Alethea nodded to Kai, but she didn't stop, heading straight for the middle and the ship where she expected the leader to be. However, the second she stepped into the clearing all of the marines closest to them seemed to stop what they were doing and look around with confused expressions until they saw them and then they stared. It was likely that whatever they were feeling because of her was what was confusing them. A gentle calm was the main thing she was projecting now, and that was something most people didn't feel in battle, even practice battles. Not to mention, they other base, soothing emotions.
She just couldn't go anywhere without drawing attention to herself, although, Alethea hadn't gone out of the Ancient Forest in decades...

Tanya was sitting in her tree, patiently watching the marines just as before. She noticed some of them stop their fighting off on to the side, but she only wondered why for a moment. She too felt what they were feeling, and it confused her as well, what was this? Instead of her anticipation for bloodshed she felt calm and at peace, it was very odd... but she kind of liked it in a way.

[[*cough* Kang... and Jessica was by Brother Mathias too, right?]]

"Nice touch." Kai commented, smiling and Alethea. "I guess you'll want to meet the head researcher then. Since it seems I'm unable to convince you otherwise, I might as well be your guide." he added, smiling.

(( Yes, Jessica is by Brother Mathias still

Guys, time for the jump. We're going for a month. So after my post, we're now a month ahead. I don't have enough brain power to incoporate it into my post.))

Arya noticed that gleam in his eyes, starting to shake her head, "Now Kai-" She didn't get to finish, as he had spun her around, letting out a squeal as he did. Oh yeah, she was dizzy alright. Malachai had to steady her since she swayed dangerously.

Malachai looked up after steadying his sister, smiling to Kai as he vanished. "What am I to do with you?" He murmured with a chuckle, allowing her to fall down in his lap. Then he took her upstairs to bed since she desperately needed the sleep.

Jessica looked up at the feeling that had settled over the clearing, it meant one of a few things, but one jumped out at her most. An empath? She wondered, cocking her head as she turned towards the girl whom had just joined them. She nodded to Brother Mathias as if to ask to be excused, walking over at a slightly slower pace to the woman. "Greetings, I'm Doctor Jessica Rosen, head researcher of this visitation from Earth." She spoke with a warmth in her voice, she was fascinated. It took a lot for her not to revert back to how she normally was when she got excited. She smiled to Kai, nodding to him in greeting. "It's good to see you Kai."

Priya just paused since she was about to enter the ship when she noticed everyones change, turning slightly to see the source. Since she seemed calm and distant most of the time, the fact that she remained unaffected remained hidden. It made her chuckle a little, she knew how Jessica would be at this, heading into the ship now as she heard a shout for more workers to come aid them.

Kai shook his head as he stood over the data he'd been working on all night. He took one last glance at the microscope before turning to the window to watch the sunrise. Kai couldn't believe it had been nearly a month since the humans had arrived. Rubbing his neck tiredly, he glanced once more at the data before putting it away. Ever since Ayra had gotten hurt he'd been working on a way to help her... Actually he'd been working on something similar every since his brother had gotten hurt. Ayra's situation had just led to Kai taking over the research. Sighing he decided he'd go check up on Jessica and the other researchers. Dissapearing into the wind, Kai relaxed and let the wind take him to where he needed to go. Landing softly, Kai rubbed his sleepy eyes to pep himself up before materializing into view.

Sherad sighed, remembering the talks that had followed the revelation of the World Eater, and the return of it. The elves had argued and shouted, compromised and bargained, and they had eventually come to a conclusion. They were going to help the angels with the research, throwing their best scientist in with their lot.
Wonder what Natasya has been doing.... Sherad wondered.

Zera sat in the human's resaerch camp, speaking with one of the many researchers. This particular scientist was interested in the lizardmen, and had been pestering Zera since he'd returned from his own city.
Biology, Culture, Language, and much more was revealed to the man than ever had been given to an outsider.

Brother Mathias paced, examining the pile of data-slate that were on the table in the command tent. It was a pile of complaints .... Of mutiny he thought with venom. The Marines had grown uneasy, the inaction creating tension in the air around the camp. Many a fight had broken out, even between the brothers.
"When will this damnable heresy end!" Brother Mathias bellowed, smashing the table and the data-slates under a blow from his power-fist.

Jessica yawned again while she finished up her breakfast, looking over the new reports that she had received from the others. The month had seemed to fly by, though at the same time, it didn't. Since she didn't go far like Brother Mathias had preferred, staying to help out the others as they examined a range of things such as plant life and some of the Angels technology. She took her last sip of coffee, getting up as she put all the files back in their respective folders, her holographic notebook having taken in all the data. Arya had been resting most of the time which was good for her, she knew that. It was a surprise to meet her brother though since he came out of nowhere. He and Kai took over most of the work and she never really saw much of them anymore.

Cleaning up, she hummed softly to herself, projections running through her mind. And small worries. Something big was going on, and she didn't know what, nor was anyone saying anything. Grimacing, she sighed lightly, pushing such thoughts away. At least the Marines weren't quite as big a worry. Some of them had taken to this planet which was a relief.

EDIT!

Natasya had succeeded in both getting some of her people to agree to being examined by the humans, and with them to help out Arya with her own research. She hadn't really gotten a chance to talk or be with Sherad much since her people had required her back home. Flying around with a yawn, she was pouting a bit, heading towards the human encampment so that Priya could look her over along with her own group of people. I wanna see Sherad... She sighed heavily, remaining in her small form for now.

Alethea half-sat, half-laid around a pool of water trailing one hand in it as she listened to the whispers of the trees, she looked like she could be day dreaming or something, her eyes unfocused.
They were her biggest informers, the trees, she didn't even need to ask, the trees knew that she wanted to know about the human activities and any new information was reported to her by the nearest ones.

Tanya was having a heated conversation with one of her brothers via communicators. A small group of demons were coming, about 3 from other clans and another from her own, and it was apparent that the Belphegor's would be leading in this since she was the one who had come. However, her brother Zurek, who was only 3rd born of her siblings, was the other who was coming from her clan and he wanted to take over command. "I will not just be pushed aside! And you know you always do! I know more about the humans then you do, and you know it!" she was saying, to which he kept repeating, "I'm am more experienced then you are in leading! And you have not been leading anyone while over there by yourself, I'm am older and more capable!" and so it went, back and forth.
At least it would still be little while before they got here...

Sherad slipped through the branches, whispering to the trees as he went. They told him what had happened near the encampment, good and bad. He frowned once, but a smile banished it when he was told Natasya was there. Below him, a few animals ran with him, enjoying the informal race.
"Let's get there faster then!" he laughed, grabbing a branch and swinging off of it, landing on the ground lightly. He dashed forward, outdistancing the animals, all except the birds. He was determined to see his love again.

Natasya slowed to a halt as a particularly strong gust of wind almost sent her flying into Priya, her wings flapping madly before she landed on her shoulder. "Phew." She muttered, noticing them turn. "The others will be here shortly. I just got here first." She did not lose her pout, noticing in the distance the other four fairies coming. One was light like herself, the others also of the elements. Fire, water, and wind.

Priya blinked a little at the feeling of the soft impact, glancing down to see Natasya there. "Thank you for this Natasya, it is appreciated. You can take a rest there if you wish." She murmured, giving the fairy a small smile. The other researchers started their work, herself joining them even if Natasya remained there. She had noticed the anxiety coming from her, but she wasn't going to pry. It wasn't her place to.

Natasya nodded a little, the tinkling of bells sounding from flapping her wings her answer at the offer of taking a rest. It was never easy fighting against the wind. She watched the other four that flew around the ground, resting her chin in the palms of her hand.

Zera growled at the researcher, a portly fellow by the name of Daniel "Ssstop with the persssonal quessstionsss..." Daniel stepped back a few paces, smiling nervously.
"Of course Zera, sorry about that. How about we get back to the family heirarchy?" he said, taking something down on his data-slate. Zera snorted and picked up where he'd left off, before Daniel had interrupted him.

Sherad reached the edge of the forest after many minutes, his breath short and his eyes wide with excitement. He peered out of the shadows of the trees, looking towards the encampment, the great research ship looming over it.
He didn't hesitate to run across the grassland, heading straight for a bright spot of color he'd spotted near one of the main buildings.

Priya glanced over to the troubles she could hear coming from Zera and the other group, sighing as she shook her head. "Please be mindful people. You've gotten better over the past month, but don't let yourselves slip." She reminded her own group, blinking at the sudden cry she heard coming from her shoulder, of course, right by her ear. Then she watched Natasya zoom off, chuckling as she shook her head.

Natasya glanced up, noticing the movement at the far end of the clearing, narrowing her eyes before letting out a rather loud squeal. "Sorry Priya!" She shouted back as she flew as fast as she could to the elf coming towards them. Her body grew in a flash of light, throwing her arms out so as she made contact, she hugged him tightly. Though, she did poke him rather hard in the side. "What took you so long?! You could have contacted me at least!" She pouted as she pulled away slowly, looking up to him as she kept her arms around him.

Sherad hugged Natasya tightly "I'm sorry love, I would have, but my duties as the elves envoy prevented me from even leaving the Old Forest" he said, frowning down at her. He jumped into the air, twirling her with him "But now, we are together again!" he laughed happily as they fell to the grass.

Natasya closed her eyes and took a calming breath, the pout slowly turning into a smile. She let out a giggle as they twirled, joining him in laughter as they landed on the grass, rolling so she was on top of him. "Good thing too! Otherwise I might have tried to find my way to get to you." She giggled, kissing him deeply, her wings vanishing as her pink hair spilled down around her shoulders, a hand brushing it out of the way.

Sherad took a strand of hair that she missed in his hand "I nearly forgot how wonderful your hair looked against the sky" he smiled at her warmly "I missed you too" he chuckled, kissing her as she had him a second ago.

Zera watched as the nosy researcher retreated to analyze what he'd gathered. Over the course of two weeks, Daniel had poked, prodded and fairly jabbed Zera for answers, though he'd not givin to use a poker.
"Finally, that buisssssnesssss issss over...." he snorted, standing up and stretching his scaled back. He disliked being asked questions, but he was the only one of his kind to submit to this line of questioning.

Natasya grinned, smiling softly as she blushed faintly at the compliment, letting a tenderness slip into the kiss as their lips met. When she finally pulled away slowly, she rolled off of him, pushing herself up to look down at him. "I almost changed it's color the other day too, but I remembered how much you liked it so I didn't." She murmured, brushing a stray, white hair from his face, a cute smile on her lips. "So were you racing animals to get here?" She asked softly, cocking her head.

Priya looked up as she noticed Daniel was done, smiling to Zera as she moved away from her own group. "Thank you again Zera for helping us with this." She spoke to him, nodding out of respect to him, glancing back to her own group. "Excuse me." She said softly, having to return at one question someone had for her.
