I usually skim through manga if I know I don't have that much time, then decide which volume is most "addictive." DNAngel, for instance, I have volumes 1, 3, and 6. I saw 7 and 8 recently and wanted to get them but I'd forgotten and already spent money on a cd 10 minutes before. Even if I had an extra 10 bucks I probably would've gotten Fruits Basket anyway so DNAngel will have to wait.
I like romance novels too...but it's always Nicholas Sparks I wanna buy sweatdrop His newest novel is only available in hardcover and I've been waiting for it to go down, but nothing happens. I also wanted The Mediator series by Meg Cabot but they didn't have the first one, sooo...I really didn't wanna spoil anything. Besides, it was confusing.
Thinking about all these books reminds me to make space for a new bookshelf and to buy a new cd rack...*sigh* So many things to do, so little time.

I have to find somewhere in my new room to put my books. My bookself wont fit in here, and so I'll have to put it in the family room. But I hate the idea of leaving all my books that I love with them. So I will make room for my books. ninja

I know how you feel lol The question is, where? My room's so small...maybe I'll just get rid of this chair next to the desk and put a small bookshelf there...or...nope, that's pretty much my only option sweatdrop Unless I wanna put it in the closet and try to get around my dresser to reach for a book.
What was the topic of this sticky anyway?

I purchased the 12th volume of Ceres today. While, I do love it, Viz made some very embarssing spelling errors and gramatical errors. How could a profressional company, making as much as they do, not fix those types of things?
Does no one re-read the copy before it is printed?! mad

Ginger Snapple Does no one re-read the copy before it is printed?! mad Ha, I was just wondering the same thing yesterday (spent 6 hours at B&N). So many typos... Has the debate between Viz and Tokyopop ever come up in this guild? (Well too bad if it hasn''t because I''m bringing it up befor I leave for the day =P) Is one company significantly better or does Tokyopop have it''s own problems to deal with as well? (Heyyyy, my Takuhai! Has Viz ever done anything like that before? The editors are pretty dedicated over at TP)

I find more typos in Viz. Though, it still is my preffered company. It's manga comes out much faster than Tokyopop whose employees seem to want to build a bridge before they start working on the next book of a manga.
Viz also usually chooses better seires, with better artists, in my opinion.
I think it would be intersting to see Viz and Tokyopop merge. (Tokyoviz?)

Ceres is great and I loved everyone... except that guy who was the "bad aki". I felt so sorry for Aki, just wanted to hug him. But the doctor was soo funny too!

How can one not like Shiso?
How sexy he was with his pure evil xD. I loved him, he was one of the few characters that would make me giggle. I think I giggled the most in book 9. With the "Naughty girls who hit their husbands must be punished" line.

Yes, Shiso was my favorite character in AnC. I felt so bad for him after his past with Ceres was revealed... He never really meant to be so "evil". sad
