The storm worsened, as the group hastened on, sheets of rain sluicing over them, soaking each to the skin. Radergeist's now silver hair was plastered down her shoulders, but she hardly seemed to notice. She no longer spoke or even thought very much, merely running without thought or word as if she had nothing in her life than running. Her limbs burned. And with a wince she drew out the lactic acid in her muscles and kept on running.

Looking ahead, a great mountain loomed out of the pouring rain. The travellers hardly noticed it until they were actually upon it, the storm was so dense. Lightning bolts leaped up to the clouds from the mountaintop, granting a flickering illumination and filling the air with rolls of thunder. The group halted for an instant, overwhelmed by the solemn majesty of the tall, jagged peaks, jutting like daggers against the boiling sky.

*opens her eyes slightly* mountain.....*blinks and her hands clench about Nienna's shoulders*.............followed........mama....we're..................being.....followed...........

Nienna was somewhat calmed when the Healer told her not to wake Feather yet she was also worried.
As the rain started to pour down she wondered if Feather should be more covered up, after all she wouldn't want Feather to catch a cold. Nienna skin was starting to burn a little but she paid no attention to it, she knew Feather had to get somewhere safe and fast.
Nienna could sense someone behind them she did not know who or what it was. She did not panic in fear of waking Feather. Than she felt Feather's grip get tighter and she heard Feather's tiny voice informing her that they were being followed. "I know sweetie but do not worry if it's something threatening we will take care of it." Talon started telling everyone that it was nothing serious and he knew who it was, which helped Nienna to relax. "See Feather, it's no one scary you can relax again."

Radergeist raised her hands. A thick cloak wove itself together in the air above Feather, and fell losely around her shoulders. Radergeist tucked it around the small blind child on Nienna's back. He turned anxiously to the healer. "Was that kind?" she asked, nervously. She had not noticed the figure behind them. There had been a time when she had been aware of whole planetary systems and could tell the position of every human being on a continent. That time was gone now, but she had not learned to use her ordinary senses or to be wary of attack or enemy. It was only when Talon spoke that she turned back and stared into the lashing storm, but even then she could not see anything through the dense rain.

Nienna heard Feather telling her she was thirsty but she didn't know if anyone had brought something to drink aside from the blood packets she had taken. "Healer, did you bring anything Feather could drink? She's thirsty."
Nienna saw the cloak go around Feather she looked towards Radergeist, "Thank you for your help." She looked over her shoulder to Feather, "Umm...your big brother should be back anytime....I think..."

Nienna looked at the one who came up to them and listened to her talk, "I am Nienna and this child is Feather, I do not know if she will be alright. We are trying to reach help so we must move quickly."
