Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu Training: 7/100
Hana nodded absent-mindedly at the Otokage's words, deep in concentration on finishing Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu as soon as possible. Her handseal-making speed had gotten better than during the beginning of her training but it still wasn't satisfactory. It was true that Hana was quite fond of Ninjutsu techniques but the number of complex seals for more advanced Jutsus always annoyed her as she has to start off a bit slowly so she can be as accurate as possible.

Hana frowned slightly as she thought she caught a very slight mistake in her seal formation. She slowed down her speed to recheck all of the seals. Even though it was troublesome, erroneous seals could cause problems during the performance of a Ninjutsu technique. And Hana knew perfectly what could go wrong when performing a fire-based ninjutsu technique. The last time she messed up on Gokakyuu, half of the forest at the borders of the Fire Country was set on fire because she couldn't control the radius of the blast. The result wasn't pretty and Hana wondered if the former Hokage ever realized a chunk was missing, transformed into ashes.

Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu Training: 9/100
Hana felt she hadn't exactly fully gotten the seal making speed down yet but hers was most certainly above the standard Chuunin speed for Hosenka no Jutsu. The red-haired kunoichi was certainly pushing herself hard, without eating even after all the time that had passed. She knew better than to deprive herself of food but Hana really wanted to master the Hosenka.

Some time passed before Hana deemed her handseal speed acceptable. Fortunately, she was able to memorize the seals during practicing her speed as well. Now, she can finally get down to attempting the actual Jutsu. But first...she would need some water. Hana had been sitting next to the river all this time so getting the water wasn't much trouble. When she had finished drinking two deep gulps, Hana decided to work on a bit more of inhalation and exhalation exercises before attempting the actual Jutsu.

Duke enters the grounds with a satified face. He was very exited for training today. After entering he watched Hana had taken his spot in the river. He runs towards Hana as he sees her practicing.
"Hello Hana. New jutsu, huh?" Duke asked as he awaits for Hanas respond. He walks up to the river and takes an amount of water and freezes it, making it into a water needle.
"Seems that I mastered the ability to freeze water into needles." Duke said as he prepares for the second face of his new jutsu training.
Throw water needles
The user attempts to use the jutsu Sensatsu Suisho (A Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death) and creat needles that target a dummy.
The user must hit the dummy with more than 300 needles.
DC: 10 + Chk contr (8 )to hit with each needle.
Train: For 5 days (Lowers one day if the user hits with all 20 needles.
Cp cost: 2 per needle

Duke looks at the target, it was the blanks he used for shuriken practice. Duke prepares to use his jutsu to hit the target, doesent matter were but atlist he must hit it.
Duke creates 20 water needles using the body of water to his right and sends them all to the target.
Throw water needles
The user attempts to use the jutsu Sensatsu Suisho (A Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death) and creat needles that target a dummy.
The user must hit the dummy with more than 300 needles.
DC: 10 + Chk controll (8 )to hit with each needle.
Train: For 5 days (Lowers one day if the user hits with all 20 needles.
Cp cost: 2 per needle
Cp: 66- 40= 26 cp left

Duke succesffully hits the target with all of the needles. He was amazed on what he had done, he was extremely happy, now he wanted to hit more in the middle, it was harder but Duke was ready to try,
Duke creates 10 water needles and charges them and attepts to hit the bullseye.

DC: 1d20+chak mod (8 )= must equal 15 now that Duke wants to hit more inner tarets.
Train: For 5 days (Lowers one day if the user hits with all 20 needles.)

"Yes, Duke-kun." Hana replied simply. "But the problem is...look...Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu!" Hana had managed to blow out three fireballs consecutively but there were quite...small...and ineffective. In fact, a slightly stronger wind was enough to put the flames out. "This is taking longer than I thought." The red-haired kunoichi sighed before trying again. She had no desire to relive her Gokakyuu training's nightmare but it appeared Hosenka would be just as difficult.

It seems he missed from hitting the target 3 needles. He still had a long way to go, it frustrated him a little but he prepared to do the jutsu once more.
After hearing what Hana said he gets amazed she could throw fire, aldough it wasnt as strong as its suppost to, Duke had never seen a fire jutsu befor.
"Thats awsome Hana, you almost have it done!"
Duke said as he uses the jutsu to throw the needles once more. When he used the jutsu it didint work. He had completely forgot he had no more chakra.
"Damn Im out of chakra."
Duke said as he looks around. He sits down and looks at Hanas training to see hwo well she is doing.
"Duke you have to consentrate more on what you are doing, or else you will end up doing nothing."
Kiatsu told Duke as Duke rested.

"Don't be so surprised. Fire Jutsus are actually quite common to those from Sunagakure...especially since the majority there specializes in either fire, earth, or wind-based techniques." Hana replied quietly before attempting the Hosenka again. "When I'm done with this one, I'll show you how it's really supposed to be... But as for now, Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu!" This time, the flames weren't so easily extinguished but Hana gave an unsatisfactory shake of her head. Be as it may fire Jutsus was to be her future specialty, they were still a headache to learn...

"Thats amazing Hana."
Duke yelled as he looks at hanas poor fire. Kiatsu looked at Duke so exited and got depressed he is with such a wierd kid.
"Duke, hurry up and rest! You are wasting your time!"
The little hawk told Duke as he flies towards Hana. He steps on Hanas shoulder.
"Hey babe... maibe I should have picked you.."
After what Duke heard he got jelous and took Kiatsu by force with fire in hsi eyes.
"Kiatsu! Thats cruel!"
Duke yelled at him.
"Calm down, calm down. I was just kidding."
Kiatsu yelled as he flies to Dukes shoulder.

Hana had noticed Duke's new pet but was surprised when the hawk flew up to her, landed on her shoulder, and began to talk. Hana blinked. Oh...certainly she heard of animals talking before but this was her first encounter with one... A pretty smile was on the red-haired kunoichi's lips as she told the bird before Duke snatched Kiatsu back. "You're not giving him enough credit." Was her simply words.
With then, Hana went back to working on her Hosenka, chuckling slightly at the fire that was now in Duke's eyes. Ironic, considering what she was practicing... Perhaps she'll be able to cast the fire Jutsu more strongly than Duke's furious expression.

Kiatsu looks back and cries as he hears the young red-haired say tat he was not giving Duke enouogh credit. Kiatsu suddently starts to cry as he feels badly rejected. Duke suddently looks at Kiatsu and gives him a warm smile. Made Kiatsu feel better as he suddently has a spark on his eye. When Duke looks to the right there was a mice running around. Out of nowhere Kiatsu suddently flash flew from Dukes shoulder and then suddently grabs the mice with his claws of feet and throws him up high. After the mice falls down Kiatsu grabs him by the mouth and swallows him. Duke looks at the action that just happened.
"That is just grows..."
Duke said to Kiatsu as he looked with a sick face.
"What? Its animal instics, its who I am"
Kiatsu looks at Duke as he flies to his shoulder.
"Ah, that sure its the spot..."
Kiatsu said as he relaxes while watching Dukes stomach grown out of growsness.
