Dante went to the door. He whispered to Aria, "Get up stairs now. Please Aria." He looked her in the eyes. The panic left him, even him being scared left him. He was now fighting for himself, his family, and his friends. This is what he prepared for. He would talk to him, but not for long. He signaled for the two big guys to move out of the way. The four guys out back were prepared. They watched the car and the people with Veto. They placed their hands on their waist and was prepared for anything.

Dante opened the door. He saw Veto and two of his guys standing there. "So you decided to come talk eh?" Dante said as he stood in the doorway. He looked at the goons and back at Veto. "Brought troops I see. So how can I help ya?" Dante continued to stare down Veto. With each moment Dante filled with anger. He thought about Alex, his family, and his friends, and he was ready.

Dante chuckled. "Is that so. I didn't know I wanted to take you out to be honest. I don't take guys on dates. But I'm assuming you didn't mean that though. What's it matter to you? If I wanted to, I could've done it already." Dante looked at his goons. "And you two. Why are you chasing that poor little man?" He turned his attention to back to Veto. "I have no idea. Why are you looking for him? I mean look at him, what could he have possibly done to big ol Veto?" He talked to him as if he were a child. Dante laughed.

Dante shrugged his shoulders. "He overstepped things earlier with me so I think we're on the same page. But if you're not after me or anything, then why are you still standing on my porch?" Dante said. He was done talking. He gave what Veto wanted to hear and that was it. Now it was time for him to leave, so he could go back to his party.

Dante rose to his challenge. "If I bring the kid, he doesn't leave this house, and you can talk to him right here." Dante didn't say this as a suggestion but as a premise to the situation. It was either Dante's statement happened, or it was going to get ugly.

Dante looked at his group. They all had the tense look on their face. They looked at him as if he was the decision maker on whether to start war or not. He looked back at Veto. "You know Veto, I know what happened today, and to be honest I think you have a little bit of jealousy issues." Dante took in a deep breathe. He cracked his neck and the five guys pulled out the guns. Two of them pointed their guns at each of the guys, two other guys pointed it at Veto, and Xavier came up behind Dante with the gun from the cushion. Dante held the gun with a tight grip as Xavier pointed his at Veto. One of the guys that was on the floor ran out back.

"Chaz and Dan go around front. Get the guys in the car. Make sure they don't come to the door. Guns are drawn." The guy said so fast and stayed out back. Chaz and Dan ran to the car. They had their weapons drawn and the other two guys came behind Veto and his goons.

Everything happened so fast that Dante was surprised.

Dante stood there for a few minutes until he heard the sirens of police cars on the way. "Looks like we gotta pick up another time don't we?" Dante said. He called out to everyone in the house and his friends outside. "Everyone get out of here now. Go. Don't leave anything behind." Dante handed the gun to Xavier along with his knife. Xavier looked at Dante, and he shook his head yes, and Xavier left. Everyone scattered out the house as Dante stood face to face with Veto as he waited for the cops.
