Well yes...but as much as Sil likes Veli.
Veli lacks -thumbs-.
Thumbs are very important for certain tasks.
Lets just say that out of all the troupe members, Sil probably puts the most trust in Ace to get things done right. XD
....And those chimeras won't like anybody without that amulet. XD

Well, it's not like Sil couldn't turn Veli back into human. >w>; That's true... Ace and Iyokou wouldn't want to mess around with Sil since they both lack backbones/guts for that. The others, like Alex and Sin are too careless. Eli is questionable... Between Ace and Iyokou, Iyokou's bad immune system prevents him from doing much, and Ace's really useful since he's too naive. xD Well dang. Ace, you better quit and join Stelle. But that's not going to happen, eh? Sil would probably turn him into a chimera. ...A cute little blue haired... thing. xD

For a fae, she's actually fairly magically handicapped. XD Probably because she never stuck around her community to learn anything.
Ace knows he likes the excitement too much to leave. >w>;
And you know, I bet Ace is one of the ones Sil -hasn't- explained the...exact..nature of the chimeras too. XD She's ...a little worried he'll freak and go tell the authorities or something.

Yen Quest Upcoming weather forecast for both Ace and Alex, from yours truly~ A year's worth of chimera cage cleaning duty. xD Ain't my fault the the other rper made the explosion. Wha? If Sil doesn't know how to change the chimeras back to their original forms, then there's really no reason for Ace to tell the authorities. Ace may be a worrywart, but he at least have some sense that you can't solve problems without the main source. These Chimeras need Sil, not some authority who are clueless about Izunala. xD Lol, I guess Ace is sorta looking at things in slow-motion. He does have haste cast on himself. xD

Yeahbut...Sil doesn't know that. XD And the authorities -are- heavily investigating all of the disappearances.

Lol, if Ace ever finds out, he wouldn't tell even if the authorities were to come to him asking questions. >w>; Now that you mention it... Gotta wonder whether Ace already knew of Izunala possessing Sil. If Mel can sense Ace as a magician, then Ace should be able to sense Izunala. I think this bit would give Ace a good enough reason to stay in crazy Noire, and somewhat answer the crack thread's problem about Ace knowing of the books about Izunala. Ace be snooping around Sil's room like a detective~ xD I don't know why, I want Card's Arashi to be a detective. >w>;

I have been wondering if people can sense Izunala or not. XD Because there could be a good chance that she's masking herself. I dunno yet.

Maybe not masking, but probably resting inside the pendant. Ace would probably try to avoid Sil whenever she's walking around wearing it around her neck, but I'm not too sure. Chances are, Izunala will possess Sil somewhere off in the corners, since there's no way that she'll do that in front of Sil's troops.

Well. Sorta. The more and more Sil uses the pendant (for either making the creatures or controlling them) the more connection and slowly control Izunala gets. (Added to the fact that Sil's mind is already unstable as it is, it shouldn't really take her too long.)
So as time goes on, Izu will gain more control, and you'll see Sil having some bad, unexplained mood swings. >A> Until finally Izunala can keep full control.
Then the fun begins. >w> .. ...Because I have no clue what's going to happen after that. That's up to the rest of you guys and how the cast deals with it.~

I was wondering, the only way and time Izunala controls Sil is through the pendant, right? If so, then all one have to do is remove the pendant from Sil, and this will be quite hard since we're dealing with Izunala who now also have the ability to shape shift. And not only that, since Sil wears it on and off (probably away from view, like have it underneath her shirt), it will be hard for others to figure out what's causing Sil's mood swings.

Yes and no...I guess. As Sil uses it more, Izunala won't need the amulet to make a connection will Sil, and will eventually just "move in"....as it were.
So. REALLY...the only way to take care of her at this point is to either
A. Kill Sil, which would release both souls from the body. (Though I don't know if that'd be the best solution.)
or
B. Figure out some way to extract Izunala's soul from Sil (without extracting her own soul in the process) and trapping it once again in the amulet.
Also. ...Breaking the amulet would just set Izu's soul free to wander about and possess whatever she pleases. Just so you know.~

Option A, I'm sure Ace would all like, "Over my dead body!" once he hears that. xd Option B may require Alex (alchemy), Ace (knowledgeable in white magic), Mel (to keep tab of Luciano), and Luciano (he should have little to no problem removing souls) to work together as a group. Ironically, their first meet is a fight. >w>; The rest may have to hide or deal with the chimeras running amok.
