"Of course I was aware of what I was doing." Orochimaru said casually as large sections of the ceiling began to fall. "Why do you think I gave such abilities to her? I'm genuinely pleased that she accessed it though I'm sure it was not a conscious effort." He ran his fingers across his chin in contemplation. "I just wonder if she can stop."

Knowing that she was physically outmatched, Haru decided to switch tactics. She concluded that the only reason she was still standing was that she had been underestimated, though by now her opponent had clearly figured that out and adjusted accordingly. Large pieces of stone were repelled away from her as she walked towards the girl. Haru still had one thing that Kanna lacked: control, and she intended to exploit that fact.
"I tried to warn you. You refused to listen. You refused to listen because you were irresponsible. Too irresponsible to make a decent mother. Don't even try to blame me, this is all your fault. If the electricity hasn't finished your spawn off by now, the curse seal probably will. You didn't think about that, did you? Well that's your problem. You don't think."

Kanna shrieked and jumped into the air, ricocheting off of some of the larger stone chunks and bouncing off of the sides of the arena. In mid air she sliced with the flying claws again, trying to split Haru into five pieces or force her against the wall as great waves rose from the falling stone.

Every muscle in Haru's body tensed up as she did her best to neutralize the Flying Claws, but it proved to be too much and she was slashed deeply in the side. Her cries of pain were drowned out by a wave that came crashing down on her, forcing her under the water. The sea creatures were still busily devouring the remains of the fish Kanna had destroyed. Though they likely would not have noticed her with so much blood already in the water, Haru wanted to get out as fast as possible. She was in no shape to fight off yet another monster. Resurfacing, she struggled to stand back up. "You may have won this match, but your clan ends with you."

An ANBU appeared between them. "Haru Maboroshi, you have been judged to not be able to continue without serious threat to your life. Therefore, we award the victory to Kanna Yajuu."

Kanna shrieked and lunged across the water at Haru, truly intent on ripping her to pieces and eating her.

A dome of electricity surounded the ANBU and Haru as a brightly glowing orb of light erupted in the center of the dome. The figure began performing handseals that, once finished, resulted in her assualt. "Suiryuudan no jutsu: Suiton," proclaimed the woman as a pillar of water in the shape of a dragon erupted from in front of her. Once the water dargon hit the electrical field, it became electrified as it flew towards the oncoming Kanna. The light of the necklace dimmed and revealed Kage standing there.

Midair Kanna was yanked out of the path of the electrical dragon just in time.
"I don't believe that was really necessary." Orochimaru said shaking Kanna gently upside down since she was doing all in her power to rip him apart. "It might even come down to cruelty to animals." Hoisting Kanna up with his tongue he tapped her chest with two fingers. Immediately the curse mark receded from her body and she went completely limp.

Ganjou sighed and rubbed his eyes in a frustrated manner. "Such a beast." He waved a few ANBU off and they fetched Haru, sending her to the medical tent once again. "Let us to be sure to keep a watch on Kanna. Hormonal or not, I do not want my Exams turning into a gore-fest." The ANBU around him nodded.
The ANBU on the ground shook her head and looked at a scroll. "Shijinko Aburame and Hien Inuzuka, please come forward."

"Oh the poor girl is simply going by instinct." Orochimaru said dropping Kanna onto the ground. "I find her spirit uplifting. Reminds me of my own exams so many years ago, I remember that back then now only were we allowed to kill our opponents we were actually encouraged to do so."
