Can frozen hatchlings get wings? I thought freezing them, stopped them from maturing? (I havent tried it)

Frozen hatchlings will mature to 2nd stage hatchlings and stop there. In other words, yes they will get their wings or fins depending on the dragon.

Managed to coordinate with a friend to abandon this Silver so he could adopt it. He's been trying ever so hard to get a Silver with no succeess.
