Calling Shenanigans I hate feeling helpless. neutral Tim is sick and I don't know what to do to help him feel better. I feel the strong urge to bake but I'm not sure if he'd be able to stomach any baked good right now. I know a lot of people here have been sick lately, what food do you guys generally eat when you're sick? If it's the stomach flu, I don't eat at all. 8D If it's a cold, my appetite doesn't change. XD

Every time I try to help you, you run. Every time I try to talk about something serious, you run. Fine, keep running. You know why I stopped talking to your ex and you're practically asking me to do the same to you. So fine. Keep running. I'm done chasing you.

If it was stomach flu I'd avoid him like the plague no matter how much I care about him, I'm not throwing up at theatrefest again gonk

Ugh. I'm so pissed and hopeless at the same time
I'm certain I've gotten a D at most in this one class, and I tried to talk to my dad about it but he's all like "nah, I don't think you did" and I tried explaining the sense I received of the class's expectations and a billion other things but they came out so ******** up and I highly doubt I'd be able to put them in writing and he refused to even give me an answer as to how he would react if I did, which I know I will, and I left the conversation feeling worse. I never feel better after talking to either of my parents, why the hell do I still try? Oh right, because that particular issue had to do with them.
My happiness is dependent on their moods. If I get the grades I expect, not only will they be pissy for weeks and on my case for months, but they won't let me move out next year. I'll kill them someday. I can'[t handle this anymore, I can't live with them. I can't deal with life and they're just making it worse. [Kestin] stabbity.

I know a lot of people here have been sick lately, what food do you guys generally eat when you're sick? Cranberry Juice. Lots and lots of Cranberry Juice. 8D Generally when i'm sick, I don't eat much. >.< We actually do have a ton of cranberry juice at my house. But I convinced my mom let me make a vegetable stock for matzo ball soup tomorrow, and I'm just gonna bring him some when I go to his house later for new years. I'm hoping he likes it cause he said it sounds good but he's never had it before.. Thats great. I hope he likes it. I really like cranberry juice, so I always drink alot of it when i'm sick. That, and Slurpee's. My parents always buy me one when i'm sick.

D; Once he gets some food in him, he'll feel better and he'll be able to eat more.

I'm severely confused by this whole madness here o.o. Like, not even funny, It's like 20 years have been knocked off my life and it's driving me nuts.
On another note I'm so terribly stuffed up. I shouldn't go into work for 7am, but if I feel this bad, I may get the other baker to cover the last half of my shift.

It's gotten very much fast-food like) and I wouldn't have been sick if a co-worker of mine wasn't sick on Christmas eve when I was working a morning shift. She got me and two others sick :/

So I just really upset my mom because I was far from enthusiastic about having to take a picture. It wasn't because it was with her, it was because I absolutely abhor taking pictures of myself.
Now how does one explain that? To the same woman that has insulted every physical feature of mine as unappealing ever since I was little?

To the same woman that has insulted every physical feature of mine as unappealing ever since I was little? Exactly like that. "You can't blame me for hating to take pictures of myself when you've been telling me all my life that I'm unattractive. If you want to be upset with anyone, take a look in the mirror."

Don't worry, Tasn. I don't like taking pictures of myself. I always hide from cameras. I hate it even more when people chase me trying to take my picture.
I get irritated and irritation is never an attractive feature. xp

Tasn Zheng Yeah, but that would only piss her off worse. *shrug* Sometimes they need to hear it. She sounds like the kind of person who turns any sort of criticism into a personal attack. I know someone like that. Her reality is literally different from actual reality. In her mind, nothing is her fault, and any attempts to let her know are malicious personal attacks on her. She'll take what you say and find trivial ways to turn your words back on you, or nitpick about little things from the past, or whatever. She'll find some way to force the blame off herself, and then somehow you end up feeling bad. I have been flat-out told, "She perceives everything differently from everything else. Literally sees and believes something different from what is real. You can't argue logically with someone like that." The only way to teach her something is to make her see someone else doing something similar so she can see the error of it. And even then, most of the time she doesn't realize that she does the same thing. Someone asked her, "Liz, why do you have a texting plan along with a big expensive bundle on your phone if you can't even afford to pay your own bills?" And she turned it into this whine-fest about how she should be pitied and about how you should be more understanding because she has resorted to making her own shampoo and stuff and GAWD IT IS SO HARD AND WHY ARE YOU BEING HARD ON HER?
