking about the ethics of staffing a tournament.. which is serious in that you have to be ethically minded to ensure fairness. But it's a discussion, not a volatile argument or something. I'm not accusing you of whining or crying about losing, we're just discussing present information and what interpretations can come of it, and why some things are as they are. And you're not accusing me of trying to cover for people or anything. or of being a rigged staff when I was on staff. It's just a discussion.

Y'know what I always thought was funny...
My team would always get to about round two and then have to face some bullshit team.
We'd lose to said Bullshit due to some OOC bullshit
Bullshit team would move on...do the same bullshit to a Levi favorite seed and then people would be like...
I guess team Slap/Save a Ho was right. This team is some bullshit.

I should be the one most salty. I never got past the first round in any HoH since '07. But I kinda knew how the cookie crumbles. And yet, I still tried every year to up my game and try to better my odds of progressing to the next round. But I never did.
The only thing that kept me going, I suppose, was to try to make memorable moments, whether it was with Yusuke or any other of my characters.

Like I said, it's more of a refutation of an argument. While there are two premises, one is based only on the denial of the other for lack of proof. It's like saying "the moon of made is cheese" and then someone else going "no it isn't." That second person isn't make an argument, so much as they're just saying that the first premise isn't right. It boils down to burden of proof, like I said. If, for example, I wanted to say Vin was biased or something.. I would have to provide proof. I wouldn't expect anyone to just take the statement at face value, you know? They'd have no reason to, if it wasn't immediately evident (like, no one has to prove that the sun rises in the east, it's immediately evident in the morning).

will consist of KB as my Lawyer, Crawley as Sailor Suplex, C.Fox cause...he and Crawley are attached at the everything and Last but not least Lucid as my Striker.

I still think it was mostly a matter of ..
Levi based tournament where Levi judges look for and are only familiar with "x" style.
Some competitors new to Levi have "y" style.
Levi judges unfamiliar with "y" style and therefore aren't exactly sure how to properly judge it on the same scale.

Athena was just there at the wrong time, so to keep the ruse of her being a different person, she entered with Sieg since she was at the lu Bu during the current time and sort of rocking the fighting world. And then both our teams ended up fighting in the first round in '08. I was laughing for a while then. But it was all for rp purposes.

I don't ******** with powers not cause I'm so PRO-FIST. I mean I am but..
It's mostly because I'm too lazy to understand everyone's goofy s**t. There's just too many variables out there that I have to sit and consider.
You know what powers mean when I fight someone?
Powers mean I actually have to pay attention and read and comprehend how s**t is happening.
And I'm just too lazy for that s**t.
