=3 Heavy body composition. More powerful muscles in smaller spaces, thicker bone composition, etc.
^^ I've wrote entire characters on the basis of packing a lot of weight into a small space.

For the record...
Tieflings associate with devils, the fey-ri with demons. There's a vast difference between the two, as demons are more often the chaotic hulking masses, and devils the lawful and somewhat more sophisticated of the infernal cabare.
I slaughtered that last word...
So yeah, the fey-ri are much less elf than one might think.
