"I should be the one asking you that." He took another swig from his jug. "I wandered around half of Uriel's castle, avoided a fight between him and Lorelei, and knocked out half of his guards just to get this baby back." He took another swig. "Some street urchin pilfered it off me when I was asleep in a dark alley. It made its way into the hands of some servant who bought it as a decoration for the castle's ready room." He took yet another swig.

The roaring of a motorcycle got steadily louder as it approached the castle, then came to an abrupt stop. A woman dressed entirely in black got off the vehicle, pocketed the keys, made sure her sword was strapped securely to her back and her gun was in its holster, and headed for the large front doors of the castle. When nobody stopped her from entering, she was a tad surprised. They were either very open and didn't feel a need for security, or severely lacking it. If the latter was true, it might just score her a nice job.
Walking into the main hall, Aida's brown eyes scanned the area. Two men were in the middle of a conversation, a girl standing with them. The mercenary stopped a short distance from them, arms crossed across her chest, waiting for them to acknowledge her presence. If they didn't say anything soon, she would just interrupt. She wasn't one for waiting around.

Ginkiba walked by Hiro and Sean and up to the woman. His growing silver hair was tied back. He wore his usual white Captain-General uniform. He smiled warmly at her. "Greetings and welcome to the Kingdom of Vlos Drathir. I am Ginkiba, Captain General of the Air Armada. How my I be of service to you, my lady?"

Aida's gaze moved from the two conversing men to yet another man who approached her. Captain General of the Air Armada? That sounded promising. Perhaps he could help her.
"The name's Aida. I'm a traveling mercenary and I'm looking for a job." She didn't offer to shake hands, despite Ginkiba's polite manner, and simply continued talking. "As you can guess, I was hoping there would be a position available here for me." She said no more, waiting instead for his response. She didn't know if he had heard of her, though she didn't really care. There was either a position available, or there wasn't.

Ginkiba listened to her silently and then answered her, "We have many jobs available. Most of them Military. What are your skills, Lady Aida?"

The ends of Aida's lips pulled up into a small smirk. They did have positions, perfect. "I've fought humans, hunted vampires and demons, been a body guard..." She shrugged. "Whatever I can find. All I need is my sword and gun." She was good at her job and had a wide variety of experiences. She didn't feel like going into detail, so hopefully that would be enough. Talking in general wasn't something she particularly enjoyed. She preferred to just keep things short and to the point.

Hiro eyed the girl. "If you don't want her, Gin, you could put her under my command. From what her employment history, I think we'd get along great. With a few months training I could get her down to just needing a sword or gun, not both." He took a swig, nodding toward the girl. "That is, unless, you would rather be in a different service other than the Marines."

Hiro nodded and took another swig. Leaning back, he pushed forward and used the momentum to help himself up. He reached forward and grabbed a pear off the arrangement on the table. He opens wide and almost takes a bite before remembering that they were wax. He hesitated for a minute then coughed into his hand that held the wax fruit. He held open his hands to show it was gone as he kicked it softly back onto the pile right where it was. "Yay for magic. Heh heh. Heh. Heh." His grin sank. "Well, will Kai be here soon or can I go get something to eat?" He stretched. "Ehh. I think I'll go get something to eat then find my way back. If anything I can stop by his room. I saw directions by the door."

Hiro walks back in with several Chinese to-go boxes and a package of rice balls. Sitting back down where he was sitting before he opened a box of orange chicken. "I tried Kai's room but he wasn't there. I'll just wait here." He took a swig from his jug. "I got several meals just in case he takes forever." He grinned and began eating.

Kai flew from the dungon stairway and landed in the center of the floor and looked around"...sean sean sean.."he said quietly to himself as he looked around for Sean.Kai perked up as he heard his name "oh were you looking for me?"he asked as he looked at the others.

Sean grinned when he saw Kai. "Well well well. About time you got here. I have two...no, three things to tell you. First and foremost, your fired. Second, You have been promoted to 5 Star General of the Marine Forces. And finally" He put his hand on Hiro's shoulders, "This is Hiro. He well be your second in command and 4 Star General. Now this is not official yet. We well have a ceremony soon."

Kai's mouth opened at the sound of he was fired and then more at the sound of being a five star general "what the huh?"he looked confused at the men before him and his wings vanish "okay well "he claped his hands together once "when's this ceromony going to begain and hello to you Hiro"

Kai nodded and crossed his arms "you know Sean...I should have quit first that would have screwed with you're plans now wouldn't it"Kai snapped his fingers "your adopted daughter have you seen her lately? I was told she got hurt bad by this girl who knocked on my door....why do people always go down there damn it?"Kai shook his head and looked around as if he had ADD.
