Finding this made me laugh so hard. Especially this: Quote: I Screwed a God. This one is the b*****d child of the Reincarnated Priest(ess) and Furry Religionist. They existed in Ancient Egypt, and while there, they became the One True Wuv of one of the gods. Not only do they think they once ******** a god, but surely you did, too. (It's only normal, you see.) Telling them otherwise, or mentioning that the whole idea of spiritual parents and Deity Lovers doesn't exist in the same religion, sends them into a tailspin of frothing, capslock-abusing rage. Thankfully this is a rare subspecies, but at least five or six of them have been spotted in the wild. Only because my ex tried to tell me that I somehow banged Djehuty and ended up with a spirit for a daughter.

Oh gods wow. That was hilarious and terrible at the same time. It's a bit of a scary thought knowing people like that are around waiting to ambush you. Especially the second last one... sweatdrop

Oh I know. Not limiting all those reason to Kemeticism is part of the reason I tend to shy away from venturing out to find other pagans in my area.

Yeah...that crap can get dangerous as well. I know of a woman who decided to "marry" Loki. It...hasn't worked out well for her.
That's certainly an entertaining list though.

Decided... to marry... Loki? Loki? Even if it was possible I don't see that ending very well either way.

Hey, just popping in briefly. I'm sorry I haven't been able to chat much with everyone here, I've been without internet lately and things have been tight, so getting online's been a challenge. But I miss you all, and hope you're all doing well! smile

Hey Amytheria. Good to here from you.
As to the marrying Loki thing, spiritual marriages and God spouses aren't unheard of so there's that. And I didn't witness the actual event, just heard of it so I'm not sure how she did it exactly but it wasn't a good idea.

Hi Amytheria.
That's a weird concept for me. Why exactly would one marry a deity?
