It is said that lone Staravia are diseased, and thus ex-communicated from the flock. They are more dangerous in this state because they are frightened and often overcome with intense desperation.
As Edith began to come around after being tranquilized, she noticed some key things had changed. Her prey was gone; as were most of the humans. She couldn't see them yet, not pinned down as she was, but her heightened senses gave her a predatory edge. That voice, though...Why was it familiar? Edith gave a snarl to the grunt that unchained her, but she was still far too dazed to do much else. The room tilted beneath her when she reached out for him. Her reaction was too slow, however, and he side stepped away.
He did this. The voice did this. He's starving you; you knew he was bad, but you didn't listen! Now he's trying to hurt you like them! Edith's clawed hands scraped against the dingy concrete. Her body shook with the effort it took to control her murderous intent, but Kole just wouldn't shut up. If he loved her why was he just standing there, talking?! She couldn't make out what he was saying, but it pissed her off.
Like the horrific creature she was, Edith snapped her head up and bared her fangs. Hurt them! Kill them! STOP TALKING AND JUST DO IT! Kole was buying himself some time by attacking the grunts when Edith herself could not. It gave her the time to work on getting her mobility back.
Just in time to leap onto the man tossed into her cell.
There was no screaming; he didn't have the opportunity. She wrenched his head back so quickly that there was an audible 'snap' and in desperation Edith leaned down to tear open his throat. STOP! Hesitating, the teen looked at the man, cradling him like a broken doll. This can't help you. He's no good; none of them are....But he hurt me!....No, he attacked Kole and you hurt him. You're even...But there are more!...yes, yes there are.
Riff didn't like this at all.
His ear piece was full of frightened chatter and higher ups screaming at grunts to do their jobs. This plan was doomed from the start, but those scientists thought they had it all controlled..."Idiots". He heard the distress calls coming in about the gourgeist and the vampire staravia. Somewhere in Riff's job description it had to mention going to the aid of his fellow Rocket employee.
Too bad he preferred to skim paperwork.
So what was he supposed to do now? Stay and try to make the best of a bad situation? Or leave before he was caught? If Rocket managed to pull through this then they would hunt him down...but he had the Mega stone. Riff reached into his pocket to pull out the little orb. It was his ace up the sleeve, and one he didn't like flashing around. This was what was going to get him out of here, though.
Hearing a group of grunts coming straight for him, Riff ducked into a broom closet and held his breath until the men had passed. Survival of the smartest.
Time to bail.

Renee rubbed her eyes as she woke up from fainting from her battle with the team rocket grunt. She looked around her dreary and depressing surrounding, she wasn't even sure where she was. She blinked and glanced at the creepy doctor that was peering into her cage and performing tests on her. She took a moment to speak up "Who are you? where am I? what are you doing to me? why are you doing this?" spitting out a bunch of questions. She was frigtened and she did not feel comfortable being here.
After a bit she slid back to a back corner hugging her legs to her chest and resting her chin on her knees as the doctor continued to get the basic details of her down, she wasn't even sure why he was doing so. It was frightening and she was wishing that she was somewhere warm, safe and friendly.
Eliot really did feel bad about breaking his promise to Mei, but this was a situation where it couldn't be helped. Mei wasn't home, and there was no answering machine--and it wasn't as if he'd be gone two weeks. He'd called Connie, and surely the tauros would think to tell her where he'd gone, if she started to worry?
Brenny's safety was more important than his concerns about being turned into gyrados soup. He hoped she'd see it that way, should he have to explain.
He made his way down the street, hesitating. Well. He'd found a box of ice cream sandwiches on the ground. No one else was near; suspicious. There was no sign that Brenny had been the one to have dropped it, though. Maybe someone had been in a hurry and left it. "Brenny?" he called, looking around. No celebi. If the boy was hiding...
~~~
"Briar, wait!" Draven called after her, sighing. He was baffled by her anger; people needed help. He went inside, scribbled a note explaining that it was important to help others, because when he saw others in trouble, he saw her. He'd been taught to rescue Briar from Butch, a nasty pokemon owned by Briar's former trainer. He signed it with a "Love you", set it on the kitchen table and left the cabin.
People needed his help, just like Briar had.
~~~~
Brenny was pounding at the door of the cell. The place was terrible; and he'd thought the pokemon living on the street had had it bad. He shuddered at the filth. He tried peering out of the window on the door, and sighed. No one was coming to his calls. No one had opened the door to release him. He had no way to contact anyone and let them know what'd happened--he had to trust Eliot would realize he was missing.
Someone did seem to respond though, and his expression darkened. What did that mean?
"What are you talking about?" he demanded. "It's the stars. Just let me go. I'll tell you about the stars, let me go!"

Brenny's addressing Shadow, and you're up!
Posted: Thu Sep 10, 2015 11:10 pm
"Does anyone know where the hell we are, or are we happy to be completely oblivious? Who exactly are our captors? Anyone? Hello?"
"Hey!" Shadow snapped. "Did you not hear what I just said? You were captured and brought by Team Rocket to our base to be studied. It's in your best interests to cooperate, so pay attention!" On top of all the tension, the Meloetta's noise was starting to get to him, too, even through the walls of the building.
Well...if it wasn't easy for him, it must have been much worse for the captives. The one he'd just yelled at couldn't have been much more than a kid. A powerful kid - the reports said he was a legendary - but a kid nonetheless.
Reshi wasn't the only one, either. As scarlet eyes subtly glanced around the place, discreetly regarding the prisoners in their cells, Shadow took note of a glowing Riolu boy - Riley - with his face in his hands and what seemed to be a shiny Joltik child - Petaya - hiding under his cot. He sighed. They all appeared to be around the same age, but unlike the white legendary, these two were weaker species. It was natural that they'd be more prone to showing their fear rather than hiding it behind anger.
The Joltik's gleaming purple eyes caught Shadow's attention and he followed Petaya's gaze to Eilam's cell. Right...that one. He'd been labeled to be a transformed Arceus. How Team Rocket had managed to capture all these legendaries, much less an Arceus, the Haunter/Gengar hybrid had no clue. But other than his single question, the adult didn't seem too worked up about his situation. Perhaps Eilam was just biding his time before he chose to break himself out. It made Shadow uneasy.
As if that weren't enough, the Rocket hall monitor hated ghosts. Being one himself didn't change his attitude towards them; if anything, it just gave him a self-loathing complex. He didn't trust ghost-types. And though the Stunky girl herself wasn't a ghost, Missy's threat from earlier regarding her ghost brother only served to irritate Shadow more.
"Tch. First you threaten, then you bribe? You need to work on your bargaining tactics, kid," he told her through her door. "I'm not an idiot, and neither are the masterminds of this organization. Not even ghost-types can phase through these cells, so don't get your hopes up."
Speaking of ghosts...there was one, another one, besides Shadow himself. It was another child, but this one didn't appear to be panicking or shouting or otherwise freaking out like the rest. In fact, Aether seemed to be talking to someone. The Rocket narrowed his eyes and strained to hear.
"You forget what kind of ghost I am."
Was he talking to Shadow, or someone else? Ghosts liked playing tricks, but the Haunter hybrid somehow doubted this was any kind of joke. It was almost as if he could sense a secondary presence in there, but it made no sense. Perhaps the Chandelure boy was just using some sort of technique or ability to make it seem that way.
"Whatever kind of ghost you are, you're not getting out of here," Shadow warned. "Not on your own, anyway."
Suddenly, he remembered something. The hall monitor and guard moved to check on the pokehuman he had helped to knock out and bring to the base. Without realizing that Koujen had the ability to understand others' thoughts and feelings, Shadow peered at the shiny Munna teenager with concern. He wished he could help the other somehow.
"Hey," he said softly. "Are you awake yet?" Did he even want to be awake, what with all the pain he was in? They had given him some drugs, sure, but the stress must have been awful, particularly for a sensitive psychic-type. They had always been the type that Shadow had admired most. But then a different voice spoke up.
"What are you talking about? It's the stars. Just let me go. I'll tell you about the stars, let me go!"
It was yet another kid; another legendary, at that. A Celebi, if he wasn't mistaken. "It's not about the stars," he told Brenny, his tone tired, as if he wished he could have done as asked. "They already know about that. That's not what this is about. It's about the process, the transformation, and the results. They want to know how to replicate it so they can do it on their own, I think." Running a hand through his spiky purple hair, he shook his head. "Only...it's not working out as planned. Not all of the pokemon they've been experimenting with have been changing."
A door banged open behind him and several Rocket grunts came in with an unconcious girl. She appeared to be a humanoid Onix. Shadow winced as they unceremoniously dumped her into the nearest empty cell. Frank's injuries from her struggle with them must have been bad enough, but for them to treat her so roughly on top of that was hard for him to watch. They were complaining to one another about how difficult a time she had given them in capturing her, so she must have put up quite a fight. Perhaps they were acting now out of spite since she could no longer hurt them back.
Where the humans might have seen a powerful monster or an absurdly strong mutant, though, Shadow could only see a young girl. He already considered himself to be a freak of nature, so it wasn't as though he saw any of these pokehumans around him to be anything worse. So then...what was he doing working with them? Was this really a place he felt he belonged, or was it a place he'd stayed all this time because he felt there was no where else for him to go?
No, there was no time to wonder about that now. He had to get those distracting thoughts out of his head. They got in the way of his job. Right now, that job involved going to check on something.
Leaving the other captives for a minute, the ghost teen went further down the corridor to listen in on the conversations between the human Rockets. What he heard made him stop cold. They were going to terminate the pokemon that hadn't reacted to the change? Perhaps they weren't suitable for selling or using, but that didn't mean they deserved to die!
Hurrying back down the hall, he darted between several rooms, collecting pokeballs, crates, cages, and other containment units. There was one thing they all had in common; they all contained feral pokemon.
The ones who were loud were quickly quieted by an apology and a quick Hypnosis attack from Shadow. Once things were silent, the Rocket teen put the containers on a cart and rolled it back toward the room he'd been assigned to watch the captives in. At least this way he could watch the pokemon along with the pokehumans and make sure harm came to neither. Not on his watch.
Chuckling grimly, he shook his head and crossed his arms as he leaned back against the door and muttered to himself. "Forget hall monitor - I've become a glorified babysitter."
Belle's nose was practically glued to her map for the most part, her eyes peeking over the page only to make sure she was going in the right direction. Because of this, she didn't see that something was in her path, and the toppled right over it!
Once she gathered herself, the first thing she needed to make sure of was that she still had her map. It was still clutched tight in one of her psychic hands, though she did crinkle it more then she would have liked, but over all it was still very readable. Secondly, she wanted to see what she had tripped over.
"A bag?" she asked out loud as she reached out with her unused hand to pick it up. It indeed was a bag, and it had some weight to it, which meant that it had something in it. She jiggled it a few times, just to see if it jingled or if something moved. She heard a faint tinking of what sounded like bottles of sorts, so she figured it be safe enough to take a peek.
"Oh wow!" she chirped, pulling one of the bottles out to take a better look at it. "Full restores! Two of them!" Belle knew these were a very pricey medicine, and also very useful. She put the bottle back into the bag and thought for a moment. The person who dropped these probably missed these with how much they cost normally.
But the people going missing were part pokemon still, so that meant this medicine would help them too, right? And what if she found one of the missing ones and they were hurt? She was small and probably couldn't carry them to care, and she didn't know any healing moves...
Belle stood up and dusted off her dress, and then picked up the bag. For now, she'd carry it with her and keep following her map. If she found the owner on the way she'd return it, but she wasn't going to go out of her way to look for them.

Progress was not speedy for Switch, the farfetch'd girl, and her human companion Rocío. Theo was valiant but weak of body, despite all of their training together. This did not slow them, however, tracking and stealth did. They followed at a pace that kept them within earshot, and when the sliding and slamming of van doors rang through the trees, they knew to hang back. Unfortunately for Switch and Theo, while the van pulled away they could only follow at a speedy clip parallel to the old logging road until it crossed pavement. Then, winded, they could only watch as its quickly dwindling shape disappeared around the bend.
"What can we do now, Switch?" Even if Rocío had had her bike with her, they had no chance of catching up.
Frowning, the farfetch'd girl glanced up and down the road. Her thoughts were similar, until her eyes widened with shock. "Theo, back to the trees!" she exclaimed, pointing back the way they'd come. Once Rocío had followed Switch's gaze, she too saw the oncoming traffic: a dark, speeding van just like the one they had been chasing, followed closely by another vehicle.
As they dove into the bushes, the vehicles raced past, the second driven by one whom Switch thought she recognized. But the flash was gone too quickly for her to be sure if she had seen Mitja or not.
"Uh, Switch..."
"What?"
Their eyes traced from the ground upward, following a gem-encrusted rocky line that ended in a pair of crossed beefcake arms and a firm jawline attached to similarly chiseled features. Neither girl had ever seen anyone like Rostek before. The question was neither who nor what he was, for the moment anyway, but rather, was he friend or foe?

As the hybrid Shadow had noted, Frank had been deposited unceremoniously into a cramped and dirty cell. But was it because of hard feelings, or from the sheer weight of a rock-hard naga body? Who could say?
As consciousness slowly returned to the young child, she certainly did feel her own weight press in upon her. The pulsing heat of bruises and abrasions was an alien sensation that brought tears to her eyes for an equally alien reason: physical pain. Her whole world had been one raw ache after another ever since she had lost the wild world of her parents, what seemed now like eons ago. She thought she could handle this pain, like she was slowly learning to contain the others, as with the rattle of rough-hewn marbles, she righted herself slowly with her sturdy, gravity-defying tail. But this place echoed uncomfortably with the cries and even screams of others just like her. Before long, everything became too much for her and her voice joined theirs in the unmistakable roar of an onix, tempered only slightly by the strong lungs of a young, muscular girl.
She rammed first her shoulder into the bars, and when that jarred her with another note of excruciating pain, she let her strong tail take over. Bars and concrete wouldn't hold her for long, or would they?

Benoni was the sort of person that one usually hopes not to catch the eye of. Perhaps Eclipse's ways were as flashy as his appearance and impossible to miss. Hopefully, at least, her locating him had only come after he relaxed, or he was getting too lax after his recent success! That was not the worst of it. An eerie silence sent a thrill of goosebumps up along the void umbreon boy's arms and down his spine, setting him to rub vigorously at his forearms. His tail fluffed up catlike at the sudden sound of a girl's voice and a blur of yellow, and he turned just as she plopped the joltik right on top of his head.
"Wha!?" Pride? What notion was that, again?
His overlarge ears flattened in chagrin and his shoulders hunched a little as a slight weight rested completely upon him. "Him? What is he?" the boy asked with a little worry to his voice, though the added crackle and ozone smell in the air were subtle hints. Some kind of electric-type, then?
"Did you catch lots of pokémon?" What was her name? His ears twitched a little as he pulled the crackling joltik from his crown and proceeded to pet its furry back and head, "...Benoni?"
Meanwhile, his headphones crackled with another kind of static as a chorus of chatter played over the radio waves. Things were heating up back at base. Apparently some of the prisoners had not taken an extended 'vacation' too kindly. Friends of the kidnapped were converging upon Team Rocket with understandable and in some cases, awe-inspiring fury. "Benoni, it sounds like a party is starting up back at base. Wanna go have some more fun?"

(Just as an addendum, Havard is in his teen stage in the meta; my previous post was incorrect. It's not like anyone would know the difference, since he has been chibified. xD )
Somewhere nearby, the roar of a monster-child rattled the walls; the short-statured, cloaked and masked figure raised a hand to his temple. The many voices, both vocal and psychic, echoing through this place could cause anyone a migraine. If Koujen were here, his mind would be a terrible mess, one of the many reasons Havard had decided against including him in his infiltration of Team Rocket's latest laboratory and containment facility.
Even now, Havard had no idea that Koujen was here, which was probably in Dr. Murphy's best interest.
Predictably, Havard was questioned with the hissing yet stress-clipped tones of a genius doctor whose plans were moving along anything but smoothly. He was not merely a muscle-headed nor sharp-shooting grunt; that much was obvious, even though nothing but the color of his eyes and strategically-placed lumps, which could have been anything from ears and a tail to headset with antenna and jet-propelled mercenary gear, beneath the cloak's dense fabric suggested that he was anything but another human. So why was he here, silently studying the captives?
Violet eyes narrowed as from behind his mask the mewtwo teen smirked. "Like you, I seek answers. Isn't it strange that so many pokémon have evolved, or mutated if you will, into something like pokémon and human combined? Why is it that hybridizations are now occurring when previously such a thing was unheard of? Surely these are not simple anomalies when a wide range of creatures are affected at once."
"Yes, yes. Of course I've considered this--" the doctor began, and was quickly silenced.
"But have any of your control group shown you anything but dead ends? You have come to no conclusions, have you? If you had, collection of new specimens would have ceased already." Dr. Murphy held his tongue, for now. "Up until now, I have joined other freelance contractors in providing your specimens alongside Team Rocket operatives. But you are not the only scientist to have contemplated the state of things and acted upon his basic need to investigate. I propose that we share what we have learned with one another."
The man before him, formerly preoccupied with the collection, study, and experimentation on specimens, re-assessed the situation. He was as ruthless and untrusting as any with few exceptions, such as Havard himself. He recalled the cloaked figure whom had attacked Rocket operatives during the Tao Trio fiasco. It would have been unforgivably careless not to keep an eye upon him during this latest campaign. But very little was actually known about him, other than that he could apparently fly and create some sort of force field; and these "abilities" could have been pokémon in nature, or mechanized feats. There were too many unknowns to take this deceptively diminutive figure lightly. Perhaps if they teamed up and nothing panned out, he could keep Havard's data for himself; and if he turned out to be a poké-human there would be a cell waiting for him...

Mooger - Aether (and Fae) hear a commotion from another portion of the facility, a loud barking sound, the sounds of yelling and a cry of "FIRE!" from several panicked grunts, and an Arcanine who's obviously reached the end of their patience with this place and people dashing past, and somehow making it to freedom! Please quote Liri in the shop thread with a name (and gender) for your new character and a journal and cert will be done ASAP.
Dea - From somewhere nearby Eilam there would be an all too familiar voice...or maybe it's tears. Something about her voice is familiar to him... what's his reaction when he reaches out and discovers it's none other than Jubilee? (Congrats! A journal will be set up for you and her ASAP)
Erina - Poor Tamotsu! He looks like he needs a friend! From a cage in the corner, a Fennekin can be seen, and even heard. Though thankfully the Grunt can't understand what's being said. What is being said from your new Fennekin to Tammy? Let us know, plus be sure to quote Liri in the shop with a name and gender so a journal and cert can be done ASAP!
Corny - Truffles is crafty, and wily, and OH NO! That's an arm snaking through the bars to grab at her, and that is one pissed off looking Charmander boy! Looks like Oheňdrak wants Truffles to help him out of there! Congrats! Your journal for him will be set up ASAP!
Liri - Ransom can just barely make out a Cubchoo boy who looks terrified as can be to be there, and keeps begging to be let go. Calling out to him will calm him...and who knows if he won't be a good ally once he stops being so afraid (well Ransom can hope right?) Congrats! A journal and cert will be set up for you and him ASAP!
Dooma - Koujen's thoughts and dreams seem to be affecting a Reuniclus caged not too far from him. Though the poor pokemon seems to be trying to calm Koujen more than anything. Maybe he's made a new friend? Congrats! Please quote Liri in the main shop with a name and gender for your new character for a journal and cert can be done ASAP!
Orphy - Ramiel seems to be in luck! There's a pretty Goldeen who's just barely avoided capture but saw the grunts struggling with Sverre and can give him directions! Congrats! Quote Liri in the main shop with a name and gender for your new character so a journal and cert can be done up ASAP!
Pidge - Not far from Morgan looks to be an Audino boy...who is amazingly asleep despite Morgans.... performance. Or maybe Aulli is actually trying to will himself to sleep to drown out the screams.... either way will he manage to continue staying quiet, or yell at Morgan to shut up? Also, congrats! A journal and cert will be done up for the two of you ASAP!
Sabra - Walking past Ilmari's cage likely from one of the many "exams" being performed is a Meowstic who looks like it'd been there for awhile. What is his reaction to this poor pokemon? Also, be sure to quote Liri in the main shop with a name for your new girl so a journal and cert can be done up ASAP!
Moose - Not far from the spectacle in Edith's cage is a Litwick that...might just be delighting in the carnage. Or is it? Let us know in your next post and...oh yeah be sure to quote Liri in the shop with a name and gender so a journal and cert can be done up ASAP!
Star - Rene's movement jostled some stuff sitting on a desk beside where she hid, causing a pretty bottle to land in her hands unbroken. She should hide it...or use it. Congrats on finding a Rainbow Potion Renee! (This potion can only be used on Renee. Please be sure to edit or post in the Potions thread with this!
Thali - Not far from Brenny's line of sight seems to be a tank of water within a cage...and in that tank a Dratini swimming around in circles. Maybe that can take his mind off things? Be sure to quote Liri in the main shop with the name and gender of your new character so a journal and cert can be done up ASAP! Congrats!
Kito - (Removed per players request)
Mizu - Belle will realize after a moment she's close to water, and within that water is a Spheal who will be happy to tell her that the bag she found was dropped by Team Rocket... hey! Maybe Belle can ask this helpful Spheal her name...and which way they went! Be sure to quote Liri in the main shop with a name for her so a journal and cert can be done ASAP!
Melo - Frank slamming into the bars seems to be agitating a Swinub caged not far off, quite possibly in the same pile that Shadow is guarding. Who knows, maybe the little Swinub is trying to console Frank in it's own way? Let us know! And be sure to quote Liri in the shop to let her know the name and gender of your new character so a journal and cert can be done ASAP!

Eyes still trained on the hand he had resting against the bars of his cell, Aether saw the slow stride of the Rocket member pause briefly in front of him before anything else registered -- that someone was even there, who they were, and the fact that they were even looking his way. The faint, flame-like glow of his eyes trailed further up, and spotted Shadow just as the partially-evolved teen had offered a response to the question he had posed to Fae. It took him a moment to register what Shadow had meant, but in his faint state he didn’t think to correlate it to anything but visual observation. While it may have come easily enough to Fae, the thought hadn’t crossed Aether’s mind as to just what type of pokémon Shadow was -- all he knew was that Shadow was out there, and Aether was in the cell. Juxtaposition placed the hybridized teenager on the opposing team.
Regardless, he was not stupid enough to try to counter with anything: it would have only brought with it more trouble than the action was worth. He watched Shadow until the boy was out of sight, only then proceeding to try to shuffle to his feet. The sound of the chains dragging from his waist across the concrete floor was nearly swallowed up in the shriller sounds coming from the cells of much more vocal captives. It only lent to his dizziness, but he caught himself against the bars before crashing into them headfirst. The other victims of capture seemed to be a worse threat than those that did the kidnapping in the first place… he was not going to be rid of this headache anytime soon, at this rate: Morgan’s piercing wails sought to that. Nope, that certainly was not music…
Glancing out across the room, he saw some tools and supplies, but was not able to decipher if any of it would have been useful as means of escape. With how shoddy the place was, how unkempt, it was a wonder they were even able to hold a pokémon in place at all. Why’d the lock have to be the only thing that looked like it worked? “Hey, Fae?” he steadied himself, but his voice had not risen since he last spoke to the young ghost-girl, “Can you do me a favor and evolve into a poltergeist?” Maybe once he regained his bearings, he’d be able to come up with a solution that did not involve the ridiculous.
Fae was about to say as much when, just then, a loud commotion cut through. She edged nearer the bars at the sound, trying to peek around the corner but refusing to leave the cell without Aether with her. A rather aggravated arcanine burst from a side door, tearing off for the entrance as quickly as he could bolt. The girl’s eyes went wide, nearly against the bars herself, “Ah- puppy!?” Aww, it was so cute!
Aether merely huffed in response, watching it make a break for freedom, “…Lucky.”

Jet held his ground until he was sure that the trap he had set had not failed in its designed purpose. As he felt the oncoming presence slow to a stop, he chanced a careful few steps nearer the source, but not so far as to be spotted, not even as close to see who exactly it was that he had ensnared. It was not until Jet had heard the enraged voice did the giratina’s roguish grin find root once more on his expression, and he hastened his movement toward the encounter.
Iah had only just come into view before Jet answered, holding up his hands to show that he was not a threat -- not that that really proved anything, as far as pokémon were concerned, but maybe the symbolism could hold some merit. “Woah there, chill out. I just wanted to talk. This seemed the better option,” he lowered his hands, but didn’t step much closer. He wasn’t stupid, this guy was exceptionally dangerous… but there had to be a reason for it. Pointing back behind him, he indicated Iah’s trajectory, “Team Rocket’s headquarters are in your line of fire, if you didn’t know. I’d rather you not level the place, there are these… kinda innocent people in there, you know?” He wasn’t stupid but that didn’t mean he couldn’t play dumb to get things to play in his favor; it was more than a little probable that that was precisely what had the shadow cresselia so perturbed.
He seemed to think on the matter a bit, but had already come to his own conclusions. Wynter was offering her own garbled, confused input on the matter but Jet easily blocked it out with his focus, “Hmm, tell you what… if we team up, it should benefit us both. Just give me time to blow a hole through the place and get the good guys out, then you can do whatever you want with what remains. I’m not here to be a threat, I just don’t want those efforts to go to waste.” No, he still wasn’t about to let lose a chaotic fireball on the place when he was through, but what sort of truce would this be if he said he was here to stop Iah from doing something foolish? That stupid halo, just out of sight, saw that he wouldn’t be stepping into that darker part of himself again, not willingly, regardless of whether he still craved the destruction. It was as though he were holding the keys to Iah’s own temporary cell, with the effects still claiming the immediate area, and he was not above grasping at what little of his old self he still could, “No deal, no release. What’s it gonna be?”
His attention shifted, minutely, as another passing form of immense power seemed to pass by. Jet fought off the threatening tension but his expression darkened for a moment. Ramiel didn’t seem to be as murderous, at least outwardly, but while dealing with Iah he didn’t want the other legendary to steal the only part of this escapade he was looking forward to! Especially when it didn’t seem he was stopping… Well, they just had to make things quick, if that were the case.

Guard duty was likely the single most boring job that Daphne could have landed in this place. She had originally come to work under Team Rocket because it was something for her to do while her trainer was busy with his studies. She knew better than to pester him while he was working. Besides, it wasn’t as though she were doing any harm here -- quite the contrary, she wanted to help the captives, but an opportunity had yet to present itself. Not quite the best plan to start breaking them out and having the entire headquarters after them; that seemed a little less-than-productive.
Despite the lack of a solid plan, she was fairly sure that she was not the only one undercover here. While she didn’t know anyone here, it seemed a little too unusual for so many poke-humans to sign up to help in a situation like this, when so many were disappearing. It almost seemed silly… those undercover had to have come when they heard news of the disappearances, but were only boxed into exacerbating the situation before they could truly help. The young croagunk girl couldn’t help but wonder if things would have turned out better had none of them tried to help.
Lost in her musings, she snapped back to full attention when she caught sight of someone she had not seen around before but that put her on edge. Truffles’ disguise was enough to at least cast doubt about the espeon’s allegiance, and quickly, Daphne attempted to bury the treads of her thoughts under her focus on her job as guard. She should have known better than to let her mind wander. While she did not know the specifications about psychic-types’ abilities, she knew it best to be safe rather than sorry.

Mycah had taken up residence against the inside portion of the outer wall, placed on standby while new orders were handed out to those who could properly receive them. Like a dog leashed to the nearest bike rack while their owner went inside to grab the groceries, he was expected to stay put and wait. They were some of the most easily-communicated commands, after all, regardless of one’s own native language… or lack thereof.
For a short while, Mycah preoccupied himself with carving various shapes into the floor with the blade of his dominant hand, at least until he was scolded for it, having his arm forcibly pulled from the makeshift canvas. It was not a type of action he was used to, and mulled over the confusion as he tried to interpret whether it was a hostile one or not.
Pointed ears flattening, he curled his arms around his knees so that they stayed within his sight, watching the rest of the agents milling about from above his limbs. Interactions, expressions, body language, it was interesting to try to figure out what was on their minds merely by posture when sound was ignored. It unfortunately also had the drawback of causing said body language to shift, in the off-chance they noticed he was staring.
The smell of an electrical charge cut through the stale air and had Mycah’s attention instantaneously snapped back to full alert. He scanned the room briefly, but was quickly able to deduce it was not something that had happened within vicinity enough for a quick visual search. Curiosity wasted little time in overcoming the child’s preoccupation, driving his momentum toward the source of the smell. It came as no surprise that Raxha and Tryce had since fled the area before the inexperienced kid was able to locate the area of origin. Despite inquisitiveness, it seemed he was not going to find answers here… just further questions.

Eilam was trying to think of what to do, when he heard someone crying close to his cell. He looked around him, but all he could see was eyes staring at him across the way from under a bed (Petaya). That wasn't where the crying was coming from though, he knew that much. He could only imagine the eyes he saw came from someone frightened. He also saw one of the guards (Shadow) go past, though he didn't take much note of it. Eilam turned back to the person across from him, maybe he could calm them down.
"Hey, are you okay over there?"he called over.
"Eilam, is that you?"a voice from his right asked, that was the direction the crying had come from. Eilam's eyes widened, he knew that voice, it was Jubilee. Why in the world was she here? Last he knew, she had been with Kidd, he now worried something had gone wrong. The two of them spoke to one another at length, a sense of sadness washing over Eilam. Then he got in touch with Lucy's mind, she needed to know.
'Lucy, Jubilee is here,'Eilam thought to his sister quietly.
'What?!? She shouldn't be here!'Lucy thought back in surprise. Her mind was racing, did that mean something happened to Kidd? The thought made her feel sick to her stomach, she had always liked Kidd. She knew this would devastate Dea, if he was hurt or worse.
'I know she shouldn't. According to her, some of the other Rockets found out Kidd was trying to help some of the Poke kids. So they decided to punish him for his disobedience by sending him off somewhere remote on a mission. Then took Jubilee, before she could come home,'Eilam explained. He was sad, but at least Kidd was still alive.
'Oh no, Dea is going to be upset when she hears this. At least we can tell her that he isn't dead, that might help a little. I just hope we see him again soon,'Lucy answered.
'Me too, Luc, me too. Least now we have answers, even if not great. Now we just need to get out of here...somehow,'Eilam agreed. He then passed the information to his brother and sister working undercover.
Kachina was keeping an eye on things among the cages, now that she was done with her outing. Paian came up to stand beside her, having just gotten the message from Eilam.
"Did you hear Eilam?"he asked her in a hushed voice.
"Yeah, I can't believe that happened. Well, guess it means our mission is over then,"Kachina noted softly.
"Yeah, though we need to help get all of the captives out of here. I think Dea would understand us staying undercover just a little longer to do that,"he spoke.
"Yes and I think we need to start with Riley. He is only here because of me, he wanted to help u..."she began, until she noticed a fluffy blob blow past.
"What the hell was that?"Paian asked.
"I think that was an Arcanine, think I saw orange and black. Pretty sure one was captured, seems it got away. Let's pretend like we are trying to capture it, but really are just making sure he hopefully gets out of here,"Kachina suggested.
"I was just thinking that myself, let's do it!"Paian answered with a grin. The pair headed as quickly as they could in the direction it went in.
Fluff and Lightning had managed to get home, letting Dea know what happened. They assured her they would get to the bottom of this and get them home. Then they headed out, not sure where the base where their family was.
"Alright, now we just need to find that stupid base, so we can kick some butt,"Lightning growled. The Pikachu/Talonflame hybrid was getting ticked off, she did not like so many of her family being away.
"Too bad neither of us are telepathic or we could ask Paian. So until he gets in touch with us, we will..."Fluff began, until he heard a telepathic voice in his head. It was Paian, he was letting them know the situation. Fluff saw Lightning tighten her hands into fists, he could see the anger radiating off her. He put a comforting hand on her shoulder, before asking Paian where the base was located.
"Rocket will pay for this,"Lightning hissed.
"Yes, they will. Now let's go, now we have a location,"Fluff nodded. The teen and child took Dea's car and headed for the base.

Tamotsu was still staring at walls as the time ticked by ever so slowly. But this 'Dr. Murphey', had yet to appear. He must have been awful busy. Probably with the other 'patients' he had. Tammy had heard the cries of others when he was being wheeled into the exam room.
Just then, Tammy thought he heard whispering.
"You. Hey you," came a voice from the corner of the room. There, in the shadows, Tamotsu spied a fennekin in a cage. Why hadn't he seen him before?!
The ninetails' eyes widened. "Who are you?" he gasped, sitting up straight, a worried look on his face. He glanced over his shoulder at the grunt who was starting to drift off to sleep.
"My name is Humphrey! But that's not important right now. The grunt is falling asleep, and you're not being tied down or anything. Get me out of here. This is our chance to escape! I promise I'll help you!"
Tamotsu nodded. He needed a friend right now more than ever. "My name is Tamotsu, but you can call me Tammy," he said quietly, getting up from his seat on the exam table. He slipped down to the floor and tip toed over to the crate that held the fennekin. It was pretty easy for Tamotsu to open. There was no lock surprisingly. But it would have been impossible for the one inside the cage to open the door as it was somewhat similar to a dog crate.
"Thanks," Humphrey mumbled with a blush. "It was giving me some trouble with my small arms," he sighed, peeking over at the now completely asleep Team Rocket Grunt. "Anyway, let's skedaddle."
Tamotsu had been worried about standing up against Team Rocket before because he was alone, but now that he had someone with him, he was given a confidence boost. "I'm willing to try!" And with that, the duo crept over to the door and tried to open it.
"It's locked," Humphrey groaned. "I guess this won't be as easy as before. Maybe the Grunt has the key?" He went over and examined the Grunt, and sure enough, there were some keys hanging from a ring. "Maybe one of those? Let's steal it and take it with us. Who knows what the other keys might open."
"But how do we get it? We don't even know if it opens that door? Maybe we should wait and see if someone comes in. Then we can jump them," Tammy insisted.
Humphrey thought it over. "Well...we don't have much time.. but you're pretty smart. I like that," he said with a grin. "Alright, we'll wait a bit. If no one comes in say, thirty minutes, we try and steal those keys? deal."
Tammy nodded. "Deal."
And so they waited. Sure enough, in fifteen minutes a nurse popped in to check on things.
Humphrey leaped over the now startled awake Grunt, and Tammy sped after him, shoving the nurse over and escaping down the Hall.
But would they be pursued? How far would they get on their own? Perhaps they would even be caught again? Time would only tell.
((I didn't want to give them toooo much freedom if it's a problem. Feel free to snatch the duo back up and relock them in a room if necessary xD; ))

Kole barely blinked an eye when Edith tore into the human. She must be pretty hungry by now, but the human wouldn't satisfy anything. That thought put him back onto his own twisted ways, and he looked at the man still in his grasp. “You got any flying types on hand? It’s them or you, boy.”
Quivering, the grunt slowly reached to his belt, and pulled up a pokeball. Glancing over at Edith once more, deciding he’d rather live, he released a pidgeot.
Kole’s free hand snapped out to grab the pokemon, a leech seed already in his palm to weaken the thing. “Thanks~” he crooned. With a twist of the hand, the grunt’s neck snapped as Kole turned back to the cage, the body dropping heavily to the ground. The gourgeist was fighting between concern and amusement as he wiped his hand on his pants, watching the starvia work through her own thrashing mind. He walked into the cage, the weakened pokemon held out in front of him. “Come on, Edith. I need you strong enough to get out of here alive. Found you a snack~”

Sitting on the bed with his eyes pressed against his knees, Riley tried to ignore what was going on around him. There was screaming, yelling, an alarm going off, people running everywhere... It was a mess!
“There’s been a breach. Someone is in here causing trouble. Boss says to move these ones somewhere safer.” Another voice murmured from farther away before the closer voice responded. “Eh? Of course I’ll be careful. I won’t do the thing to the stupid glowy parts.” The goon rattled a key, and glared in at Riley. “Don’t you be causing trouble now.”
Riley looked up sharply, meeting the eyes of the guard opening his door. The goon was a pokehuman. A Gliscor. “Why are you helping them?” he asked, surprising himself. That only earned him a creepy grin though. Maybe he could escape now though! As the goon walked in, Riley jumped up and darted for the door. The Gliscor was ready for that though. Riley yelped as he was pinned to the wall, and cried out when teeth sank into his arm, followed by a shock of electricity. Thunder fang... He slumped against the Gliscor with paralysis, and was easily carried out. He could just barely see others being led off as well, getting hidden deeper into the facility.

Kirsi raised her chin slightly when she heard the voices. Someone said ‘dewgong,’ but no one came to the door. She heard a struggle, and heard the squeak of wheels approaching. She clutched the bars, and tried to reach through. “Help?” she asked softly. When she saw the male strapped to the table though, her eyes widened. What was this place..?
Yet, after a moment, the strap table and the grunt kicking at her outstretched arm were mere flies on the wall. There was water! Kirsi gasped with delight as the wave hit her, nearly crying with relief. It felt so good. She saw the Keldeo get hit in response for his aid... and the tears did fall, finally having enough moisture to cry a little. She wanted to help him in return... but what could she do? She wasn’t a fighter, and she still felt so weak, and scared.
Kirsi wanted to drop back into a corner of the cell, cover her ears, shut her eyes, and dream this madness away. So, she did just that. Shaking slightly, she backed herself to hide under the bed, using it like a cave under the sea to hunker under. Her hands pressed over her ears and she squeezed her eyes shut, begging herself to vanish. Within a few moments, a delightfully cool sensation overtook her. She'd activated a new ability, Rest, and swiftly fell asleep, body relaxing enough to heal and re-energize.
////////
Truffles was quite pleased with herself, but that pride lessened with each step. She wanted to strangle whoever was shoving the poor pokepeople into those cages... It was monstrous! She was sickened more than surprised. She knew evil existed in the world. She’d seen it... Trying to keep from looking through too many cages as she walked, she gasped sharply when her arm was grabbed, turning as she was yanked up against the bars of a cage. That was going to leave a mark... Blinking to clear her vision, she found herself looking only slightly downward at a pokeboy.
”Let me out!” the Charmander boy snarled, baring his teeth fiercely. “I don’t want more tests! Lemme go!”
Truffles blew out a long breath. A captive... Despite his size and intensity, she could tell he was physically at a younger stage of growing. Mentally, she didn’t know yet. “What’s your name, kid?”
The boy frowned. What did his name have to do with anything? And, yet, none of the Team Rocket workers had asked his name before... He relaxed his grip on her arm the tiniest bit. “It’s Oheňdrak.”
After a pause, Truffles snorted. “Too complicated. I’m gonna call you... Tyr, ‘cause you’re a pain in my rear. ..More my face, but rear was quicker to rhyme with.” She rubbed at her sore cheek and forehead to make her point. “I can’t get you out yet.” Stiffening slightly, she side-glanced at the guard Daphne standing down at the other end of the cages. Was she being watched...? “Look, Tyr, just sit tight. I gotta find a way to get ya out first.” Clearing her throat, she straightened up and yanked her arm back with a loud growl. “Just shut up for now! Geez!” Trying to ignore the kid, she squatted to pick up the things she had dropped.
The boy’s brow rose sharply. “What’re you talking about? It’s an awesome name! Tyr is too short. Oheňdrak is a big and honorable name!” Huffing heavily, it took him a moment to realize what was being said. So, the female was already planning to release him? “Fine. Whatever. Just don’t take too long,” he snarled, crossing his arms.
A door creaked open from the end of the room, and a couple of Team Rocket goons headed their way. They only gave Truffles a passing glance as she collected the items from the floor. Their focus was on the charmander. Tyr pressed his face against the bars when they stopped in front of him. The woman was too late! “No! No more tests! I’ll bite your faces off if you touch me again!”
Peeking up from the floor, Truffles was actually relieved. This was the ticket. She had to wait for the right moment... Tyr backed up away from the door, crouched to try fighting, and the goons reached in for him. Truffles leapt up and shoved them forward, their heads knocking against the wall off the cell. Checking that they were still breathing, she smirked at the surprised charmander. “You’re welcome.”
Backing out of the cage, she looked down the line toward Daphne. “You plannin’ ta stop us?” she asked with a growl, feeling Tyr grab her shirt for support.

Angel flew as hard as he could, which was a tiring endevor and he made a promise to himself to work hard, and get stronger so he wouldn't have this issue in the future if he ever needed to keep up with someone or something.
Still, he did manage despite being winded by the time the van came to a stop and drove into a facility. That caused him a moments pause as he came to a rest in a high tree, catching his breath a moment as he scanned the area. There has to be a way inside.
~
Ransom heard the commontion going on in the facility, the screams from somewhere she thankfully didn't have any direct line of sight to, just those horrible screams as if someone were being attacked. If only she knew! She was tired, and sore, and so she huddled on a corner of the cot, too worn to care too much about how disgusting it looked. From this position she made out a Cubchoo boy who looked about her age she thought, but he looked absolutely terrified. She shifted, and pressed against the bars.
"Hey....hey you! Snifflebutt! I see you! It'll be okay! I'm Ransom, and I'll make sure we get out of here somehow okay?" the boy's sniffles did cease a little, and there was a scared "I'm Nathaniel...you promise you'll get me out of here?" "I sure do! We'll get out of here together Nathaniel." "Okay Ransom..." he sounded a little less scared, and that helped her to feel a little better about things too.
~
Iah could feel Jet though he couldn't see him yet. Felt a power similar to his own, and he couldn't help but wonder who, or what it was. Another legendary to be sure, but which? It was something he was relieved to discover quickly.
"I do know that they're there. They have someone." well they had a lot of someone's, but it was obvious that Iah meant a specific someone, one that meant something to him in any case. He was able to listen to Jet with relative calm. He wanted to help him get in there and determine if Riley was safe. He could keep his temper in check in the mean time. If the Giratina wanted to help him, then he saw no need to harm at this point. His two sides were for once working in agreement with one another.
It was Ramiel's incoming presence that set him slightly on edge, but there was a nod to jet anyhow. "I'll help you. I just want to get him out of there....away from Team Rocket." that name was growled out, low and dark. It was crystal clear Iah had no good feelings about them.
~
Alchemy swore under her breath, trying to chase down the Arcanine that had fled the facility, before she became aware of the issues going on with Edith and Kole however she learned she wanted nothing to do with the crazed bird girl. She valued her life far too much to go near her. Or the Gourgeist for that matter.
Deciding not to even bother with them, she turned away from that direction entirely, and instead came across Shadow guarding various cages, and her voice came out a bark. "What the hell are these doing here? They're supposed to be terminated!" Pissed, was an understatement.
~
Dr. Murphy turned away from Havard before he could give any sort of an answer to things due to the rather panicked burst of static on his walky talky about some escapes, and worse one of the subjects going on a rampage. "No! This is terrible!" he turned to run to try and salvage the situation if he could, all the while ordering as many specimen as possible to be moved to a more secure inner location.
~
Noble stared up at Amit a moment, and seemed to sag against the gurney he was strapped to, before his horn began to glow and grow, Sacred Sword causing it to do so, and he began to thrash again, not about to take this without a fight. "LET ME GO!" he was using every move he had available to him, water shooting in several directions as he did so, trying to knock into the Cacturne, or propel himself away, something. He didn't feel like being turned into a pin cushion! Still, it was likely to be a futile thing, even if he managed to knock Amit out, there stood a good chance for another Rocket member to grab him. Still he had to try!
Mitja was making good progress and with a curse she bumped the back of the van. She watched it swerve and the humans inside lot a bit of control. They then drove into a ditch and the men rushed out of it leaving their catch behind. Mitra pulled her car over and hurried over to the van and worked on freeing the captives keeping her eyes focused on the fleeing humans with every intention to do harm. She would chase them down soon.
~~~~
Rostek hand been storming along trying to be of some kind of help and soon he found himself several feet from a human and a poke-human like himself. He was a bit taken back by what he was seeing and he could see the body language of the ‘hybrid’ that there was a risk of attack if he came too close. Nervous looks like the ones both women were giving him had him a bit worried. He gave a small nod. not personally aware that his appearance in itself could be taken like as aggressive or be intimidating.
Slowly the biggy child raised his hands up, “I am not enemy. I am trying to help.” he said gently to Switch
~~~~
Oh someone remembered her name? How amazing was that to be remembered from someone who was nearly a stranger. Even though it seemed impossible it seemed that this made her smile even wider. Though it seemed her fun little game with the upset joltick was rather short lived. It seemed rather content to calming down a bit with the gentle caresses from those dark fingers. The slightly off shedinja tilted her head a bit lost in the way the night sky like skin almost seemed to swirl with the movement of the hands. The child hovered in a moment of nearly hypnosis.
Slowly Eclipse’s voice seemed to reach the crazed ghost type and she shrugged, “Mostly just balls. Benoni does not have the best luck with big pokemon.” She slowly raised her eyes up to the large ones of the umbreon, “Party? Benoni has never been to a party.” she giggled and nods, “Let’s have fun! Benoni loves playing games!” she hovered in a quick circle around the boy and nods, “Led way!”
~~~
Even with the drugs on board it the energy around him was breaking thew the haze. The munna was unable to to stop shaking, there was no way he could even begin to lift his head. He tried to focus on how embarrassed he would have been if Havard could see him. He was always such a burden on the genius mewtwo he just wanted to live up to some use to the god that allowed him to live on his land and protected his unshielded mind. But now as he was starting to feel the the raging emotions and mind all he wanted was to feel the could steal mind against his. He tried to focus on a recent dream he had eaten form the mewtwo but even those were getting fuzzy.
So much in pain and pressure the munna was unaware that he had an audience watching him and drawing closer to him this gel covered limb stretching out slowly towards him. Koujen’s back bowed and he arched on the floor unable to hold by his cries now his mind screamed out for help trying to reach the cold soothing ‘emotionaless mind’ of his dearest friend “HE…help me HAVAR….” his plea was cut short as the connection he had been reaching out and almost getting a hold of was cut short as a thick cloud wrapped around his mind and head.
Everything was silent for him now and he felt like he was swimming now.
~~~~~
Bürschli Mayzel had been in her cell for a wail now. She had seen maybe new prisoners come and go and all had been scared but they had all shown her some rather interesting things and was increasing the knowledge she was learning. But her new neighbor was suffering more than any she had seen yet. This time the reuniclus could no longer just sit and watch without doing anything. She had never tired to escape before so her captors had allowed her to be in a normal cell one she could very easily slip threw the bars.
So as the Munna writhed in pain it was time for Bütschli to take action. She pressed herself threw the bars, and reached out stretching her hand out to grip the other pysicis’ head linking her mind with his and providing a block to any mental transfer. She breathed out and smiled as his body relaxed and she pulled her body closer to him her other arm moved to grip the now limp form to her holding her and allowing his tired body to rest on her thick gel.
~~~~
Amit was not impressed with Noble's attacks or his attempt to escape. It was simple a little bit of blood and here he was acting like a child who didn't want to share his lollipop. When the Sacred Sword was launched at him the cacturne casted reflect and any part of the following attack that hit him he started used his absorb skill and healed himself. He had been flung back but he slowly stepped forward, "Are you finished with your tantrum child?" He asked wiping some strange sand like blood from his cheek and seemed unphased by the damage that was done to his body and already his healing was kicking in and protecting. "Just give up and give him a few fails of blood and you can leave here and return to your cell like a good little boy."
Sverre is 'singing' with your Meloetta! >_>;;
Dea and #Teddy#
Sverre paused in his own screeching when he heard the sing-song version of someone else making just as much noise as he was making. He blinked his dark eyes a couple times, stepping closer to the bars, then pushed his face against them. Who was out there? Who was making all that noise? He had to admit that he was impressed. His version of impressed though involved him starting to screech again himself, trying to add to the din that the Meloetta was making. He didn't like being locked up and he'd make sure that everyone who had dragged him knew it! He would make all the noise possible, make a giant mess, and if anyone got close enough to the bars of his cage he grab them, drag them over, and sink his sharp teeth into them!
*****
Ramiel was flying along when something caught his attention, not those powerful creatures he'd been sensing earlier, but instead a more mundane Pokemon. Well... no mundane, that was mean to say, especially about such a lovely young man. Circling down he landed lightly on his feet before walking toward the Goldeen that had been waving at him, wondering if it was merely due to the fact that the fish had spotted a Legendary passing over, "Good afternoon, can I help you?"
The Goldeen looked from side to side for a moment, as though making sure the two of them were alone, before he said, "Actually, I think that I could help you, Lord Zapdos. I saw a boat leaving your island not long ago." He said, explained to the Zapdos what it was that he'd seen, what the men looked like, and where they had been headed, "I followed for as long as I could but even I am not fast enough to keep up with a motor boat." He was a good swimmer, but not that good. A shame, he'd of loved to be able to serve the Zapdos well, enough so that he didn't get in trouble with him. The last thing he wanted was to get zapped with a powerful electric attack when it was something he was so weak against.
Instead Ramiel gave a smile, ruffling his hair, "You have done me a great service. I need to find those who took Sverre and return the Aerodactyl to his island where he is safe." And where others were safe from him, "Go back to my island, stay as deep under water as you can there, and I will return when I can." He told the Goldeen before he took to the air again, racing toward where he'd been told the kidnappers had gone.
*****
A shiver went through Petaya as he noticed the scary look ghost looking his way. If anything it made him scoot a little further back under the bed, hoping that if he better hid himself in the shadows that the ghost would lose interest in him. The very last thing he wanted was to be haunted by that guy he thought to himself, burying his face against his crossed arms for a moment. He did his utmost to gather his courage, before peeking out once more.
As he did so he found the Arceus starring at him he starred back, daring to lift a hand to wave at him. He couldn't quite find his voice, to shaken by everything that had happened, but he didn't want to see rude. He'd at least show the Arceus that he was listening to him even if he couldn't quite respond yet.
*****
Devin is still searching but other then that I don't know what to do with him. I am skipping his turn this time around since I'm a bit stuck. If anyone else wants to come across him/team up with him let me know!
Good boy, Sverre! 8D
Sabra Knight
It your turn now yessss
I have no idea what I'm doing with Loki and Osha. Feel free to mess with them! LOL. And for anyone wondering about Aulii, he's not deaf, but hard of hearing. (Lucky him, I guess)
Loki, already thoroughly nervous over Reshi being captured, was in no mood to be interrupted. He stared at the redhead before him, his eyes colder than eyes, and hunched his shoulders.
"What do you want? My son's in trouble and I have no time to play!" He exclaimed, folding his arms. "You've got five seconds, kid! Spit it out!"
---
Osha paused, startled by the harshness in the Glaceon's voice, and scrambled to catch his breath. What did he want? Uh, uh... Oh, yeah, Morgan! He was trying to find Morgan! How could he forget so easily?
"My brother's been captured, too! I can hear him screaming up ahead!" He cried, latching onto Loki's arm. "I bet they're in the same place! Let's go there together, maybe I can help you!"
---
Reshi glared toward Shadow. What... What the hell was wrong with this guy? Who did he think he was, speaking to him like that? The legendary's feathers puffed up.
"Listen, I don't know who you think you are, but you'd better take your own advice." He snarled, leaning toward the side of the cage. "You're just like us, you ignorant, glorified penny-guard, and if you think for one second that these Team Rocket creeps aren't studying you, too... You've got a lot of problems coming your way."
---
Morgan was enthused when Sverre started to join in and even tried to adjust his screeching to fit into a tune of some sort. It didn't work nearly as well as he'd hoped, but hey, the more noise the better! He added a few sweet notes as a way of saying thank you for joining before promptly returning to screaming.
---
Meanwhile, in a cage not too far from Morgan, sat the sweet little face that was Aulii. He'd been upright the entire time, his head twisting left and right as the screeching went on, and finally turned his attention to Morgan across the way. Oh, was that where that sound was coming from? He couldn't quite figure that out, because of how muffled it sounded! He shuffled closer to the bars and ran his hand along it until it made a suitable amount of vibration.
"Your song sounds nice!" He called, though thoroughly sure he was missing about half the notes. "Keep it up! Maybe you can put them to sleep, like a Jigglypuff!"
