AliciaLeone Quote: that cool! Have fun!! =) I am good, i am soo glad that this weekend i do not have alot of homework. only math and that takes no effort at all! i have done about 15's of homework this week. Sounds impossible but not. 3- 8 pm three nights in a row! ( and i;m only in high school ). I've been under some stress. my teachers are psycho. KEEP FIGHTING! I've never heard of EDS, it is something i can look up over the holiday! learning something new every day! Random fact: did you know you could fry a turkey? i hear they do it alot in the south and it only take 15 -20 mins.! Thank you, I will keep fighting. Oh my goodness! That does sound impossible eek I am terrible at math though, I just don't have the concentration... stare This is actually boldie... Yes, "US" people in the south DO fry our turkeys, and it's an incredible taste, if you've never had it. But, you have to be careful, becuz a fire could easily be started due to the grease. But, it's Oh so good !

Is it a bad time to say that I've only eaten turkey once... I hope you are all enjoying a great day.

Ahaha~ Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope, for the people that celebrate this holiday, you're all having a fabulous time with your family. Or other loved ones. Whoever.
Ailsa:: Really? Only have had turkey once? I'd totally send you some of mine packed with a smiley face and some gravey if I could. Uh.. That's if you liked it from the first time. Smiley face still goes though. Keep on fighting through this though, okay? I have some points on existentialism (if that's even spelled right) I want to post in here, though they may be a bit dreary I think... they make a good point.
OG LoLo:: I have no idea what's up with that contest. I'm thinking not though. Maybe. Last year they only took about forever to decide winners, but this year they had like, gift cards so I was thinking they'd maybe get their bums in gear and work a little faster. Maybe. I have been writing though, and not only poetry. I have a portfolio due on Tuesday that requires seven pieces put in it. I have.. one awesomely awesome (not to brag but.. I really am proud of it, and that's rare) piece written. I'll post it in there hopefully by tomorrow, I need to do a little more editing and then maybe you and I can give eachother some feed back? *is ending this long rant because it's getting away from the point of this thread*
Alicia:: For when you get back, I hope you had a great time in Indiana for Thanksgiving!

Haha as8b - in two days I'll be done with school for good!! I'm so ready to go. I'm just sick of the horrible behaviour of teenage girls, who in this past week, have decided that as it's nearing the end, they should be rude to me as MUCH as possible. It just makes things so much fun...not.
Kira - Turkey was really nice, when I tried it! It's just that there's not a big market for it here in NZ so we don't get it very often. Or at all. lol I'm glad that you've written a piece of writing you're proud of! I always hate re-reading my work, because I never like it that much ><
To you all, I hope you are having a bearable pain/life day. If that makes sense. I'm way too tired to work out if it does or not! I hope you had a good thanksgiving, too!
xx love Ailsa xx

It just makes things so much fun...not. Ailsa, I've talked with you. You're the sweetest person in the world! How can they be rude to you? You know, just hold your head high as high as it can be, ignore those idiots, and know you are one special young woman that KNOWS she is loved. Regardless of where that love is coming from. You're a beautiful person, Ailsa, and I can't see you ALLOWING yourself to be troubled with that kind of nonsense. Don't crawl to their level. Like I said, Hold that head of yours high, and KNOW you will be splendid and fantastic on your last exam! I'm not playing, here. People like that are all over the world. Their nasty, their jealous, and they have no "authority" once they are by themselves. Getting into a group of girls gives a person courage. Ooh, where's my cane? Let me bat them around with my cane a few rounds. They'll get the picture, guaranteed! ha ha >< . Know you are loved, Ailsa, my baby Ailsa. The squeeky. high-pitched laughter must come out again and spread around to make the whole world smile with you. Now, stand up, straightened yourself up, and TACKLE that last exam. I know you can do it, and YOU know you can do it. Trust me........ I love you very much........ Your ever-loving friend,.... boldie

Okay, I don't know what I did, but I actually said this BEFORE you said it... I must've goofed somehow, hitting the wrong key. Thought I hit the quote button, but maybe I hit the edit button instead. Well, lol, at any thought, Ailsa, you get the picture. NOW,.... GO GIT 'EM GIRL!!!!! Hmmmmm (edit) Are the forums goofed up? I know I hit new post for this, and it just plopped wherever it wanted to. That's very strange.....

Ailsa, I'm with boldie. I'm sure you tackled all of your school stuff!!! YEAH!
Okay. Lindsy has another proposal! (And I'm sure this is better than my last one... haha!) Remember how earlier how the "older" HSLS members were talking about "small accomplishments"? Well, how about, when we post, at the bottom of each post, we can state our "Accomplishment(s) of the Day"
For example::
Accomplishment(s):: Homework!!!

This forum thing is really confusing me. I couldn't work out which were the new posts >< *scrunches up nose* It's a test. And Lindsy, it might very well be the aliens. Or the giant squids of anger that are waving their giant tentacles, trying to turn people's brains to squish....lol that was a geekism. Sorry all.
Anyway, I survived my last exam. Who would have thought it? Actually, you guys believed in me, but I'm personally surprised that I've come out the other end mostly in tact. A few loose screws, I'm missing the feeling in my right hand and a few thousand brain cells, but other than that I'm still around. Boldie, I will endeavor to laugh all high pitched and squeaky...I think that's how you described it >_<
Also, Lindsy and Boldie, thank you for supporting me through all those girls and ugh moments. It's silly, I know, but I guess I just thought that after 5 years, they would have gotten over their horribleness. Meh, I won't ever have to see them again after next week *does one legged, sitting down happy dance*
Accomplishment of the day: Survived my exams!
And it randomly made this post in the middle of the page. *confused look*

Yes, this is very confusing - that's y I haven't post much here in awhile. I thought it would b fix sooner so I waited... *sigh*. Aside from the forum being wacky, how is everybody's pain and TG/non-TG(Thanksgiving) break? Mine was fantastic; we ate n ate til we drop like flies (literally for 1-2 members of our family, lol).
@Ailsa - that's great that u finished ur final exams. Wow, 4months of freedom - I'd bet that's music 2 ur ears n a grin on ur face. Idk if u know this or not - right now after TG, we here in the States celebrate Christmas or for some Hanukkah n/or Kwanzaa. This is our winter-fall season, while I'm guessing NZ is spring-summer now? C I'm jus as ignorant as u claimed - but the thing is: We're only simplistic in others world, yet most complex in our own. Therefore... there's a point here somewhere lol - don't apologize for asking of info udk. I tended 2 do that sometime 2, really an bad habit of mine. Cos u never know or learn things til u ask n find out 4 urself. N I'm always motivated 2 learn more n know more even tho I'm stuck in 1 place n can't get out much. I hope what I'm saying make sense 2 u. I never really get 2 say these kind of stuff 2 my own sibs... they seldom around anymore. Anyways, any ideas on what u're gonna do during ur break? Jus curious, that's all..
@boldie - How r u, my dear friend? R u in any pain? Its getting colder here in TX - OK is a neighboring state, it must b cooler there 2. I know u said earlier the weather affected u physically... so I'm assuming the cold weather would b stressing ur body out by now. I hope u stay warm - by fireplace(if u've 1), w/ warm blankets, or hot cocoa... mayb that way u b able beat the cold.
@Wolfsy - I'm glad TG was great 4 u 2. But... did ya caught anything? lol ;P
Hoping 2day is painless 4 every1 here. ~XxX~

Hi all ! How is everyone doin today? I hope ya'll aren't in extreme pain today. It's alittle chilly here.... Maybe that will play in your pain, idk..... I just wanted to say that ALL of you are supported by me, and I love you all. I really haven't gotten real close to any of you, except boldie--I just LOVE HER TO DEATH !!! (and of course Madralyn) And I've gotten to talk to Bittersweet alittle bit, too. So, with ALL of you guys in mind, I'm sending out my prayers to each and every one of you. I sure hope you had a good Thanksgiving. I know I did. YUM ! I love the white meat on the turkey. Gobble Gobble Gobble Gobble HEHE . Well, anyways...... I hope everyone has a good week.
