I would really enjoy the approval On my idea, with Heavenly being so busy, I need another character, and I would love for it to be this one. It has to be approved by a few people for it to become an actual character.
Please please please ^^
I'm also looking to create a third character, but have no idea what to do for one ^^

First I'm going to say, constantly pushing the subject is annoying, and its turning me against it. Frankly with such an idea I'm already fairly disapproving of it, and I need to review your roleplaying and that takes time.
But seeing you post over and over, everywhere, asking for approval, has just about got you one GVC's disapproval and Heavenly will have to vote her approval or disapproval regardless. Your going to need 3/4 GVC to approve, without Yomiko's vote, then you'll also need her approval for the idea to be allowed.
It takes time for people to make decisions and you need to be patient while they do so.
EDIT: And also posting about it in the OOC when it is a Crew matter is inappropriate.

I have to say I agree with Blade-san... Please be patient with everyone here, I know the crew here is doing their best. Right now, we're working on getting the plot going, so something like your request may have to wait a bit anyway.

Yeah yeah v.v Sorry for the pushiness. And Heavenly was the one who asked me to put it up fro approval. She wanted to see what everyone else thought.
I'm not so much leaning toward the who parasitic hollow thing, more so the modified hollow from the SRDI, since its somewhat Heavenly's idea anyway, it was an in character thing I decided to draw upon.
I apologize again for being pushy, and would like to comment that- anything out of character belongs in the Ooc thread, like everyone's random stuff. So what goes in the Ooc doesn't particularly matter, as long as it is Out Of Character.

We have a Crew Chat in the Crew area for those topics that concern crew and not the entire guild.
If it pertains to crew members only it should be taken care of in the Crew area and not brought out to the entire guild.
It DOES matter and your attempted argument is only going to cause trouble for yourself.
