I was going to have him be the mischievous type, pulling pranks and generally enjoying being a ghost cause it means he can scar the tar out of people.
Good hearted SOMEWHERE in there, but far more interested in being a prankster. Very feyish.

Hmm. I could either make him similar to yours so that they work together with pranks or make him the more angry poltergeist throwing-things type. Pranks sound really fun though.
