"Never said he wasn't," he smiled a bit to pleasantly.
Hana ignored the current conversation at hand and looked at Kain, "Turn the fire up, won't you?"
Kain nodded and flicked his wand, which he kept with him at all times, at the fire. The heat automatically turned up.
"Better?" She looked at Kiera.

"Oh Much thank you" She still sat cuddled in her chair,someone to cuddle would be much more enjoyable. She laughed at herself. It was a good thing no one could read minds. She smiled and leaned her head against the side of the chair. "So Akio...what year are you?"

"You two are in the same year!" Hana patted him on the shoulder and giggled.

"I get enough structure at home, thank you," he sneered at the thought of home. "It matters not. I don't know if I'll stay through my seventh year anyway. Seems kind of useless, if you ask me."

Kiera sighed at him. He was a lost cause already,no need to fight i guess. "Well from your reaction you dont seem to enjoy home very much,so maybe its the wrong sort of structuring. Enjoy being here surrounded by friends while you can" She smiled to him.

Akio raised and eyebrow and almost laughed. "Enjoy being here surrounded by friends? That sounds like something a Hufflepuff would say.."
Hana elbowed him lightly.
He grunted, "But I suppose it's better than home. If only slightly."
Kain smiled, "Pardon Akio. He can be quite rude, as you can see. He actually just came back after a year of absence. He's still a bit touchy, aren't you?"
"I suppose you could call it that, yes."

"Just because i care about my friends does not mean i take any thing after those mangy lousy useless hufflepuffs" Kiera growled as she sat rigid in her seat. She never took kindly to being resembled to other houses. "If you stopped being such a faltfinder you might actually enjoy somethings" She said to him.

"I enjoy plenty of things. However, none of my interest have to do with school. My...extracurricular activities are far my enjoyable."
Hana cleared her throat but said nothing.
Kain was a bit on edge and had his wand ready, but said nothing.

"Fine then" Kiera spoke stiffly. "But There is No Need to make such words as before. I Do Not Take Kindly To Being Called Names." She let her legs fall from the chair and crossed them.

Akio chuckled, "Oh, then pardon me," his tone was clearly sarcastic.
"Um...Well I hope you two go that off your chests," Hana laughed nervously.
Kain settled back into this chair and took his hair out of its' pony tail. "You always try and start things, Akio. You're terrible," he genuinely laughed.

Kiera lips turned up into a snarl. She was not going to take it easy on him. "Bloody Deadbeat" She muttered under her breath. Kiera looked up at hana and smiled.

Akio laughed, "Deadbeat? Love, you have no idea what you're talking about," he stood up and stretched, grabbing his wand. "But maybe one day I'll show you." he turned on his heel and left.
Once he was gone Hana sighed, "That's about as close as you can get to Death Eaters without actually being one."
Kain just shook his head.
(I'll be back in about 2 hours. Going to get yogurt and watch TV.)
