No.
Well, folks, after a long day of slaying demons and undead, I came up with a list of moves and Final Smashes for Brawl.
Luigi

Same Moveset
Poltergust 3000: Same from Luigi's Mansion. Sucks up the other folks, and you can spit them out. Kinda like a horizontal Kirby smash, minus the free items.
Lucario

Aura Sphere- Similiar to Mewtwo's Shadow Ball, but smaller and flies in a straight line.
Extreme Speed- Like Fox's Dash attack.
Bullet Punch- His A attack. Fire rapidly like Link's attack.
No clue for FSmash.
Jigglypuff

Same moveset
Jigglypuff Live- Jiggly sings and knocks the whole stage asleep then gets mad and markers them/KOs them
Ness

Same Moveset
I dunno, never played Earthbound so I have no clue on his Final Smash. Probably end up as some PSI move.
Mewtwo

Assuming he makes it back, he'll have the same moves plus some uber-psychic Final Smash.
Ganondorf

Completely new moveset I came up with on my own. ^^
Jab- Normal attack. Not very fast.
Energy Ball- Like in OoT. He can either launch many small ones in semi-rapid succesion, or charge up a big one.
Ganon's Sword- Smash Attack. Just push over and A/B
Mind Control- Temporary controls another nearby char, leaving you fully vulnerable. If either you or the controlled char gets hit fairly hard, the move ends.
Hover- Like in OoT. He leaps up and hovers, similar to Peach.
GANON- Final Smash. Basically, he does like Bowser and transforms into Ganon, then proceeds to tear up the stage. I'd rather have the OoT Ganon versus the LoZ or TP Ganon.
