((Quick question, so I'm on the same page as you: How would you perform a handsign with the bow out, or do you just put the bow away really quickly and pull it out the same way?))

Jipin watched as Takashi smashed his arrows. He wanted to see Takashi in action so he would know what he could actually do. That was Jip's real reason for sparring with him. He performed some hand signs with the bow in his hands. He then grabbed an arrow and focused his chakra into it. "Kamaitachi no Jutsu!" Jip steadily aimed for Takashi's chest and let the arrow go. If he tried to smash it like the other two, he would get hit by the jutsu.

Jipin watched Takashi in confusion as he pulled out a kunai. *What is he doing?! He's going to get hit by the blast!* He took out a kunai and hit the arrow to the side as it spun towards him. Jip didn't really understand how he managed to do it but Takashi took the blow and stopped the arrow. He would have to step it up if he wanted to see Takashi use jutsu. Jip placed his bow on his back. He started to perform hand signs, using his chakra to create a ball of wind. "Kaze Bakuhatsu!" He hurled the swirling ball at Takashi. He wouldn't be able to take this blow so he would have to take the offensive position. Jip got ready for this, knowing exactly what jutsu to use if he attacked.

ϾʁѻЙѻ ℳυsɨɔд Ҝῦɾȉ Crono watches Jipin and Takashi spar.The weasels watch too some go to the side where Jipin is and some go to Takashi's side to show who they wanted to win.Some of them even play fight with each other.Sigmund, Kenji, and Crono sit in the middle between the other weasel showing they were neutral. "Don't injury each other." He said trying not to pick a side.Even though if he had to root for someone he would root for Jipin.Because he didn't know who Takashi was and, because he talked with Jipin before and gotten him drunk.

((Ok, as of right now, I'm no longer waiting for my app for Taijutsu. Eight Celestial Gates... is MINE!! Was hoping for it to get approved earlier, but... *Evil grin* You are my new guinea pig... But again, super sorry. I will be MUCH quicker with replies now ))
The entire fight, Takashi had been playing defensively, slowly building up chakra in his body. Now the time came to show off his knew... 'ability'. His hands formed a single handsign, then tensed. "Gate One, Open!"
Both arms came up in an X form and blocked the explosion. Now both arsm were relatively beat up, with that didn't matter right now. He had... maybe three sessions of attacks before this wore off. He had to make the most of it. He wasn't going to experiment with the Second Gate, at least not yet. No, he wanted a full grasp of these Gates power before he went any farther.
He swayed back slighly, then dashed forward in a flicker. His speed and strength had increased. Jip was now in a dangerous situation, with a non-hold back punch aimed for his gut.

[*shrill whistle noise* STOP RIGHT THERE! First off, if your application has not been approved, you cannot use the style. Second, if an application has gone a few days without notice, then notify the appropriate mod that you have an application waiting. Which, incidentally, that would be me. Finally, the opening of the gates must me TRAINED. Give me the link where you trained for the opening of the gate. I hope you actually read the entire style instead of just skipping to the technique list.
Also, you don`t roll for self-damage until after your last gate opened has resolved its 3 posts. This is to keep people from opening the 8th gate when they find out their character will die after the 7th one resolves if they got the roll to die.
Btw, sorry for the wait jade. Posting tonight. I'll also have a look at the application.]

((It was checked, approved, and how do you train a non-jutsu technique? As for reading it, aye, I did. This is training. Just trust me on this, the only real way to train taijutsu properly is to just roll with it and use it. No, It's not at full strength, nor will it go according to his plan. Again, just trust me on this. As for the actual app, I've waited since the 6th for someone to respond, got a mod to look over the app and what not. The roll isn't for after effects, it's for me to know what goes wrong.))

.:. Im sure there is a forum explaining how to train for taijutsu. Plus if this is your first training exercise and you try something like opening a flood of chakra into your body without any proper condition, I think you would do more damage to your body than boost any skills. Unless you have RP'ed your character obtaining a scroll on the Gates or training for the taijutsu, you really shouldn't be able to just pull it out of thin air without any warning. .:.

[Yeah, you train taijutsu just like ninjutsu. Instead of handsigns and chakra manipulation, you work on accuracy, muscle memory, and timing with the techniques.
Now, whenever you train, you need to document it in your profile. Unless you have done ten posts of training speed and strength, you will be going to the hospital in three posts. Now, show me where someone taught you how to use the gates, or the scroll you used to train for it, as well as the link to where you did the conditioning.]

(( I'll say it again... the training required... I'm working on it the only way you can truly use it: Experimentation. Specifically? In combat, right now. Yes, it's fine to post. As for knowing about the gates? He had a mentor before his Gennin life. The same reason he knows about his bloodline. ))
