Krono Zero Yeah, but you won't fight any of my characters. I would but 1) the characters worth fighting I don't have a reason to fight, and 2) The characters I do have a reason to fight have pretty much unstoppable techniques xp

Chrono's Quicksilver is far from unstoppable. You just need enough speed....like Zero wouldn't have much of a problem against it.

It wouldn't counter-act it, but Zero for instance would move only slightly slower than Chronic while under the time restraints.

You didn't get some simple trigonometry and now you're trying to relate speed to time mechanics? xp
It's been some years since I so much as glimpsed at a chapter on special relativity, but if Chronic's quicksilver technique is anywhere near powerful enough to even be worth mentioning, you're going to have to be moving A LOT faster than I've seen any characters in the BC moving.
