ok let's try a vs thing, sorry testy you're taking a break. 3 clans only keeping track of combat stats clan 1: drow 1: 18, 18, 10, drow 2: 4, 7, 13, drow 3: 17, 12, 10,
clan 2: drow 1: 11, 19, 5, drow 2: 16, 7, 10, drow 3: 8, 6, 11,
clan 3: drow 1: 9, 16, 16, drow 2: 1, 2, 14, drow 3: 14, 1, 11,
to determine who you are fighting: players can pick or they can assign a number to drow not on their team and rng to pick their partner, adjusting the rng list as each drow gets partnered up and removed for 3some duals, players can pick or generate a random number between 1 and however many battles are taking place, then join the one that was determined in that order. (the first battle decided or rolled = 1, the second = 2, etc). if the match they join already has a member of their 'side' then they are considered to be ganging up on the third drow lmao. take your highest stat and divide it by three, removing any decimals without rounding. then take one point from one of the three and place it on another. so clan 1 drow 1: 18/3 = 6 so you have 6 6 6 , you take 1 and move it to another. so. 5 6 7. place these bonuses as desired on your three primary stats, and list any one use items used. the idea is to make sure you have 2/3 of your stats higher than the SAME STAT of the other player. the drow who has that beats their opponent in battle. both should post their drow preparing for battle with their final battle stats, so they can both look, compare, and readjust to counter. then they can roleplay out the fight below. all limited use items brought on the adventure must be listed in the character's inventory and be visible to other players, otherwise they cannot be used. players can only carry 1 of each type of item with them into battle. (one poison +1, one poison + 2) clan 1 drow 1 vs clan 2 drow 1 18 18 10 (5 6 7) = (24, 23, 17) 11 19 5 (5 6 7) = (15, 25, 12) clan 1 drow 1 has two highest, so it wins. use highest natural stat to break ties. if both of the highest stats are tied, both loose. if parties are uneven the remaining drow can have a THREESOME battle with another 2 drow, so clan 1 drow 1 vs clan 2 drow 1 vs clan 3 drow 1 18 18 10 (5 6 7) = (24, 25, 15) 11 19 5 (5 6 7) = (14, 26, 12) 9 16 16 (4 5 6) = (13 21, 22) clan 1 drow 1 highest, middle middle clan 2 drow 1 middle, highest lowest clan 3 drow 1 lowest lowest highest this time the drow that has the most looses, looses, and the drow with the most high/middles win. the drow in the middle does not count it as a win or loss. use highest natural stat to break ties for highest/middle, and if those are ties as well, everyone looses. if each drow fighting has one high, one middle and one low, the drow that has the highest total of combat, arcane, and favor wins, and the one with the lowest looses. if those tie, everyone looses. once all drow have fought once and resolved combat, the next 'round' beings. if a team looses the majority of battles during a round, they are defeated. if a drow looses two rounds in a row, they can either have their character sit out combat and either not post or post observing the combat from the sidelines, or the entire team can choose to retire. at the end of a vs combat the winning team's total amount of wins x 2 = the amount of base wealth gained by that team. then roll on tables to see anything else gotten. if no team wins, (the two remaining teams both get enough looses to retire at the exact same time) no team wins the grand prize.

vs battle LEWT all of this may only be claimed once all posts in the vs battle thread have been filled in by the drow that wants to claim. (so if all yur battle thingies are filled in even if someone elses aren't, you can claim urs)
vs battle teams can agree on prize pools using personal/house wealth (that they have permission to access), inventory items, or any other sort of payment (adoption into house, gift of rare house pet, rewards from next adventure, cut of house profits, training, etc) to spice up and create incentives for combat. the only things not allowed are custom house clothing for alt art, only members of a house may wear house clothing.
drow gain 1 renown from loosing or coming in second in a 3 person combat where they are fighting against both other drow, and 2 renown from winning. if the 3 person combat is two against one and the two win, neither get renown. if the drow being ganged up against wins, it gets a wopping 5 renown. drow gain 1 renown from winning a 1v1 combat.
so 1v1 winner: 1 renown 2v1 winner: 0 renown (2) or 5 renown (1) 1v1v1 winner: 2 renown 1v1v1 2nd: 1 renown
renown gained for winning: if winner had less renown than looser (or in 3vs, the difference between their renown and the two looser's renown added together), the difference between the two numbers, divided by two (rounding down) is gained. if winner had more renown than looser (same for 3vs), the lower number of the two renown scores, divided by three (rounding down) is gained.
winner = 5 renown looser = 15 renown winner gains 5 renown.
winner = 15 renown looser = 5 renown winner gains 1 renown.
all drow that participated in combat regardless of wins or losses gain 1 aspect point to put into combat, magic, or favour. this is applied on top of regular rewards for rp.

NEW COMBAT MECHANIC TO ADD IN: A DROW CAN ONLY ATTACK TWICE PER COMBAT (2 attacks, 1 attack 1 assist, 2 assists) BEFORE BECOMING EXHAUSTED. IF THERE ARE STILL MONSTERS STANDING AT THE END, IT COUNTS AS A LOSS.
