Niveus engaged one on six for what seemed to take hours. They kept coming for him. Bodies mounding around them. He could take to much more of this. Then one slashed his arm and another bit his wrist. His blood was too much for the vampre as it mouth started to burn then its entire body.
He dropped the last two vampires and severed the head of the one that slashed him. Hundreds of bodies surronded him. Kikara Honda floated down from the top towards Niveus, landing meters in front of him.
"Tired Holy Man, ever since your mas..."
"Shut your filty mouth, vermin."
"Oh, stuck a nerve have I." She snicked.
"You and every one of your kind will fall before this is all over."
"IS that so!?" She raised two katana above her head. The moon light shooned off her blades of steel. Stange runes glowing in the darkness. "Prepare to end your existance!" She charged head first, swords raised.

Niveus turned and doged the first strike. The second blade logged itself into his shoulder. His 'flesh' burned at the site. "Ahhhhhh" He yelled as she swung in with her left blade. It missed his skull by centimeters.
"Enjoy that," She snirred.
Niveus jumped back. This was going to be hard. She lunged foward again, with both swords coming down. He stopped both in his palms. Pain shot though his body. She pressed down harder. The blades cut more into his hands. He fell to one knee, holding on to the blades. She pushed harder. His hands and arms covered in his 'blood'.
"This is the end for you holy man, not even your second seals cant stop me." She laughed into his face.
"Why did you choose this path?" He asked staining to hold on.
"Power! After all these years I figured you relize that."
"After all we went though! You betrayed your oath! You betrayed your master! You bestrayed your..."
"No more flith from your mouth, holy man. Our time together is long overdue to end."
"Your right, and im sorry, I failed you." He lunged foward and kiss her vile lips. His seals spun rapidly in place as he focus his light into her corrupted body. She fell, dropping her swords to the ground. Her hair turned from black to a bright red. Her skin darkend from its paleness. He looked down upon her. He opened his mouth and uttered "May your soul find peace."
Her eyes starred and him for what seemed and eturnity afterwords. He bent down and sat by her body. "Good bye..." He shead a tear and vanished.

Dark is light and day is night
Niveus sat on an old church bench looking up at the cruifix. He turned and looked down seeing a katana in each hand. These were the blades of the late Kikara Honda. One familiar the other new. He looked to his left hand. Runes ran down its blade and hilt.
"Oathkeeper..." He whispered, the blade seemed to shine at the name.
The other was darker, more imbued with hatred. He stuided the runes. "Soulreaper."
He studied them both a moment longer and sheathed them on his back. "I fulfill your oath for the both of us Kikara. For the both of us..."
