Ginger Snapple I find more typos in Viz. Though, it still is my preffered company. It's manga comes out much faster than Tokyopop whose employees seem to want to build a bridge before they start working on the next book of a manga.
Viz also usually chooses better seires, with better artists, in my opinion.
I think it would be intersting to see Viz and Tokyopop merge. (Tokyoviz?) Fruits Basket, Zodiac PI, Paradise Kiss, and Mars are just some of the titles I have from Tokyopop, and Viz doesn't necessarily pick the better titles. You can't tell me W Juliet is better than Paradise Kiss, I'd have to strangle someone o_o As I've said before, Viz releases are inconsistent, one of my favorite series, Kare First Love, they are very very slow on. I like the titles they license and release, but I don't like the manner in which they go about it. I would have much preferred is companies like Tokyopop, ADV, or most of all Del Ray (because they are the best) would have gotten these titles. They are not riddled with the ridiculous mistakes that Viz is. Viz is just a licensing manga whore. As for Ryurik there all I remember is he's the Russian doctor dude we don't see all that often. He comes in during the novels though. He just wasn't a big player so I ignored him.

Ceres is pretty awesome. Even though in a bunch of the volumes they put the wrong pic of the person for their profile. ^^

LHL evengenglionrei cant wait till #9 comes out !!! crying Same here. That cliffhanger was just evil. you can download it from the internet......or just see the movie...go to bittorrent.com or animesuki.com...... i already saw number 9.......but if you want to read it instead of looking at the movie then...it would be faster...because the book is just like that...it doesn't move....but if you want to see the movie then it would take a little bit longer especially if you don't have bit torrent in your ocmputer...

I like Ceres well enough, but volume 12 is SO SAD! I really truely CRIED! crying
How could she:: gonk KILL CHIDORI!!! toya, i liked him too, but, he KINDA maya had it coming, BUT STiLL! HOW COULD SHE KILL THEM!!! crying domokun And aya getting pregnant? JUST as Toya dies?! scream i mean, it was so sad!

(I wouldn't doubt they did it but I don't remember it happening)I bought Viz's release of volume 7 the other day and laughed when I saw the image of Wei over the profile for Yuuhi. XD I was scratching my head for like 5 seconds trying to figure out where Wei's profile blurb was and why Yuuhi's picture wan't on the page at all. Anyway, v7 had a weird printing error (2nd printing). On page 27, where Tooya has just << done some evil, painful-looking things to Assam's leg...>> there's this weird dark block on his bared leg. At first, I thought Viz had put that little bar as a weak attempt at censoring the area where Tooya's dagger had sliced but after checking the Japanese version, turns out that that wasn't the case as there's nothing on his leg aside from... er, unmarred skin (i.e., sans the ugly blotch/bar). Even the first volume of the 2nd Shojo edition of FushiYuu (3rd printing) had a weird black circle on one of the pages obstructing a small part of the image. It's really distracting, especially in the case of AyaCere where it happened on an especially intense page.

There, I said it, I'm done. Aya belongs with me! heart Although, I must say, he is a better person for her to end up with than the Progenitor...she'll end up with Yuhi now, which I guess is alright...Personally, I about cried when Chidori died...
