Lyori didn't seem at all phased by the threat, simply shrugging it off.
Kuro smiled and looked to Madden as the carriage ride got underway. First stop was ruins deep in the forests known for its odd fox and reptile species.

Kaitani put an arm around Lyori's waist and apologized to Searan and Anya, before leading the imperial dragon back inside.
Madden was excited, and she kept bouncing her feet up and down, staring out the window with a smile on her face.

Lyori let Kaitani lead her inside before she sighed some. "So what do we do now?"
Soon they arrived at the ruins, Kuro getting out and helping his love out as well. "Here's our first stop." he said, smiling to Madden.

Kaitani shrugged and took Lyori's hand with a mischevious smile. "Ever explored the high towers?"
Madden looked around excitedly, and immediately took Kuro's hand, dragging him over to a pile of rune-ridden stones.

Lyori blinked a little at Kaitani's evil little smile. "Um, no?"
Kuro smiled, watching Madden before he was tugged over to some stones. He knelt down and tried to read the old things. Now runes weren't that much of his specialty, but he definitely knew them. Now all he had to do was rebuild the tablet the stones had made and it'd make sense!

Kaitani tugged Lyori up a hidden staircase then released her wrist. "Wanna play hide and seek?"
Madden chuckled a little at the expression on Kuro's face and started to arrange the pieces of the tablet by size. It was just like a puzzle and she was pretty good at puzzles.

Lyori gasped a little as she was tugged into a hidden stairwell, but she smiled. "Sure! I'll hide first!"
Kuro glanced up to see Madden joining him in the puzzle. He smiled some, blushing a little as he continued to assemble the stones together.

Kaitani smiled back and leaned his arm against a stone wall, closing his arms and starting to count.
Madden assembled the outside of the puzzle, leaving the inside for Kuro. "These are a little strange," she said reading through them.

Lyori smiled once Kaitani turned around and ran up the stairs and hid in an old dusty wardrobe.
Kuro looked curiously to Madden, filling in the holes. "What makes you say that?"

Kaitani heard a creaky door open and shut and he smirked while he continued to count. When he finished, he turned back around. He knew there were only three doors made of wood in this tower, and that only two of them were for a closet or wardrobe. He was down to two locations.
Madden traced her fingers over a diagonal line of runes. "These are a different dialect than the others."

Lyori hid quietly in the wardrobe, hiding inside a large fur coat that was still on the hanger. She hoped she'd win this little game.
Kuro looked at the runes, putting the last stone in place. He studied it for a moment, finding himself unable to read it, but... "Ya know Madden..." he started to get her attention and to make her look up. Once she did, he kissed her over the tablet they had assembled together.

Kaitani managed to check out one of the wardrobes within ten seconds, since it was only a few feet away. But Lyori was nowhere in it, so he headed to the next one. He opened the door, reaching in towards the back. He didn't feel her, so he went to checking all the coats hanging in it.
Madden looked up just when Kuro wanted her too, and she was surprised when he kissed her. She closed her eyes and put her hand on the assembled tablet, not even caring that it was ancient. [OOC:] I'm home now, so when should I bring Drais in? yum_puddi

[OOC:] In a little bit. Not exactly sure when.
Lyroi tried to stay out of Kaitani's grasp without moving too much. She wanted to stay hidden and surprise the ice dragon.
Kuro held the kiss, placing his hand over hers on the tablet. This was actually rather nice, enjoying a kiss with Madden on a peaceful day near these nice ruins.

Kaitani was confused as he continued to turn up empty from the closet. He'd been so sure that Lyori was in there.
Madden blushed a little as the kiss continued and Kuro put his hand over hers. She wrapped her other arm around his neck, pulling them closer together.

Lyori remained hidden, trying to still avoid Kaitani's hands that were weaving through the thick fur coats. She wanted to jump out and surprise the dragon, not get caught.
Kuro smiled into the kiss, letting Madden pull him closer. He released her hand, wrapping his arms around her waist, pulling her onto his lap as he sat on the reassembled tablet.
