The more time Dante spent around Sere, the more he found himself becoming like he used to be: willing to take risks. But now he had all new motives. Where before it was profit and it competition it was now enjoyment. At least for the time being he had found his way out of his self-imposed depression with the help of Sere. Ironic, he thought, how a kitsune would shatter all he had and now one was, for the most part, helping him clean up. And her comments helped. Unable to suppress a grin at her statements as a whole he approached her at the door, slipping his tunic on. "Partners indeed," he admitted. "You're the one who's race is famous for mischief, I thought you could do some teaching," he taunted her with a grin and crossed arms, presenting a challenge.

*raising an eyebrow she looked at him skeptically then checked the nob. It was still on their last destination. The castle was soo quiet lately. Not even Onty could be found. Odd as it was she shrugged it off and turned to face Dante and the knob at the same time. Giving him a wink she spoke* "Ok then my student. First thing is how to work this door. Just make sure the knob is on the location you want to go and open the door...Thats about it..." *She snickered at how obvious and simple it seemed and yet she had to explain it to him. Surly he would have easily figured it out if he just looked at it...*
"Not all Kitsune's are known for being mischief, my specific kind is though. Don't be too mistaken or you may insult a Kitsune..." *Opening the door she turned to see if Dante was following right behind, she didn't want to close the door on him.* "I really am not a good teacher...so when it comes to teaching you about how to cause trouble I would probably fail...besides, it seems that you already know quite a bit yourself" *She smiled remembering how he helped her steal that outfit. Quick thinking on his part had caught her off guard and he most certainly possessed natural fluid skill to play it off so wonderfully in a crowded area.*

Dante made a mental note of the door. If he ever had to come back, now he knew. Something told him, though, that he would be coming back whether or not he wanted to stay rooted to one spot. "The difference," Dante said, following her to the door. "Is how we play our games. You seem to love making noise," he grinned, remembering earlier. "Getting people upset, creating a show for you to watch." He wasn't going to openly admit to enjoying that act either, but his tail and grin hinted at it. "I've always worked to avoid attention, make it so you won't know it's gone until I'm long gone." He nodded at her, "so, I think a few more demonstrations are in order," he challenged, "so I can learn of course."

*She listened intently nodding at his point* "We do have different ways of causing trouble don't we? Having a bit more fun in different towns are definatly in order." *She grined at him as the door opened and Sezaria's light streamed in on them. Squinting she walked out into the light and noise* "Are you up for having more mischief for dinner?" *light glinted off her fangs and she gave him a long grin. It sounded tempting and she would enjoy a show from him again.*

Staring through the door at the destination Dante shrugged. "Why not?" he wondered out loud. Harabec still had another day of rest in him, especially after the potent salves given to him to aid with pain and healer. Following behind her through the door with a gentle step, he waved his hand out over the city. "Lead the way, partner." He couldn't pretend to know what she wanted to do, so checking his blade and his coin pouch quickly, Dante gestured for her to lead the way.

*Turning, Sere headed to the direction of Dante's original camp with Dante in toe* "Partner?" *She wispered the word still weighting on her tounge. It had been a long time since she had really partnered with someone and it ended so badly...She was afraid of using the term again. The word echoed in her mind. Partner...someone who you trust in, stand side by side with...someone who has your back and you have theirs...someone who you stick with...was she ready to really trust him to be a companion and fight with her? Questioning herself many times. Yea, they joked about being partners in crime but he had said it so...soo...natually. With her back towards the half wolf she smiled. Yes, she was ready.*
"Well after we gather the said stuff would you like to randomly spin the knob on the door and see where luck would find us playing tricks on people?" *rounding a corner they were about halfway to the camp. She swished her tail in anticipation at where life would take them next. There were so many places to explore connected to the spell jammer and the unknown was exciting. Her ears perked back waiting for his answer.*

He couldn't believe the sight. This grand hall rivaled the one he passed though almost every day during his training. And that was saying a lot. As Tyera stepped closer, put an arm around her. "Don't worry. I'm here." He lead her forward as they continued to follow their host. "Nice place you got here. That door, that was a transportation portal wasn't it?"

Ontaros follows behind the two he had let to his home. "Welcome... To the Spelljammer. Welcome to my home.... If you should need food or drink, simply write it down and you will have what you want... Now, shall we get down to business? First off I'll open things up for the two of you, I'm an open book, what ever questions you might have, please feel free to ask." He looks to Tyera "I'm sure you have plenty..."

Ontaros brings both hands up on either side of him and with a little shrug he says "I can smell it on you. When your as talented with a spell as myself that sort of thing becomes second nature after all...." He smirks and laughs some before continuing "I jest, the honest truth of it is, when I was commissioned to gather everyone I was briefed on your abilities. Yours was one that was made quite clear." he looks to Zejx with a raised eyebrow "And they went into some detail about yours as well, however they did say that it was only the tip of the iceberg so I'll simply say this, I look forward to working with you. Hmhmhm..."

The first thing he wanted to know at this moment was who these people that commission him were. No, what they needed him for. No, what they told him about his abilities. There were just some many things he wanted to ask first. Which one should it be. He took a moment before deciding on one. "So, what in the world is going on? What is it you were told to find us for?"

With a nod Ontaros responds "Does the term Fallen Guardian bring anyone to mind?" His brow arches "I'm supposed to guide you and a handful of others across the cosmos to the being responsible for their actions. There we'll be charged with finding and stopping said individual by any means necessary... So it sounds like we should be done in time for dinner." He smiles playfully, trying to lighten the mood.

Ontaros thinks a moment before answering "Well I'd say within a few days. I've got to locate a few more people and one of our party will need to make arrangements for her absence. So that gives you both ample time to gather what you think you may need for our trip. I'm certain our host is well aware of our travel plans so things could get a little difficult, also I need to make some accommodations for two members that will be joining us. They could be a little tricky to relocate."
